The battlefield trembled as a light, playful voice emerged from the dissipating dust.

"Ah, Aizen-sama, don't you think this is a bit much? Such an entrance feels a little… excessive. I wasn't prepared for such a dramatic introduction to the ninja world," the voice teased.

As the dust settled, two figures became visible in the crater. Aizen Sōsuke stood calmly, his serene yet commanding presence unmistakable. Beside him, Gin Ichimaru smirked, his narrow eyes glinting with mischief.

"Tap."

Gin casually stomped his foot on the ground, glancing at the lifeless figure of Bunpuku sprawled at his feet. "So," he began, his tone light but mocking, "which one of you is from the Sand? Please come pick up your… friend. It was no small effort to bring him here for this lovely reunion."

In the Sand ranks, the sight of their sacred weapon, the One-Tail's jinchūriki, reduced to such a pitiful state sent ripples of shock through the group.

Rasa, floating nearby, narrowed his eyes at the scene, his expression dark. Bunpuku… How could this have happened?

Yet the Sand weren't the only ones reacting to the newcomers.

The eyes of every ninja on the battlefield turned to Aizen. His calm demeanor and slight smile were unnervingly out of place amid the chaos.

High above, Ōnoki's stern gaze sharpened. So, Aizen has finally appeared. This changes everything.

Beside him, Rasa studied the man who had orchestrated so much chaos across the ninja world. Is this really the man who singlehandedly disrupted the balance of the five great nations?

Though Aizen's appearance seemed unassuming, Rasa couldn't shake the unsettling feeling that his arrival was all part of a greater plan.

On a distant ridge, Konoha's forces fell silent.

Jiraiya and Tsunade stood frozen, their previous confidence eroded by Aizen's presence. The memory of their last encounter with him—when even their combined strength had been meaningless—lingered heavily.

Minato observed his mentors with concern. "Aizen," he murmured, "is even more dangerous than I imagined."

In stark contrast to Konoha's unease, A bristled with excitement.

"What's wrong, Minato?" A asked, his voice tinged with impatience.

"If Aizen's here, isn't this exactly what we've been waiting for? This is our chance to eliminate him!"

Lightning crackled around A as his battle spirit surged. His fierce gaze locked onto Aizen, radiating the thrill of facing a formidable opponent.

"Lightning Release Armor!"

With a deafening roar, A activated his Lightning Release Chakra Mode. A brilliant aura of lightning enveloped him, and the ground beneath him cracked from the force of his chakra.

Minato's expression tightened. "Wait, A," he cautioned. "Aizen isn't someone we can defeat with brute force alone."

A smirked, his confidence unwavering.

"I know his strength rivals the Kage, but that's exactly why I want to fight him. Only by facing such power can I truly test my limits!"

His declaration drew gasps from the surrounding ninja.

Ōnoki, observing from above, frowned deeply. "Idiot," he muttered.

Back in the crater, Gin's smile widened as he watched A's display.

"Quite the fiery one, aren't you?" Gin mused, his voice dripping with amusement. "But tell me, are you sure you're not with the Sand? If you are, do take this poor soul off my hands."

He nudged Bunpuku's limp form with his foot, his mocking tone cutting through the tension.

A Sand kunoichi stepped forward, her anger flaring.

"You—"

"Stop, Muwa!" barked her commander, holding her back.

Gin's smile grew sharper. He turned back to A, his tone light but dangerous.

"Not with the Sand? Then why the hostility?"

A didn't hesitate. "I'm not here for the Sand. My only goal is to fight Aizen!"

A's bold statement sent ripples of unease through the Cloud ranks.

Bee leaned toward Darui, his voice low. "Yo, bro, do you think Big Bro knows what he's doing? That guy's not some average joe, ya know?"

Darui sighed deeply. "This is why the Raikage didn't want A here. He's too reckless. Challenging Aizen of all people…"

Darui's face darkened as he gazed at Aizen.

"Aizen isn't just strong. He's the most dangerous man in the world. If A's not careful, he'll get us all killed."

As A's challenge echoed across the battlefield, Aizen's gaze shifted toward him.

For a moment, the legendary shinobi remained silent, his expression unreadable. Then, a faint smile curved his lips.

The battlefield seemed to hold its breath.

Gin, ever the observer, chuckled softly. "Looks like someone's eager to die."

Then, with a sly grin, the man in the white haori stepped aside, creating a path and turning his head with a light chuckle.

"Aizen-sama, this guy is specifically challenging you. He seems confident, and I doubt someone like me could handle him."

Hearing this, Aizen maintained his composed smile and responded calmly.

"His strength isn't bad. Facing him will help you adjust to your current power. Otherwise, if you truly prove to be useless… you should know what I'll do, don't you?"

Without waiting for a reply, Aizen turned away from him and directed his gaze toward Ōnoki in the sky.

Gin, far from being frightened by Aizen's words, shrugged in resignation and sighed dramatically.

"Aizen-sama, you're so heartless. To say such cruel things to someone as loyal as me… Oh well, if that's how it is, I'll deal with this one for you."

As he spoke, Gin turned fully, his white robe fluttering in the wind.

His eyes narrowed slightly, a dangerous glint within them like a venomous serpent fixating on its prey. His gaze locked onto A, who was brimming with battle intent in the distance.

Seeing this, A's expression grew grim.

What bothered him more, however, was Aizen himself—who had turned his back on the fight entirely, seemingly uninterested in him. The dismissive gesture struck a nerve, and A shouted angrily.

"Aizen Sōsuke! Are you afraid to face the challenge of a Cloud ninja?!"

Hearing this, even Gin's eyes twitched in surprise. A quiet whistle escaped his lips as he muttered to himself.

These guys really dare to say anything. Looks like Aizen-sama hasn't yet shown them his true nature.

At that moment, Aizen slowly turned his head.

The warm smile he had worn earlier was gone, replaced by a calm yet indifferent expression. His gaze, cold and cutting, swept toward A with a piercing clarity.

Their eyes met across the battlefield.

In that single instant of contact, a shiver ran down A's spine, and beads of cold sweat appeared on his back.

In the blink of an eye, all his fighting spirit was extinguished, replaced by an overwhelming sense of fear that seemed to grip his very core.

W-what is happening? Why am I feeling this fear?

Those eyes…

A stood frozen, his mind racing, consumed by confusion and unease.

Then Aizen's voice rang out, calm yet cold, cutting through the air with magnetic authority.

"If you wish to challenge me, first ensure that you're capable of standing in my presence."
