blocking the wooden spikes relentlessly pelting toward him.

"Wind Style: Vacuum Blade!" Leaping atop the wall, Danzo sprinted across it.

With a kunai in hand, he channeled a surge of wind-style chakra into it, forming a sharp, greenish-blue chakra blade.

He charged at Kiyoshi at breakneck speed.

"Wood Style: Deep Forest Emergence!"

Kiyoshi's face was expressionless.

In an instant, countless saplings sprang up from the ground, rapidly growing into towering trees.

And these trees seemed almost alive.

They twisted and lunged at Danzo, eager to ensnare him.

"Is this the First Hokage's jutsu?"

Danzo's eyes shrank, and his heart skipped a beat.

He dodged frantically, avoiding the relentless barrage of vines.

Although he possessed Hashirama's cells and could use Wood Style, it wasn't an ability he had awakened naturally like Kiyoshi, nor was it a diluted gene infusion like Yamato's.

Instead, he'd taken a shortcut, using the yin chakra from his Sharingan to balance the Hashirama cells implanted in his right arm.

Strictly speaking, Danzo did not possess Wood Release himself.

He could only perform a limited range of Wood Release jutsu with his right arm.

This was why, despite having access to Wood Release, he rarely used it.

They stormed toward him, draining his chakra with abandon.

Danzo's eyes turned fierce.

With his free right hand, he awkwardly maneuvered his kunai.

"Aargh…" He stabbed his own heart viciously.

Blood splattered.

Encased by vines, his entire figure vanished mysteriously.

"To think he'd resort to suicide—that's ruthless…" Seeing Danzo sacrifice himself to escape the trap only to revive using Izanagi, Kiyoshi chuckled softly.

Behind him, as if with eyes in the back of his head, he turned around.

Watching Danzo reappear in a flash behind him.

"Damn it… down to seven now…"

Glancing at his right arm, sensing his chakra depletion, Danzo's face grew grim. "And I'm burning through chakra too quickly!"

"No more delays; I need to end this brat now!"

"Wind Style: Vacuum Bullets!"

He swiftly formed seals with his hands, gathering wind-style chakra in his mouth.

He spat it toward Kiyoshi as he turned around.

"Whoosh… whoosh…" Sharp wind bullets tore through the air, carrying intense penetrating power.

One after another, they shot toward Kiyoshi.

"It's useless," Kiyoshi replied with a slight smile.

A massive wooden shield erupted from the ground.

Blocking the relentless volley of wind bullets, each one more powerful and larger than the previous.

"Boom boom…"

Splinters of wood flew.

The unassuming wooden shield,

proved surprisingly sturdy, withstanding Danzo's fierce assault.

Yet the formidable wind bullets continued to hammer it, causing it to tremble.

The surface was riddled with craters and scars, a daunting sight.

But ultimately, the shield wasn't pierced through.

"Swish… swish…"

Danzo pulled out shuriken after shuriken, imbuing each with wind-style chakra.

One by one, he flung them at Kiyoshi.

"Whoosh, whoosh…" 

The spinning shuriken sliced through the air like invisible windmills.

The shuriken, sharp and reinforced with wind chakra,tore through the already battered wooden shield, finally shattering it.

Still undeterred, they flew toward Kiyoshi.

"Schwick—"

In that instant, Kiyoshi, seemingly defenseless, was split in two.

But his body turned out to be a wooden clone.

Not a single drop of blood spilled.

"What?"

Danzo felt a sudden chill.

Sensing danger, he moved to turn around, but a massive wooden vine shot through his body.

Somehow, Kiyoshi had appeared behind him, smiling. 

"Down to six now!"

"Damn it…" Danzo, pierced through, vanished once again, reappearing behind Kiyoshi. 

"Wood Style: Tree Bind Eternal Burial"

"Die, brat!"

Before his words faded, a seedling sprouted from his right arm.

"Whoosh—" The seedling grew at an astonishing speed, forming into a gigantic tree, completely engulfing both him and Kiyoshi, leaving no escape.
