🐺 "There are fires even the moon cannot calm."

Previously:

The Tokyo Avengers defeated the assassin Bloodveil, but not without emotional costs.

Heartlight began to pull away after seeing Starwave and Xylo's bond deepen.

Scarlet Onna noticed Kuro has grown more distant and aggressive.

A shadowy new villain has taken interest in Heartlight's growing radiance.

But while the others look toward the future… Kuro is about to be dragged back into his past.

[ACT I – Hunted in the Light]

Scene: Rooftop, Tokyo – Midnight

Kuro Ōkami stands atop a neon-drenched rooftop, arms folded. His glowing white eyes scan the skyline — but tonight, the moon doesn't feel calm.

Suddenly, his claws extend.

A voice echoes from behind him — sultry, venomous, and familiar.

??? (female):

"Still growling at ghosts, little wolf?"

Kuro spins — claws at the ready.

A figure in black flame-kissed robes steps from the shadows, long hair tied in blood-red ribbon. Her eyes glow amber like molten embers.

🔥 New Villain: KASAI YUREI — "The Ashen Widow"

Power: Cursed Pyrokinesis — conjures flame that burns through memory and spirit

Weapon: Fire fans that slice and ignite

Connection: Former ally of Kuro from his beast training days… presumed dead

Goal: Reclaim the cursed beastfire and consume Tokyo's forgotten spirits

[ACT II – The Ghost of Fire]

Scene: Temple Ruins outside Tokyo – Flashback

Eight years ago.

A younger Kuro trains among masked monks — learning how to suppress his beast form during the "Moon Howl Trials."

A girl stands beside him, her hair tied in crimson. She fights like a dancer, fans ablaze.

KASAI (younger):

"Don't suppress your fire, Hiro. Let it burn with control… not fear."

She saved him. She died in the final trial.

Or so he thought.

[ACT III – Burn the Bonds]

Scene: Streets of Ueno – Present Day

The Tokyo Avengers are split up. Scarlet Onna, Onmyo Flare, and Heartlight respond to strange heat readings near the forest shrine.

Flames burst from the torii gates — and Kasai Yurei walks out with a trail of fire butterflies behind her.

KASAI:

"You stole the beast's blessing, Kuro. I came back to take it from your charred corpse."

Kuro lands hard, claws out. He stands in front of the team.

KURO (low growl):

"You're supposed to be dead."

KASAI (smiling):

"And you're supposed to be untouchable. Let's fix both."

They clash — claws vs. fire fans — their movements in sync like dancers turned enemies.

[ACT IV – Spirits and Silence]

Scene: Forest Battle, Shrine Grounds

Scarlet Onna and Onmyo Flare try to assist, but Kasai's fire creates illusions of burning spirits — spirits only Kuro can see.

She whispers into his mind.

KASAI (whispers):

"You left me in that blaze, wolf. But I became its queen."

Kuro falters — the burned spirits of his temple brothers surround him in the flames.

Heartlight, watching from behind the barrier, finally steps forward. He opens his palms — glowing with pink warmth — and sends a pulse through the illusion fire.

The spirits vanish in a heartbeat of light.

HEARTLIGHT:

"He didn't leave you. He mourned you. Every night."

KASAI:

"Love won't work on me."

HEARTLIGHT (stepping closer):

"Then try hate. But we'll still fight for him."

Kuro finally rises. The moon crests fully behind him.

He howls.

His beast form flares — stronger than ever. Silver fangs, glowing tail, and burning claws.

KURO (snarling):

"Let's finish this, flame ghost."

[ACT V – The Final Scar]

Scene: Shrine Peak

Kasai ignites into a full flaming apparition, her form crackling with hatred and forgotten sorrow.

The team combines their attacks:

Scarlet Onna pins her feet with thread traps

Onmyo Flare summons a water dragon seal

Heartlight launches a radiant pulse directly at Kuro

Kuro absorbs the pulse, his claws glowing pink for a second.

He leaps — and slashes through Kasai's core mid-air.

KASAI (fading):

"You should've burned with me."

KURO (soft):

"I did."

She dissolves into ash… scattering like fireflies under the moonlight.

[CLOSING SCENE – AFTER THE STORM]

Back at the base, Kuro sits alone on the rooftop.

Heartlight walks over and sits beside him. No words. Just the two of them under the moon.

Scarlet Onna watches from below, her gaze unreadable.
