Naruto : Ninja school teacher, I can become stronger by teaching

Chapter 56: Chapter 56: The Uchiha Anomaly

"Do you want to go back together?" Shisui asked Obito, who was putting away his test papers.

"Shisui, are you going back early today?" Obito asked, a little puzzled. He and Shisui were both from the Uchiha clan, and their homes weren't far, but they rarely went back together because Shisui often returned later than them. It wasn't that Obito didn't want to train more, but he was worried his grandmother would be concerned if he returned too late.

"Yes, Teacher Muyue said to go back early today and get enough rest for tomorrow's training," Shisui nodded. The reason he went home late every day was because there was no one at home anyway, so it was all the same wherever he was.

"Then you really need to rest well, Shisui. Tomorrow's training will definitely be very tiring," Obito reminded him, looking at Shisui with a hint of pity. After all, if Muyue had said that, the training Shisui was about to face tomorrow would definitely not be simple. Muyue hadn't even reminded him to rest well after his level of training.

"I have a rough guess. It should involve strengthening physical training," Shisui said. Muyue had already said that the new Body Flicker Technique would put more pressure on his legs, so physical training was definitely necessary. "Maybe it'll even be joining your fights. If so, I'll go all out too," Shisui said playfully.

"I hope not," Obito clasped his hands together and silently prayed to the Sage of Six Paths. He had watched Shisui practice the Body Flicker Technique while he was doing problems; it was too fast, and he definitely wouldn't be able to react in a fight. If the opponent changed to Shisui, he might have to double the number of problems he had to do for one fight.

"Probably not. If that were the case, Teacher Muyue would have said so in advance," Shisui couldn't help but laugh when he saw Obito praying so earnestly. To say something a little hurtful, neither Obito nor Might Guy could put any pressure on him right now, so Muyue wouldn't arrange for them to train together. Unless Muyue's goal was to put pressure on Obito and the others.

As the two walked, Obito suddenly stopped. Shisui looked back at Obito with a puzzled expression. "Shisui, wait a moment. There's an old lady over there who seems to need help," Obito said, pointing to an old woman bent over with a large bundle on her back. Shisui looked in the direction Obito pointed; there was indeed an old person on that street who seemed to be struggling to move.

"Obito's observational skills are that strong?" Shisui was a little surprised; he hadn't even noticed just now. After Obito asked the old woman what her difficulties were, he immediately offered to help carry her luggage and take her to her destination.

"Grandma, I'm fine. Don't look at me, I'm still young. I'll be a ninja next year, and I'm very strong," Obito patted his chest and said with a goofy laugh. After saying that, Obito even performed a set of taijutsu movements, which really bluffed the old woman, and she finally handed the luggage to Obito. Obito walked in front, the old woman followed, and Shisui, walking at the very back, showed a thoughtful expression.

After helping the old woman, the two resumed their journey home. After a while, Obito stopped again and helped another old lady with a cane go home. Shisui now understood why Obito was called an anomaly. The first principle Uchiha children learned was not respect for teachers and elders, nor respect for the elderly and young, but rather the supremacy of strength; ninjutsu power came first. Nothing was more important than increasing strength; as long as you were strong enough, nothing was a problem. Shisui was not old, but his talent and strength were evident. Even children several years older than him had to follow his lead. Obito was different; he wasn't very enthusiastic about training that would increase his strength, but he was very interested in actions like helping the elderly. Shisui thought that this might be why Obito was able to notice old people who needed help.

"Shisui." After entering the Uchiha clan territory, they gradually encountered familiar peers. Uchiha Tekka greeted Shisui after seeing him, but he was a bit puzzled when he saw Obito standing next to Shisui.

"Tekka," Shisui also greeted. "Then I'm going home first." Obito was eager to go back and see his grandmother, so he directly said goodbye to Shisui and left. He didn't greet Uchiha Tekka because the two weren't really familiar.

"Hmm," Shisui nodded.

"Shisui, why are you with him?" Uchiha Tekka asked curiously. Before this exam, Obito had always been an oddity in his eyes among the Uchiha: bad grades, no desire to improve, and appearing foolish, his behavior entirely unlike an Uchiha. After the exam, he shed some of those labels, but Obito still felt like a strange Uchiha. This wasn't just his thought, but a common consensus among Uchiha his age.

"What's wrong?" Shisui asked.

"Uh, it's just a bit surprising, since he's

that Obito Uchiha," Uchiha Tekka said after thinking for a moment.

"Actually, once you get to know him, you'll find that Obito is a very good person," Shisui said. Shisui didn't explain much more and returned home after a brief chat.

"Did Obito's strength improve because Shisui taught him some secret training technique?" Uchiha Tekka thought to himself, watching Shisui's retreating back. He was a bit unwilling to be defeated by Obito, and recently he had been training hard to regain his pride in the final exam.

In the morning, Shisui and Obito woke up early and went to the training ground in the Southern Forest. As Shisui had expected, Muyue had arranged a large amount of physical training for him. Push-ups and squats were basic; he also had to swim and run laps around Konoha. The training volume was far beyond Shisui's imagination.

"Is this amount of training a bit excessive for my age?" Shisui couldn't help but ask. Although some said that a ninja's body had unlimited potential, the truth was that over-training could leave hidden injuries. Hearing Shisui say this, Obito curiously came over for a look and was immediately stunned, suddenly feeling that his own training was very easy.

"Normally, such a large training volume would of course be impossible, but I have a special secret medicine that can relieve post-training fatigue and heal the body," Muyue said. Shisui didn't know that this was actually Muyue's reward for giving him such good rewards. Because the secret medicine provided by the system was limited, Muyue had to save two for future research, and the rest would be one less each time he used one. Among Muyue's three current disciples, only Might Guy could exclusively follow the path of taijutsu, and he had originally intended to save all of them for Might Guy. However, seeing Shisui perform so well, he decided to give two to Shisui for intensified training. Shisui's potential was the highest among his current disciples, and Muyue hoped Shisui would quickly enter a period of explosive growth, so the chakra provided by disciple cultivation feedback would be quite substantial.

"Secret medicine?" Shisui was a little surprised. If it had special effects, then it made sense. Judging from Muyue's usual training plans, he wasn't a teacher who would arbitrarily increase training volume without reason.

"Teacher Muyue, how much does this secret medicine cost? My family left me quite a bit of money," Shisui asked. Although his grandparents and parents were gone, their assets were all left to him.

"You don't need to worry about that. Your diligent completion of training is the best reward for me," Muyue said with a smile. Looking at Muyue's sincere expression, Shisui was deeply moved. He could feel that these were words from Muyue's heart. To be honest, the warmth Muyue brought him was even more than what his uncle provided.
