My Pokemon Turned into Girls?!

Chapter 24: Chapter 24: The Unstoppable Psychic Power

The sleek red bodysuit traced out an irresistible silhouette, wrapping perfectly around a well-proportioned figure—neither too meager nor overly plump. The black lower half accentuated her slender waist, with her navel faintly visible through the fabric.

Her raven-black, silky-straight hair cascaded down, reflecting a subtle emerald sheen.

Neatly trimmed bangs concealed her forehead but failed to obscure the stunning beauty underneath.

Her features seemed flawless—divine, as if painstakingly crafted by a god's hand, transcending anything found in reality.

Amber-red eyes, as pure as gemstones, remained as calm as a still crimson lake, untouched by ripples.

Her snow-white skin was tinged with a faint blush, her delicate nose complementing her cherry lips that bore no trace of a smile.

Without words or expressions, she resembled the most exquisite doll—a nonhuman allure that radiated a bewitching charm.

"Captivating" — it was the only word Kazuki could use to describe his emotions. With just her simple entrance, she had already ensnared his gaze, stealing his very senses.

"Koko?"

"Ko... Koko!"

Aron suddenly headbutted Kazuki's waist, snapping him out of his daze.

"OUCH! Aron, what are you doing?!"

He grimaced, rubbing his bruised waist. Why did Aron have such a peculiar fondness for headbutting that spot? What if his kidneys got smashed?

"Koko, Koko."

Aron glared at Kazuki with an expression that seemed to say, If I don't snap you out of it, you might start drooling.

"Ugh, it wasn't that bad…" Kazuki subconsciously wiped his mouth, then coughed lightly to recompose himself. Straightening up, he directed his gaze back to Sabrina, who was seated before him.

She had watched the entire commotion without the slightest reaction. Only a subtle flutter of her eyelashes betrayed her acknowledgment. Parting her lips slightly, she spoke:

"The battle will be three-on-three. …Prepare yourself. Begin."

Her voice was ethereal yet devoid of any emotion. Though pleasing to the ear, Sabrina was clearly not much of a conversationalist—her explanation of the battle rules was as concise as possible.

Meanwhile, the little girl nestled in her arms clapped her hands joyfully, chirping:

"Mr. if you lose, you have to stay here and play with me~!"

Kazuki's brain short-circuited for a moment. "That's an offer I can't ref—" He quickly caught himself, feeling Aron's piercing glare drill into his side. Clearing his throat, he declared with feigned determination:

"I mean, there's no way I'm losing!"

"Then... let's begin."

Sabrina removed a Poké Ball from her waist. With a flash of red light, the arena was graced by a peculiar Pokémon resembling a clown. Its large, suction-tipped fingers waved through the air as if wiping an invisible wall.

Mr. Mime. While not particularly impressive offensively, it had access to countless support moves. If left unchecked on the field, it could potentially create overwhelming advantages for its successors.

The best option would be to rely on Hei's speed to eliminate it swiftly. But…

"Aron, you want to go first? I understand."

Kazuki noticed the fiery battle spirit practically radiating from Aron. He nodded in agreement as the tiny steel Pokémon leaped onto the battlefield. Raising his arm, Kazuki commanded:

"Aron, use Rock Slide immediately!"

Although Bite would typically counter Psychic-types like Mr. Mime, its Fairy-type attributes nullified that advantage, leaving Bite less effective than Rock Slide or the similarly STAB (Same-Type Attack Bonus)-boosted Iron Head. Given the distance, it was better to test the waters with Rock Slide for now.

With a metallic screech, Aron conjured boulders above Mr. Mime. Yet the clown Pokémon appeared unfazed, continuing to "wipe" its imaginary wall. Even Sabrina remained entirely uninvolved, as though the events unfolding bore no relevance to her.

Something gnawed at Kazuki's instincts.

In every prior battle—even against Champion-level trainers like Steven Stone—he could sense some intention behind his opponent's commands. But Sabrina's eerie silence left him at a loss.

No matter—what was done was done.

