Marvel: Tony Stark's Journey in the Omniverse

Chapter 20: Chapter 19: Tony’s Super Soldier Transformation

Tony stood inside the Vita-Ray Chamber, taking deep breaths as Howard prepared the serum. The anticipation in the room was thick, with Luo Feng standing beside Howard, arms crossed, observing keenly. This was the moment they had been waiting for.

Howard held up the syringe. "Alright, son, this is it. Once I inject you, we'll start the Vita-Rays at 10 percent. If anything feels wrong, say the word."

Tony smirked. "Dad, I'm six years old and about to become a super soldier. What could possibly go wrong?"

Howard sighed. "That's what I'm afraid of. Here we go."

He injected the serum into Tony's arm. Almost instantly, a burning sensation spread through Tony's veins, his body feeling like it was being set ablaze from the inside out. Howard quickly activated the Vita-Ray Chamber, and a soft glow filled the room.

Then, Tony screamed.

Howard's eyes widened. "I'm shutting it down!"

Luo Feng stopped him with a firm hand. "He can handle this. Increase it to 100%."

Howard hesitated. "Are you crazy? He's just a kid!"

"He's stronger than you think," Luo Feng said, eyes never leaving Tony. "Trust me."

Howard exhaled sharply before nodding. "Fine. Let's hope you're right."

He cranked the Vita-Rays to full power. The chamber pulsed with energy, bathing Tony in a blinding white light. The agony turned into something else—something deeper. His mind expanded. His psychic energy surged like never before, his entire being resonating with raw, untapped power.

Then, silence.

The chamber deactivated, and the door hissed open. A wave of steam billowed out, revealing Tony standing within—taller, slightly more muscular, but still the unmistakable genius of House Stark. His golden-brown eyes glowed faintly with psychic energy for a moment before returning to normal.

Howard's voice was cautious. "Well… how do you feel?"

Tony rolled his shoulders, flexing his fingers. "My wellspring of psychic energy has increased, and my mind… It's sharper than ever. My body feels stronger, faster, more responsive." He turned to Luo Feng. "Shifu, let's spar. We need to get control of our new strength before I leave this world."

Luo Feng smirked. "Very well, disciple. Let's see what you've gained."

The Sparring Grounds

Howard stood at the edge of the training arena, watching as Tony and Luo Feng stepped onto the mat. The air between them crackled with energy, two warriors on the cusp of testing their newfound limits.

Tony dropped into a Shaolin stance, feet firmly planted, hands relaxed but ready.

Luo Feng nodded in approval. "Show me what you've learned."

In a blur, Tony launched forward, striking with a precise palm thrust aimed at Luo Feng's chest. Luo Feng effortlessly redirected it with a smooth parry, twisting his body to avoid the follow-up sweep Tony attempted.

"Too slow," Luo Feng chided, his footwork impeccable as he danced around Tony's attacks.

Tony grinned. "Not for long."

Using his enhanced mind, he calculated Luo Feng's movements instantly. He adjusted his approach, shifting into a faint before executing a lightning-fast kick. Luo Feng barely dodged, his eyes widening in approval.

"Better."

Tony pressed the advantage, moving seamlessly. His strikes became more fluid, his footwork more refined, as he tested the full extent of his new abilities.

Then Luo Feng stopped holding back.

With an explosion of force, Luo Feng closed the gap between them in a blink. Tony barely had time to register the shift before a powerful strike sent him skidding backward.

Tony coughed, rubbing his chest. "Okay… that hurt."

Luo Feng smirked. "Lesson one: Just because you're stronger doesn't mean you're invincible. Again."

Tony adjusted his stance, using his enhanced instincts to anticipate Luo Feng's next move. When the master struck, Tony countered, their blows meeting in rapid succession—fists, elbows, knees, and kicks exchanged at blinding speed.

Then Tony did something unexpected.

He teleported mid-strike, reappearing behind Luo Feng in an instant. His master barely managed to twist in time to block Tony's descending fist, but the force sent him sliding back.

Howard whistled. "That's new."

Luo Feng chuckled, shaking out his hands. "Teleporting mid-fight? Clever. But your technique still has flaws."

Tony wiped sweat from his brow. "That's why we're here, right?"

Luo Feng nodded. "Indeed. Again."

They sparred for another hour, Tony growing sharper with each exchange. His new body adapted quickly, and his psychic energy allowed him to react faster than ever before. By the time they finished, both were drenched in sweat but satisfied.

Howard clapped his hands. "Alright, I think that's enough. I'd rather not have to rebuild the training room again."

Tony exhaled deeply. "Yeah… I think I got a handle on it now."

Luo Feng crossed his arms. "You've done well, disciple. With time, you may even reach my level."

Tony smirked. "Oh, I plan to."

Howard approached, placing a hand on Tony's shoulder. "So, are you ready to go?"

Tony nodded. "Yeah. Time for the next adventure."

Luo Feng gave a respectful nod. "Wherever you go, remember your training. Strength is nothing without control."

Tony grinned. "Don't worry, Shifu. I won't forget."

With that, he activated his teleportation powers, feeling the familiar pull of the unknown as he vanished into the void, ready for whatever came next.
