Izuna crossed his arms, surveying the battlefield with a casual smirk.

Nearly two hours had passed since the battle began, and Kaguya's forces were in shambles. The ground was littered with mangled corpses, and the air was thick with the nauseating stench of burning flesh from the relentless Amaterasu flames.

Despite this carnage, Izuna's breathing remained steady, his chakra reserves seemingly untouched, much to Kaguya Manro's mounting frustration.

"Clan leader, you must tell Uchiha Izuna about Senju Hashirama! We can't keep this up any longer!"

Kaguya Takeri pleaded desperately, his voice strained.

It was impossible to calculate the exact number of their fallen comrades, but the devastating losses were apparent just from a glance. If they continued like this, the Kaguya clan would be reduced to a second-rate ninja clan, their numbers too few to recover for decades.

Kaguya Manro's eyes were bloodshot. His left arm was encased in a massive bone spear as he snarled, "No! The more desperate the situation, the less we can retreat! If we fall back now, all our sacrifices will have been for nothing!"

His words carried the air of a gambler on a losing streak, refusing to accept defeat. He had already sunk too much into this fight to stop, even though every move brought more devastating losses.

Fueled by this mindset, Kaguya Manro lunged forward to fight personally.

"Clan leader!"

Kaguya Takeri called out in alarm, but it was too late to stop him.

"Dance of Maidenhair!"

The massive bone spear collided with Susanoo's shell, creating deep cracks along its surface.

Izuna raised one hand lazily. "Fire Release: Great Fire Extinguishing Arrow!"

Unlike the wide-range attacks of the Great Fireball, this focused attack homed in on Kaguya Manro with brutal precision.

In the sea of flames, Manro encased himself in a bone cocoon, shielding his body from the inferno.

"Do you think that's enough to stop me?"

Izuna's right eye gleamed as a small Spiral Shuriken appeared in his palm, engulfed in Amaterasu flames.

"Fire Release: Spiral Shuriken!"

Izuna flung the deadly projectile with ease. It passed effortlessly through Susanoo's shell and hurtled toward Kaguya Manro at nearly point-blank range.

"Protect the clan leader!"

Kaguya Takeri shouted frantically.

A nearby Kaguya jonin leapt forward, striking the shuriken with a bone spear. But the instant the spear touched the swirling projectile, it was torn apart by the combined forces of fire and wind, reducing the jonin to shredded meat.

Manro managed to retreat just in time, narrowly avoiding the same fate.

"You're persistent," Izuna muttered, though his voice lacked irritation. "But I'm growing bored of this game."

The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan spun in his eyes as Susanoo grew two additional arms. Each hand now held an Amaterasu Sword, while the other two spun Yasaka Magatama in their palms.

"Let's end this."

"This man's chakra is endless! Is he even human?"

Despair began to creep into the hearts of Kaguya's remaining ninjas.

"The Kaguya clan will be wiped out today," Izuna declared coldly.

With a flurry of attacks from the Amaterasu Swords and the relentless barrage of Yasaka Magatama, each strike claimed the lives of multiple Kaguya ninjas.

As Izuna advanced toward Kaguya Manro, his tone turned icy. "Let's start with you, the clan leader."

Two Amaterasu Swords descended. Manro narrowly dodged, but the impact shattered the ground, sending debris flying. The unstable terrain forced everyone into the air.

"Clan leader, we must retreat! This battle is hopeless!"

Kaguya Takeri shouted from the rear, his voice tinged with despair.

"But there's nowhere to run," Izuna interjected, a new Spiral Shuriken forming in his hand. He launched it, combining it mid-flight with Amaterasu, creating a massive black energy sphere.

"Scorch Release: Nimbus Hayate – Black Yazeri Style!"

The devastating technique consumed everything in its path, annihilating all who stood before it. Among the casualties was Kaguya Manro himself.

"Noooooo!"

Kaguya Takeri's anguished cry echoed through the battlefield.

"Don't worry," Izuna said with chilling indifference. "You'll join him soon."

Izuna began forming seals for another attack, but just as he was about to finish, a booming voice interrupted.

"Wood Release: Double Cane Strangulation!"

Thick vines burst from the ground, coiling around Susanoo's limbs and halting its movements.

Izuna calmly sliced through the vines with Susanoo's swords, then turned to locate the source of the chakra.

"Stop this madness, Izuna!"

Descending from above, a figure in red armor landed between Izuna and the remaining Kaguya ninjas.

It was Senju Hashirama—and in his arms was the unconscious form of Uchiha Madara.

Izuna's eyes widened slightly at the sight.

"Did you get caught on the way back?" he muttered incredulously.

Indeed, Madara and his escorts had encountered Senju Hashirama while retreating. With Madara in his weakened state, he was easily captured.

"That's too bad," Izuna thought wryly.

Hashirama's usual gentle demeanor was overshadowed by the imposing aura of the First Hokage. "This is enough, Izuna. Too many lives have been lost."

Izuna, unimpressed, retorted coldly, "Spare me the lecture. What do you want?"

Hashirama lifted Madara into a more secure hold. "A hostage exchange. Withdraw from Kaguya Island, and I'll return Madara to you."

"No!"

A surviving Kaguya jonin protested vehemently, interrupting the tense standoff.
