After Hao Ren tamed the sword he and Han Lingshi had a symbolic meal with everyone before the young couple went inside their bed room. This place had been vacant for a very longtime. Because both of them had been traveling and they would never come inside alone.

Han Lingshi stood up, and the young man followed over to help her with her clothes. Han Lingshi said, "I will be using the armor you have given me. Do you think it can handle the tribulation?"

Hao Ren nodded calmly, before he tucked her hair behind her ears and kissed her forehead. He looked in her eyes and said, "I am not sure where this is coming from, but I want you to come back safe."

Han Lingshi smiled and said, "I will be fine, don't worry."

Hao Ren nodded and they moved out. The young man looked at Ye Si, who approached them, and said, "Three layers, City Guard, Ye Generals, then it will be me. I have a feeling that the Demon Moon Bitches will try something."

Ye Si nodded and replied, "I understand."

She quickly vanished from her place and Ye Yin appeared from Han Lingshi's shadow. Last night, Hao Ren had asked Han Lingshi about Ye Yin's presence and the lady told him that Ye Yin had acquired inheritance of a saint from the past, known as the shadow saint. This person was so powerful in his time, that he had an independent small world that allowed him to travel through some designated shadows and thus he was very hard to pin down.

In the crescent moon empire, it was not the techniques, but the motive behind the usage that mattered. Since Ye Yin, had the inheritance, she also had a small world for herself at the moment.

Hao Ren nodded to her and said, "Have the shadow guards at ready, General Yin."

Ye Yin bowed her head as she vanished. The couple appeared in the void above the city, the people had just woken up, when the spotted huge dark clouds in the sky.

The city was abuzz, they didn't expect that their would be a tribulation just one day after the huge celebration.

Hao Ren sat on the top of the highest pillar of the palace, and asked, "System, withdraw ten lottery tickets."

He still had more than half of his lotteries left unused and so he decided to take some out.

He could see further and around two kilometers away from the city limits, some people were barging through the lines of the City Guards. The city guards tried their best but they were not allowed to risk their lives, and they retreated after accumulating great injuries.

The new generation of the Ye Generals was about to engage the enemy when Ye Si moved on Hao Ren's command and directly faced with several people. She was so fierce that she suppressed seven of the eight assailants on her own.

The ninth bolt of the Tribulation hit Han Lingshi, and the lady took out the Crescent Moon Armor. Suddenly, she sensed a dreadful feeling rise up from the bottom of her heart, but the next moment, a calm voice echoed in her mind, "Don't worry, press forward, I will handle it."

As soon as he said that, Han Lingshi put caution to wind and gazed at the lightning bolt rushing toward her. Hao Ren moved from his position and appeared fifty meters away from her as his hand clenched the void. The assailant in the black cloak was stunned, then he saw Hao Ren take out a white sword. The latter said, "You wanted to kill yesterday, right? Now go, drink your fill."

That said, he let go of the sword, and it shot through the void, aimed at the assailant directly, causing the assailant to run away in panic. The battle began, and Hao Ren was particularly angry.
