Since acquiring Hashirama's Wood Style, Tsunade was full of energy. 

Ignoring Kiyoshi, Shizune, and the others, she was enthusiastically practicing various Wood Style techniques.

Meanwhile, Karin was also undergoing an astonishing transformation. Her chakra capacity had grown immensely, and now, golden chakra chains sprouted from her back, dancing in the air.

"Huh?" Karin stared in awe. "Is this the Adamantine Sealing Chains?"

She realized she could control these chakra chains as she pleased.

"That's right, these are the Adamantine Sealing Chains of the Uzumaki Clan." Kiyoshi observed the chakra chains emerging from Karin and nodded with a smile. 

"You can use them to bind or attack enemies, create barriers, or even trap a target defensively."

"If you become powerful enough, you might even be able to restrain a Tailed Beast, making it unable to escape."

Hearing this, Karin's face lit up with joy. As Tsunade's student and under the guidance of both Kiyoshi and Shizune, she understood well the immense strength of a Tailed Beast. 

It meant that if she trained hard enough, perhaps one day, she could bind or even seal a Tailed Beast herself. 

"That's amazing."

"And that's not all." Kiyoshi placed a hand on Karin's head, grinning. "Aside from the Yin and Yang release, you initially only had water and earth chakra natures, correct?"

"Now, you should have wind, lightning, water, fire, earth, and Yin-Yang chakra attributes."

Saying this, he handed Karin a chakra paper. "Go ahead, give it a try."

"Really?" Eager to try, Karin placed the paper in her hand, and even Shizune, curious, leaned in.

As soon as Karin channeled her chakra into the paper, it silently split in half as if cut by an invisible force. 

On the left half, one part burst into flames, while another turned damp. On the right, one area wrinkled, and another disintegrated completely.

"Wind, lightning, water, fire, earth. She has all of them." Shizune's eyes widened. "It's truly all attributes."

"That's amazing." Karin cheered, her excitement evident.

This meant she could, like Kiyoshi, wield all chakra attributes. 

She remembered how impressive Kiyoshi's Five Element Jutsu attack had been. 

Not even Jiraiya, one of the Sannin, along with his giant toad, Gamabunta, had been able to withstand it. That moment was etched in her memory.

"Kiyoshi, I want to learn Five Style Massive Combo Jutsu." Karin said, clenching her fists with anticipation.

Kiyoshi chuckled.

"Sure, I'll teach you. but mastering this jutsu isn't as simple as having all the attributes. It requires even more effort."

True it wasn't merely about creating shadow clones and having them perform elemental jutsus individually. 

To execute it properly, one must fully master the nature transformation of all five chakra natures, balance them precisely, and combine them into a powerful compound jutsu with a force greater than any individual element.

And if Karin someday mastered Sage Mode, she could even unleash a Sage-level Five Style Massive Combo Jutsu, making it tremendously powerful.

"I'll work hard." Karin nodded enthusiastically.

Kiyoshi turned to Shizune with a smile. "Shizune-senpai, how do you feel?"

Whoosh... Shizune formed hand seals, her body disappearing instantly. In a flash, she reappeared behind Kiyoshi and Karin, her speed forming an afterimage.

Her movements were lightning-fast as she darted around, covering dozens of meters in an instant. Her fist surged with chakra and struck the ground forcefully.

Boom! Boom!

The earth split, rocks flew, and dust billowed in a ten-meter radius. The power was awe-inspiring. 

Even Tsunade, who had been engrossed in her Wood Style practice, turned her gaze toward them, her eyes narrowing slightly. 

"That speed. Shizune really has acquired an impressive ability."

It was undeniable. 

With Shizune's increasing mastery of her Strength of a Hundred Seal, combined with the incredible speed of her Swift Release, she was terrifyingly powerful. 

Her attacks were swift and hard to counter, and a single hit would likely be fatal or cause serious injury, even for a strong opponent.

And it was rumored that if Swift Release was perfected, it could grant a movement speed nearly approaching the speed of light—far surpassing any Body Flicker technique.

Whoosh... Shizune's form flashed back to Kiyoshi and Karin.

"That was amazing, Shizune-nee." Karin's eyes sparkled with admiration.

"I feel like I've gained more than just Swift Release, my reflexes seem greatly enhanced." Shizune looked at Kiyoshi in surprise.

"I think I can sense chakra now, and my own chakra reserves have increased significantly. They're even slowly rising on their own."

With this heightened nervous response, she was able to react to her own incredible speed. 

And now, she had a reliable sensing ability, allowing her to detect others' chakra directly. She gazed at Kiyoshi with gratitude. 

"Thank you so much, Kiyoshi."

This gift was invaluable. She initially thought Swift Release and an increase in chakra would be all she'd gain, but it came with so many benefits.

"That's because I added the Hagoromo Clan's genes into your fruit, so you received more than just Swift Release." Kiyoshi smiled.

The Hagoromo Clan was known not only for their large chakra reserves but also for a natural sensing ability, resembling the Uzumaki Clan, though lacking the Uzumakis' powerful sealing techniques.

"Huh?" Karin and Shizune stared in surprise.

They hadn't heard of such a clan before.

"The Hagoromo Clan was a powerful group from the Warring States Period, allies of the Uchiha Clan and rivals of the Senju Clan," Tsunade explained as she walked over to them. 

"According to legend, the Hagoromo Clan was founded by defectors from the Senju Clan. In a way, they're distant relatives of the Senju and Uzumaki clans."

"Later, the Senju, Uzumaki, and Sarutobi clans joined forces to wipe them out."

Tsunade crossed her arms, looking pensive. "Who would've thought that even the Hagoromo Clan's bodies were preserved by Danzo."

"It seems there may have been survivors from that clan."
