Miracle Summoner

Chapter 1914: -1873- Silver Knight of The Shining Airgetlám

After that, the villagers lived their days in laughter and joy as if they were celebrating a feast.

Some happily harvested the crops, others slaughtered chickens and sheep for cooking, some played in the river, and some knelt and prayed, as if they were paying homage to a divine miracle, with utter reverence.

Gradually, people even began to spread rumors.

"That person must be the messenger sent by the Lord to save us!"

"That's right!"

"This is a miracle!"

"Only a miracle can explain all of this!"

The villagers were so enthusiastic, treating Rozen like a saint, fervently worshiping him.

One could imagine that from today on, Rozen's deeds would be passed down among these people, until the singularity was fixed.

At this moment, however, Rozen, accompanied by Mash, followed Artoria Alter to the center of the village.

There used to be an ordinary stone house here.

But now...

"Since you have such power, why not transform this place into a palace?"

Artoria Alter made this request as if it were the most natural thing in the world.

Seeing this, Rozen shot Artoria Alter a look of annoyance, took out a ground spell talisman, infused it with jutsuryoku, and cast it, causing a grand palace to rise from the ground, appearing before everyone.

Artoria Alter entered with satisfaction.

Rozen and Mash followed suit.

From today onwards, this would be the three of them's residence.

Then...

"As I mentioned before, there is another Servant besides me here."

Artoria Alter told the two of them.

"When I led the troops into battle, I left him here to protect the villagers. He should be out hunting to gather food for the villagers and will return soon."

They waited for the return of that Servant.

Fortunately, he did not keep them waiting long.

Before nightfall, he returned to the village and entered the palace.

"My king."

A young knight, with a dignified bearing, tall and with an almost ethereal androgynous beauty, knelt on one knee, respectfully offering the salute of a subject.

This young knight wore a calm and gentle expression, his eyes gleaming with the brave spirit of a sharp mind, and his posture was polite, making him instantly likable.

However, this young knight had lost an arm, and his right arm was replaced with a conspicuous silver mechanical arm, clearly a prosthetic.

Facing this polite knight, Artoria Alter's expression was unexpectedly cold.

"I've told you before, I am not your king. The king you serve is someone else. Sir Bedivere."

Upon hearing this, not only the young knight but Rozen and Mash were shocked.

Even the people in Chaldea were astonished.

"Is that Bedivere?"

Roman, Da Vinci, and Olga Marie all exclaimed in surprise.

Bedivere.

This was one of the knights of the Round Table.

He was one of the first knights serving King Arthur, and initially, he served as the chamberlain, taking care of King Arthur's daily life. Among the many heroes surpassing human limits in the Round Table, he was the only knight who assisted King Arthur as an ordinary human.

Though he was one-armed, he was also an outstanding general, known for his superb swordsmanship, able to take on three times the number of enemies by himself. A single blow from him could have nine times the power compared to other knights, earning him praise from many.

However, this was only true for ordinary people.

Unlike Lancelot, who had the protection of the lady of the lake, or Gawain, who had the blessing of the sun, and other knights with extraordinary powers, Bedivere's ability to fight three times the enemies was limited to ordinary soldiers and knights. His strikes, though impressive among ordinary knights, were not enough to stand out among the heroic knights.

Yet, despite all this, he was the only knight who accompanied King Arthur throughout her life.

His most famous story was of him accompanying King Arthur in her final moments.

In King Arthur's last battle, after fighting the traitorous knight Mordred, he was the only knight of the Round Table who survived. When King Arthur suffered a fatal wound, it was Bedivere who helped her leave the battlefield, and she entrusted him to throw the sacred sword into the lake, returning it to the lake spirit who had given it to her.

However, when they arrived at the lake, Bedivere hesitated to throw the sword in, as he felt pity for the king's life. He lied to King Arthur, saying the sword had already been returned. King Arthur saw through this, and ordered him to return to the lake to throw the sword in.

On the second attempt, Bedivere still failed to return the sword, and King Arthur once again saw through the lie.

Finally, on the third attempt, Bedivere threw the sword into the lake, returned to the forest, and reported to the king.

Only then did King Arthur peacefully pass away.

Thus, Bedivere, although not the strongest knight of the Round Table, became the most iconic because of this story, shining brighter than any other knight.

Now, this knight had appeared in this world.

And not following the Lion King, but following Artoria Alter.

"You were just a stray knight I picked up in the wild. Don't make me repeat myself."

Artoria Alter spoke indifferently, her tone distant, almost as if she were addressing a stranger. Bedivere closed his eyes.

"Even so, you are still King Arthur. As long as you are King Arthur, my loyalty is yours."

Bedivere spoke with a tone full of complex emotions, allowing one to sense the sadness behind his words.

Unfortunately, Artoria Alter did not appreciate his words.

"I don't need your loyalty," she said coldly. "In this singularity, your loyalty should be dedicated to one person only. Don't let it become impure, Silver Knight of The Shining Airgetlám."

Her words caused Bedivere to fall into silence.

Rozen could sense that Bedivere's emotions were complex.

This suggested that there was some hidden story behind this situation.

Without realizing it, Rozen focused his gaze on Bedivere.

At that moment...

"Hmm?"

Rozen's expression suddenly changed. His eyes widened in surprise, then became dumbfounded.
