Orochimaru continued grimly, "Because you've been hunting Cloud Ninja nonstop in the Land of Hot Water, you missed out on the latest updates. Both Sunagakure and Kiri have encountered crises.

The Third Kazekage has disappeared. Now Suna is leaderless and too preoccupied searching for him to continue the war effort. Meanwhile, Kiri faces internal chaos and lacks sufficient external forces—it's an opportunity for us."

Chinya's eyes flickered thoughtfully.

Had the Third Kazekage already been killed by Sasori?

Then it seemed like total war was imminent.

Even if Cloud Village and Rock Village didn't initiate hostilities, Konoha would.

Because this was their chance.

A lowered his voice with concern: "Then tell me, what can I do for you?"

Sighing deeply, Burubi muttered, "My heart has become incurable. If something ever happens... I leave it to you."

A stared at Burubi for a long moment, searching his face.

Because of Burubi's excellence in ninjutsu, bloodline, abilities, and character, Gyuki, the Eight-Tails, was implanted within him when he was young. After relentless training, Burubi mastered full control over Gyuki's powers.

He wiped away the bloodstains and took the Medical Ninja's place, sitting on the chair like nothing had happened, waiting calmly for the next visitor.