The rocks were already falling toward Mr. Mime. Just as they were about to crash down, however, its eyes gleamed with an unsettling green light. The descending rubble froze mid-air as if defying gravity.

That's... Confusion?! But Sabrina hadn't issued any commands—was this the Pokémon's autonomous action?

Kazuki's mind spiraled in confusion. Before he could react, the suspended rocks were flung aside by the psychic force. Mr. Mime's glowing eyes turned toward Aron.

"Koko?"

Before Aron could process what was happening, an invisible force lifted her into the air. Then—wham!—she was slammed into the ground.

"Ko—!"

Aron cried out in pain as the earth's force surged through her body. The impact was excruciating.

What was happening?! Psychic moves like Confusion weren't supposed to be this devastating!

Kazuki's eyes nearly bulged from their sockets, but no amount of protest could halt Mr. Mime's relentless assault. Over and over, Aron was lifted and slammed, her body tossed around like a ragdoll.

Her pride was being crushed far more brutally than her body ever could be.

Unable to tolerate it, Aron's indignation burned through the dizziness.

This time, when Mr. Mime attempted to lift her, Aron firmly planted her four steel limbs into the ground.

No matter how hard the psychic force pulled, she remained immovable, as though welded to the earth.

Sabrina's gaze flickered.

She noticed Aron's clever tactic—anchoring herself to the ground to resist Confusion.

Aron's sharp glare locked onto Mr. Mime as she gritted her teeth in defiance.

"Good thinking," Kazuki muttered, relieved. He quickly devised a strategy:

"Aron, use Rock Slide again! This time, spread the rocks out—understand?"

Aron turned back to meet Kazuki's trusting gaze.

A moment of understanding passed between them before she nodded.

With determination, Aron unleashed another Rock Slide.

This time, the scattered stones not only targeted Mr. Mime but surrounded it as if cutting off its vision.

But… it didn't matter. Mr. Mime's eyes glowed again, effortlessly freezing every single rock mid-air, regardless of their spread.

Its ridiculous grin turned toward Aron, as if mocking her futile effort.

However, Aron was already sprinting toward her opponent.

With its energy divided between containing the stones, Mr. Mime couldn't stop Aron's advance.

Desperate, it flung the rocks toward her, but Aron's head began to glow—a fierce Iron Head shattered the incoming boulders.

"Now! Use Iron Head again!"

Aron's timing was impeccable.

The steel energy imbued in her head was empowered by both STAB and the type advantage against Fairy-types like Mr. Mime. There was little chance the fragile, squishy Pokémon could endure.

Seeing the imminent threat, Mr. Mime hastily conjured a shimmering protective barrier—Protect.

The transparent shield absorbed Aron's attack flawlessly, leaving her slightly dazed as she rebounded.

Kazuki clenched his fists.

Protect couldn't be used repeatedly in quick succession, but that still meant another back-and-forth struggle to break through.

Voicing his next move, Kazuki once again ordered:

"Aron, Iron Head! Don't let up!"

But rather than relying on Protect, Mr. Mime used its psychic energy to craft a longer-lasting Reflect. The wall reduced the damage of physical moves like Aron's Iron Head, forcing Kazuki to adapt.

Then, in a flash of white light, Mr. Mime swapped out.

In its place stood a smaller, fox-like Pokémon—Espeon. The graceful Psychic-type bore an eerie resemblance to Kazuki's own frail Eevee, but its aura was entirely different.

"…Calm Mind?!" Kazuki gasped. Espeon began meditating, raising its Special Attack and Special Defense.

"Aron, Crunch!"

Aron lunged with a ferocious bite.

Against Espeon's pure Psychic typing, her Dark-type move dealt massive damage, breaking through the lingering Reflect.

But just as Espeon cried out in pain, another white light enveloped it—it had Baton Passed its stat boosts to its successor.

Kazuki's heart sank.

Emerging from the light was a tall, yellow figure gripping two spoons in its hands—Alakazam.

Its cold, elongated visage emitted an aura of overwhelming psychic power. The battlefield seemed to bow to its might.

Kazuki stared in despair. Against such incredible power, Aron and her defiant spirit might not be enough.
