Naruto: Ōtsutsuki lineage

Chapter 110: Exchange

Now Chen is at Konoha's station, and his presence is absolutely terrifying. Although his appearance is handsome and has a somewhat childish air to his face, in the eyes of Konoha's ninjas, he is a true demon in human skin.

In the presence of thousands of ninjas from Konoha's main clans, he coldly and deliberately killed the members of the Sarutobi and Shimura clans. There was no attempt to hide his actions in the slightest; he did it so that everyone could witness his cruelty.

Although he saved Konoha from this crisis, he has not received any respect or admiration from the village ninjas, only endless fear.

His reputation is even worse than Orochimaru's in his darkest days. If it weren't for his overwhelming strength, many would have already yelled at him and even tried to attack him.

Chen also knows that his reputation is not good, but he doesn't care. Whether it is a good or bad name, the important thing is to be remembered.

The Raikage has been captured and is now a prisoner, leaving Kumogakure in a state of panic. Even A, the future Fourth Raikage, is confused and furious.

He wanted to gather a group to rescue his father, but reason held him back; he knew that doing so would only put the entire village at greater risk. Although he desperately wants to rescue his father, he also feels responsible for the rest of the Cloud ninjas.

"A-sama! Chen Hyuga has captured Raikage-sama and is humiliating him in public," reported a Chūnin who arrived running, his face full of concern.

Bang!

A slammed the table in anger.

"That bastard..." he muttered as his body trembled with rage.

With A's hot-headed temperament, he could no longer stand it and ran out of the tent.

"Chen Hyuga, if you're a man, release my father and face me like one!" he shouted, his voice full of fury, as his eyes reddened.

In front of him, his father, the Third Raikage, was tied to a stake while several ninjas whipped him.

Although the Raikage's hardened skin resisted the blows without showing damage, the humiliation was unbearable.

The Raikage, the symbol of Kumogakure, reduced to this!

The scene was a direct insult to the pride of the entire Cloud Village. If this were known, Kumogakure would be subject to unparalleled humiliation.

"Chen Hyuga! Why are you so despicable?!" roared A, his voice breaking with frustration.

"Despicable, you say..." replied Chen with a twisted smile. "Yes, I am. I do whatever is necessary to achieve my goals, and if that makes me despicable, so be it. But what can you do to me?"

A's teeth ground in rage at his words.

"A, don't worry about me! If Chen Hyuga asks for anything, do not accept it under any circumstances!" shouted the Raikage, with the determination of a man ready to die.

Chen clicked his tongue.

"Loudmouth! Learn to be a prisoner and shut up already."

Bang!

With a rough gesture, he used Yin-Yang Release to condense a black rod and knocked the Raikage unconscious with one blow.

"Now that the noise has stopped, we can talk," he said, his eyes fixed on A. "Do you want to negotiate, or would you prefer to continue this pointless display of strength?"

"I won't negotiate with you, Chen! I would never make deals with someone as low and despicable as you!" A said.

Chen let out a chilling laugh. "If you keep that attitude, your beloved Raikage will cease to have value to me. I'll cut him to pieces and feed him to the Inuzuka clan's dogs... at least that way he'll serve some purpose."

"You dare?!"

Chen smiled in a way that froze A's heart.

That smile didn't belong to a sane man; it belonged to someone capable of carrying out every word he said without the slightest bit of doubt.

"If you are truly a worthy son, save your father. But if you don't care, then let him die like any other dog, I have no problem with that."

"What are the terms?!" A's face darkened.

"Give me the Eight-Tails and the Two-Tails in exchange," replied Chen, revealing his true intention.

"IMPOSSIBLE!!!!" A roared in fury; the very thought of handing over the tailed beasts was ridiculous.

"How dare you suggest that!"

Chen's sneer widened, "You call me despicable? Look at what you've become! You don't even have the guts to save your own father! Would you rather see him die at my hands just so you can take his place as Raikage? Is that what you want, to take his throne?"

The Kumogakure ninjas looked at A with tense expressions, beginning to question their leader's loyalty. A tried to conceal his fury, but his hands were trembling.

His gaze glinted with hatred toward Chen. Not only was he being threatened, but this brat had managed to sow doubts among his own men.

"I don't have time for debate," Chen stated coldly. "You have ten days. If I don't see the Eight-Tails and the Two-Tails, you won't see your beloved Third Raikage... alive."

Without saying another word, he turned and walked away, taking the Raikage with him, followed by his Konoha ninjas.

The faces of the Kumogakure ninjas were filled with powerlessness and anger, desperate to save their leader but not daring to do anything rash.

When Konoha's army finally disappeared from their sight, A turned to his men. "Send a message to my cousin B, tell him to come immediately with the Eight-Tails. Also bring the Two-Tails sealed in the Amber Pot."

"A-sama! Are you really going to hand over the two tailed beasts?"

A looked at the ninja with a burning desperation in his eyes. "What else can I do? I can't let my father die at the hands of that bastard! He is the pillar of Kumogakure, our hope! Do you want me to be the cause of his death?"

The days passed in the blink of an eye. Nine days later, B, the Jinchūriki of the Eight-Tails, arrived at the camp along with the Amber Pot containing the Two-Tails. A explained the situation to B, who agreed to sacrifice himself for the Raikage without hesitation.

A knew that B had always been the bravest, the most willing to sacrifice himself for the village, and that made him feel both relief and guilt.

Konoha Camp

Chen, who was teaching Konan at that moment, received a letter agreeing to the exchange. The response did not surprise him.

He knew that the Raikage was too valuable for Kumogakure, more useful than any tailed beast.

He finished speaking with Konan, assigning her a shadow clone for protection, a clone as strong as a Kage. Then he prepared for the exchange.

Taking the Raikage tied up, he moved towards the agreed location, not bothering to call Konoha's ninjas. When he arrived, A was already waiting, surrounded by the Kumogakure army.

"Look how many people you've brought! Do you trust me so little?" he said, looking around.

"Trust you? Don't be ridiculous!" A snapped. "There's not a single man here who trusts someone like you!"

Chen shrugged indifferently.
