His hands trembled. The more he tried to control Nexar, the more it resisted. It was like wrestling with a sentient storm.

"What are you?! A machine… or something else?"

Suddenly, the cockpit darkened.

And then he heard a voice—low, ancient, and… human.

"You are not worthy. You were never chosen. You were created."

Zeron gasped.

"What…?"

The mech launched itself forward—against his will—toward a nearby cliff, as if attempting to self-destruct.

Zeron screamed.

Then…

A surge of emotion—his pain, his past, his rage—burst out like a flood.

Nexar stilled.

"Override acknowledged."

The voice changed. Warmer now.

"You are almost ready, Zeron."

🧠 Scene 2: Zake and the Reflection of Crixal

Inside the Guardian Temple's echo chamber, Zake faced… Crixal.

Or at least, a younger version of him—before the scars, before the sorrow.

"You want power? Then you must first kill the part of yourself that fears it."

The illusion raised a spectral blade.

Zake dodged, breathing heavy.

"I'm not scared of power—I'm scared of losing myself to it!"

The younger Crixal smirked.

"Then lose. And let me take over."

Zake fought back, summoning his Krono—still a dim blue, but sharper than ever before.

He disarmed his opponent… and offered his hand instead of a killing blow.

"I won't become you. But I'll learn from you."

The illusion vanished.

Zake stood alone, but not empty.

A new interface blinked in the air:

Synchronisation complete. Prototype Frame "Asterion-Σ" unlocked.

Deep within the Heart Garden, Zui found a mirror pool—a hidden relic that showed one's genetic source of power.

She looked into it.

What she saw nearly broke her.

It wasn't Krono flowing through her veins.

It was Life Thread—a sacred form of bio-energy thought extinct.

Verdion explained, solemnly.

"You… you are not a normal wielder. You are a Heirborne."

"Your lineage is from the first terraformers—those who shaped the planet's soul."

"And your powers… were never meant for combat. They were meant for revival."

Zui dropped to her knees.

"So all this time… I wasn't weak. I was different."

"Then I'll use this gift to protect. Not destroy."

In orbit, within a cloaked mothership, the alien commander known only as Drav'xil oversaw the next stage of their invasion.

"Initiate Mindlink Protocol."

A dozen Voidheart units began humming.

Back on Earth, ordinary civilians collapsed, eyes glowing blue.

A twisted transmission echoed across every city:

"We are many. We are now inside you."

Mechas powered by innocent minds began attacking everything indiscriminately.

The guilds couldn't fight back—every enemy was a hostage.

It was war… without a battlefield.

That night, Kael received a message via a hacked old-world terminal.

Encrypted. But signed with a name long erased from the living world.

Solace.

The rogue pilot from ten years ago—presumed dead. Once Zeron's father's most loyal soldier… and possibly the only one who knew what really happened to the Director.

Kael opened the transmission.

"Zeron's awakening has begun. But the seal is incomplete. If it breaks too early… the world dies."

A location blinked: Station 09 — Dead Zone.

Kael clenched his fists.

"We're not just fighting aliens anymore. We're fighting secrets."
