Marvel : Strongest Siblings

Chapter 112: Marvel 112

Matt looked back to see that Brian and Liam had defeated the Red Hob Shaman. Liam raised his weapon, ready to deliver the final blow.

"Wait. Leave him. I want to try my skill on him," Matt said, stopping Brian mid-punch just as it was about to connect with the shaman's face.

Brian frowned but stepped back, glancing at Matt. "How many skills do you even have?" Liam asked, stunned.

Matt shrugged casually. "Five or six," he said.

Trion, who had just joined the group, looked at Matt in disbelief. "Are you sure you're really just an A-rank hunter?"

Matt shook his head and smiled faintly. "No, I'm not. I'm S-rank. But I suppress my mana rank so my presence doesn't shake things up," he said while walking toward the Red Hob Shaman.

"You're kidding, right?" Brian asked incredulously.

Matt turned and smirked. "Not at all," he replied. He stretched his hand forward, activating one of his most unique skills.

[Azi-Dahaka: Lord of Evil Dragons]

Organic Domination

Mass Reproduction

Power Absorption

Ultraspeed Thought

Parallel Thought

Analytical Appraisal

Multilayer Barrier

Evil Dragon Beast Enhancement: Refine a lifeform's bloodline, making them stronger while enslaving them.

Infinite Eater

Matt intended to use Evil Dragon Beast Enhancement on the Red Hob Shaman. Placing his hand on the shaman's chest, he muttered, "Beast Enhancement."

Dark mana began to seep from Matt's hand, enveloping the Red Hob Shaman. The shaman let out a guttural scream as his body started to twist and mutate grotesquely. The sound of cracking bones and stretching skin echoed through the chamber as the transformation took place.

The team watched in both awe and horror as the Red Hob Shaman's form grew larger, his crimson body now covered in glowing runic tattoos. His humanoid features distorted into something monstrous, with sharper claws and glowing red eyes.

When the transformation completed, a notification appeared before Matt:

[Red Hob Shaman King]

Rank: S

"He's S-rank now," Matt muttered, stepping back as waves of potent mana radiated from the transformed creature.

Brian stared in disbelief. "You plan on fighting that thing now?"

Matt chuckled and shook his head. "Of course not. He's my servant now," Matt declared, pointing at the creature.

The Red Hob Shaman King, once feral and hostile, knelt before Matt, its glowing eyes filled with loyalty.

Matt glanced at his sub-skill under Azi-Dahaka, Infinite Eater.

Infinite Eater:

Allows the user to consume even entire worlds, storing them inside the Infinite Dimension.

Items and beings in the dimension can remain alive if the user permits.

Anything within the dimension is analyzed ten times faster.

Can store anything without damage, no matter the size.

Matt raised his hand toward the Red Hob Shaman King. A black mist poured from his palm, engulfing the massive creature. Moments later, the Hob Shaman King vanished, absorbed into the Infinite Dimension.

"Ultimate skills are on another level," Matt murmured, mentally accessing the Infinite Dimension.

Inside, he saw the Red Hob Shaman King wandering a lush green plain under a blue sky, complete with a bright sun and scattered biomes. The goblin looked confused, staring at its new surroundings, but the environment ensured it could survive.

Satisfied, Matt turned back to his group. "Now, it's time for you guys," he said, addressing Brian, Liam, Trion, Leon, and Misty.

They exchanged puzzled looks before Matt continued. "I have a skill that lets me see potential skills locked within someone. All of you have hidden talents that can be unlocked."

He looked at Trion and said.

"Your skill is Pyromancer, an A-rank trait."

[Trion's Trait: Pyromancer (A-Rank)]

Activation Condition: Consume the mana stone or core of a fire-type monster.

Trion's eyes widened. "Wait, I have to eat the mana core of a monster? Won't eating something like that kill me?" he asked hesitantly.

Matt shook his head. "It won't. Your body's hidden potential will adapt to it. Whether you believe it or not, this is your path to growth," Matt explained firmly.

Next, Matt turned to Misty. "You have the potential to reach S-rank."

[Misty's Trait: Death Tyrant (S-Rank)]

Activation Condition: Consume the mana core of an undead-type monster.

Misty stared at him, unsure whether to laugh or protest. "You're serious, right? You're not just messing with me?" she asked.

"I'm dead serious," Matt replied with a calm expression.

Finally, Matt addressed Leon. "You may only be E-rank now, but your potential lies in reaching S-rank," he said.

Leona's breath hitched in anticipation, his heart racing.

[Leona's Trait: Light Guardian (S-Rank Potential)]

Activation Condition: Consume the mana core of a light-type monster.

Leona frowned, his excitement tempered by confusion. "But I've never even seen a light-type monster before," he said nervously.

"That's where I come in," Matt assured him.

Leona's determination grew. His mother's illness and their financial struggles weighed heavily on him. If unlocking his potential could provide the means to help her, he was willing to take any risk.

"You'll get your chance, all of you," Matt said confidently, looking at the group. "Trust me. Your growth will be worth it."

"All I ask is that you guys join my guild," Matt said firmly, his gaze sweeping over the group.

Brian and Liam, his closest friends, exchanged a glance before nodding in unison. "We're with you for sure," Brian said with a grin, and Liam added, "No way we'd miss out on this."

Trion, Leon, and Misty hesitated for a moment before their expressions firmed. "We'll be with you too," Trion said confidently. The others nodded in agreement, their determination clear.

"Alright then," Matt said, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Let's awaken your potential."

As Matt prepared to use his skill on them, Leon asked, his eyes gleaming with anticipation, "Do you have the cores we need?"

Matt shook his head. "No, I don't have the monster cores for you yet," he admitted. "But I do have both light and dark mana, which I can use to help Leon and Misty start the process. Trion, unfortunately, you'll still need to consume a fire-type monster core to awaken fully."

Trion sighed but managed a smile. "It's okay. I'll handle it when the time comes," he said, resolved to take the challenge head-on.

Matt nodded approvingly. "Good. Let's get started."

'Time to reach the Top in this world too' Max thought as his hand glows one dark, one light.
