Marvel's Black Steel

Chapter 219: Chapter 217: Speaking with Stark

"W-What? H-How? I-I'm confused; d-did you just teleport us?" Asked Potts in pure confusion as she observed the change in scenery before glancing at Tut, who boldly entered the office.

Pretending I didn't see the obvious 'keep out' sign, I held the door open for Mrs. Potts, who was staring at me like I was the world's eighth wonder.

"Teleport? Nah, though I do have a friend who can teleport. I simply walked from your office to Stark's workshop." Replied Tut lightly as he glanced at Potts, who rubbed her head in confusion, unable to comprehend his words.

"W-Walked? T-That doesn't make sense. E-Even if we're still in the same building, it would still take a few minutes to get from my office to Tony's workshop. N-Not to mention the passcode that only Tony and I know." Remarked Potts as she observed Tony's workshop, which was full of robotic parts and multiple suits of armor, before glancing at Tut, who smirked.

"Heh, that's the cool part. The average human isn't capable of comprehending my movements; although to you, it may seem like I teleported to a different area, I had carried you through the building and walked to Stark's workshop. I had enough time to steal a donut from the breakroom." Stated Tut with an amused expression as he looked at Potts, who stared at him in disbelief.

Chuckling in amusement at how Mrs. Potts struggled to understand my actions, I turned back around and glanced at a large table that served as a holographic computer.

"Yo, Jarvis, can you inform Stark of my arrival?" "I already have, Sir Blacksteel." Said Tut and Jarvis, respectively, as the former gently tapped on the computer, only for a spherical hologram to appear that moved relative to the latter's voice.

Just as Jarvis, Stark's personal AI assistant, finished speaking, a massive suit of armor that dwarfed me suddenly began to approach Mrs. Potts and I; however, I wasn't the least bit worried since although the suit of armor looked intimidating, it was big, clunky, and slow, not to mention a human was piloting it from the inside.

"Ho, nice Gundam; speaking of that, have you seen that anime?" Said Tut fearlessly as he approached the red and yellow Gundam and gently knocked against its shin.

"This isn't a toy, Blacksteel." Said a robotic voice sternly as the Gundam flexed its shoulders, causing various hidden comparts to jut out from its body, revealing numerous weapons.

"Maybe to you two, but we calculate danger differently. Anyways, are you trying to intimidate me? What fool would launch a missile on the 79th floor of his building?" Asked Tut lightly as he placed his hands in his pocket before turning around and approaching a crude and ugly suit of armor on display while shaking his head.

As I approached the suit of armor Stark initially used to escape from the people who held him captive, I heard the sound of things opening, prompting me to turn around, only to see the Gundam's chest opening, revealing a much smaller suit of armor about the size of a regular human. Once the Gundam powered down, the smaller suit of armor opened, revealing an all too familiar man who exited the suit while approaching me.

"Pharaoh Kenji Kent, 17 years old. Born, or I should say found, in Smallville, Kansas. Father, James Kent, Farmer, former bouncer. Mother, Hana Kent, Biochemist." Stated Stark lightly as he casually approached Tut while reading a holographic document containing information on Tut, who rolled his eyes.

"Damn, nigga, what are you, my Mom? Don't use my middle name; I almost got scared." Said Tut in slight annoyance as he side-glanced Stark while calming his heart, prompting him to nod.

"Should I call you Pharaoh? Kent? Blacksteel? Zara-Al?" Asked Stark calmly as he stood beside Tut, cautiously eyeing him behind his arrogant expression.

"I prefer Pharaoh. Also, how the hell do you have my information? I thought Shield hid it away?" "Hacking Shield isn't the most difficult thing on the planet." Remarked Tut and Stark, respectively, as the former observed the various suits of armors, while the latter dismissively waved his hand as if it were a simple matter.

"Hacked Shield? Well, that's fucking great. Glad to know just about anyone can steal my information." Muttered Tut in annoyance with a click of his tongue as he folded his arms.

"Anyway, no thanks for saving your life back in Afghanistan? You would've died of dehydration if I hadn't bothered picking you up." Added Tut as he turned and glanced at Stark, who poured two cups of alcohol before handing one to him.

