Naruto: Uchiha Izuna with system

Chapter 203: Chapter:200

"Deputy Clan Leader! The Clan Leader can't hold on any longer! Please provide support immediately!"

The cry of distress echoed across the battlefield as Uchiha Madara struggled to withstand the onslaught of Senju Hashirama.

Izuna's calm demeanor broke. His eyes, cold and calculating, suddenly shifted, radiating a chilling intensity that seemed to draw chakra from the depths of hell itself.

In an instant, the sky turned pale, and a massive silver Susanoo materialized—its ghost-like face and powerful wings creating an aura of absolute dominance.

"That's... the strength of the Eye Emperor, Uchiha Izuna?!"

Hatake Sakusuki and Kaguya Takeri, leaders of the northern clans, had never witnessed Izuna's complete Susanoo in action before. The sheer presence of the towering silver figure left them paralyzed with fear. Suddenly, Uchiha Madara's earlier might seemed far less intimidating.

Izuna's voice boomed through the battlefield, directing his words to Hashirama.

"Hashirama, let's move this fight elsewhere."

Without waiting for a response, Izuna's Susanoo flapped its enormous wings, seizing the wooden golem by its shoulders and taking to the skies.

Hashirama hesitated. If he left, no one in the Senju Alliance would be able to contain Madara. But if he stayed, the clash of titanic forces between Susanoo and his Wooden Golem would devastate the entire battlefield, leaving untold casualties in its wake.

After a moment of deliberation, Hashirama made his decision. He leaped after Izuna, letting his wooden construct be carried into the sky.

Madara, watching from the ground, clenched his fists. His pride stung as he realized he was being left behind.

"Damn it! Am I still not strong enough? Even with these new eyes…" Madara muttered under his breath, his chakra flaring with frustration.

But his attention soon turned back to the Senju Alliance. Without Hashirama, the coalition army was vulnerable.

"Don't be afraid! Use the sealing techniques to contain him! Everyone, focus your attacks!" Uzumaki Guanghai took command, rallying the coalition forces.

While Madara's Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan and Susanoo were formidable, the sheer number of enemies—nearly 3,000—presented an extreme challenge.

After flying about twenty miles, Izuna released Hashirama, sending the wooden golem crashing to the ground. The impact caused the earth to tremble violently, leaving a deep crater in its wake.

As Hashirama steadied himself, he was surprised to see that Izuna's Susanoo didn't immediately attack. Instead, the towering silver figure stood still, as if observing him.

"What are you trying to achieve, Izuna?" Hashirama called out, breaking the silence.

Izuna, sitting calmly within the eyebrow crystal of his Susanoo, spread his hands. "It's simple. I see no need to fight you."

Hashirama frowned in confusion. "What do you mean?"

Izuna's voice softened, though it carried an edge of mockery. "I'll admit, Hashirama, your idea of building a village—a peaceful world—isn't entirely wrong. After years of endless fighting, even I'm growing weary."

For a brief moment, hope flickered in Hashirama's eyes. But before he could respond, Izuna continued, his tone darkening.

"However, with the current hatred between the Uchiha and Senju, it's impossible to create a harmonious village. The balance of power is too uneven."

Hashirama's face darkened. "You left Madara on the battlefield because—"

"That's right," Izuna interrupted. "By reducing the numbers of your Senju Alliance, we can level the playing field. Once Uchiha and Senju are of equal strength, we'll consider peace."

Hashirama's hands clenched into fists, his voice rising in anger. "You're sacrificing lives on both sides for your twisted idea of balance! You're no better than the warlords we've been fighting for generations!"

Izuna's cold gaze bore into Hashirama. "Peace often requires sacrifice, Hashirama. You say you want to build a peaceful era, but do you truly have the resolve to pay the price?"

Hashirama's response was a roar of defiance. "Maybe you're right, Izuna. But I will never allow you to manipulate lives like pawns on a chessboard. I'll stop you here, no matter the cost!"

Izuna sighed, his tone almost pitying. "You're as naive as ever, Hashirama."

The perfect Susanoo drew its twin swords, their blades gleaming with chakra. "But if you insist, I'll show you the price of your idealism."

The ground quaked as the two titans clashed, their strikes sending shockwaves that flattened the surrounding terrain.

The battle raged on for two days and nights, the earth trembling beneath the weight of their power. Both warriors pushed themselves to their limits, but in the end, it was Hashirama who faltered. Exhausted and battered, he collapsed to the ground.

Izuna stood over him, his Susanoo dissolving into wisps of chakra. His armor was battered, and his breathing was heavy, but he remained standing.

"It took a lot of effort to bring you down," Izuna admitted, sitting beside the fallen Hashirama. "If you'd fully awakened your Sage Mode, this fight would have been much harder."

Hashirama, bruised and bloodied, struggled to lift his head. "You may have defeated me, but the Senju Alliance will not fall so easily."

Izuna smirked, glancing toward the horizon. "Sense it for yourself, Hashirama. The battlefield at Congyun Mountain has already changed."

Summoning the last of his chakra, Hashirama extended his senses. What he felt made his heart sink. The coalition army was in disarray. Madara, despite being outnumbered, had turned the tide of battle. Hundreds of Senju, Uzumaki, Hatake, and Kaguya soldiers had fallen.