"One bottle costs 13 million." "You're welcome." Said Stark and Tut, respectively, as the former took a sip while the latter blandly looked at him.

Ignoring the fact the glass cup just so happened to be poisoned, I downed the entire contents in one gulp, only to wince at its powerful taste.

"13 million for that trash? You were fucking scammed." "It's an acquired taste." Said Tut and Stark, respectively, as the former groaned in disgust while the latter observed him with a curious expression.

"Yeah, if you acquire shit." Muttered Tut softly as his figure blurred, only for a bottle of apple cider to suddenly appear in his hand.

"So, care to explain why you've visited my humble abode?" Asked Stark lightly as he poured himself another glass while casually walking around his workshop.

"I was wondering if you could help the people of Eygpt. Millions have been left with nowhere to go after the battle with Apocalypse. I can save people from many things, but this is beyond my capabilities." Replied Tut lightly as he leaned against the air and glanced at Stark, who gazed at him with a raised eyebrow.

"While I admit my views on the world have changed since I visited Afghanistan, what makes you think I'll help? I don't have any connection to Egypt, nor can my company easily access the country." Remarked Stark as he glanced at Tut, who furrowed his brows slightly.

"So, you won't do anything or can't do anything?" Asked Tut curiously as he approached Stark, who faintly smirked but remained quiet while waving his hand, causing various holographic documents to appear.

Seeing him so blatantly ignore me, I rolled my eyes and set my bottle down as I folded my arms and stared at him.

"Vibranium. If you want Vibranium, it's in Africa, specifically Wakanda. Having a base of operations in Egypt would be very useful in trying to acquire Vibranium." Stated Tut, his words causing Stark to briefly freeze while his smirk deepened.

"Now that is very interesting. To think Vibranium would be in such a third-world country." Said Stark with a curious expression as a holographic map of Africa appeared, only for Tut to laugh.

"Hahaha, third-world? Yeah, kinda funny when you think about it." Remarked Tut with laughter as he stopped himself from telling Stark the truth.

"You know, I had already planned to help Egypt, but now, I think I'll bring it ahead of schedule." Said Stark lightly as he side-glanced Tut, who rolled his eyes before shaking his head.

"If I had known, I wouldn't have bothered coming here to talk to you about it." Muttered Tut lightly as he drank from his bottle before approaching the Gundam.

"Anyways, you built this thing to combat me, right?" "Yes. After watching your fight with your other kind and how effortlessly you tore through buildings, I realized the suits I was so proud of were a flimsy paper-mache suit in your eyes." Remarked Tut and Stark, respectively, as the latter nodded sternly before raising his head and glancing at the former.

"Hmm, well, I don't want to sound discouraging, but you're not close. Having Vibranium will make you durable enough to withstand my strength, but it'll do little to help you with my speed. Not to mention my heat vision and ice breath; if I wanted, I could just cut you in half or freeze you in a giant glacier." Stated Tut lightly as he walked around the Gundam while Stark's expression twitched in annoyance.

"Anyway, I'll see ya later, dawg. Tell Mrs. Potts I said later." Said Tut with a faint smile as he waved his hand at Stark before suddenly vanishing, prompting him to reach for the glass cup he drank from.

"Now, let's examine your DNA." Muttered Stark softly as he stared at the glass cup Tut drank from, only for it to suddenly vanish from his hands along with a powerful gust of wind knocking his Gundam over.

'I think I'll keep my super senses a secret for now.' Thought Tut in amusement as he floated in the air while glancing at the cup in his hands before tossing it into the sky.

Since my talk with Stark was a success, I decided to fly to the eastern part of the globe. While it may be night here, it is day there, and Blacksteel isn't just a North American icon of Hope; he is global.

"At least I plan to be global." Muttered Tut lightly as he swiftly removed his clothes, revealing his Kryptonian suit underneath.

Drinking the last of my apple cider, I tossed it into orbit and launched myself toward the other side of the globe.

Yo, I've been hearing some stuff about Magik from Marvel Rivals, and I'm just curious, is she as freaky as she's made out to be?
