As night fell, Garp's extreme training regimen became impractical to continue.

Bogart, who was usually silent, thoughtfully brought Arashi a new Marine uniform and plenty of meat, vegetables, fruit, and fresh water.

"You need to replenish your energy," he said calmly, to which Arashi responded with a grateful glance. The two exchanged a knowing look without further words.

Arashi then began to devour the food. Although dying made him stronger and healed his previous injuries, the hunger in his stomach was unbearable.

The night air was cool, and true to Garp's carefree nature, he hadn't provided Arashi shelter. Arashi leaned against the mast, closing his eyes to rest.

The footsteps awakened him, and he slowly opened his eyes to see Kuzan tiptoeing over with a thin blanket.

"I thought you might need this," Kuzan said with a smile. "Thanks," Arashi replied, taking the blanket. Kuzan then sat down next to him, also leaning against the mast.

"I've never seen someone like you," Kuzan said, intrigued.

"You're just a commoner, yet you dared to defy the nobles and challenge the Celestial Dragons. And you're not a Devil Fruit user, but you can't die!"

"Nobles, Celestial Dragons? How are they any different from us?" Arashi asked after a moment of silence as a sea breeze blew by. Kuzan was taken aback.

He instinctively wanted to say they were different but quickly fell silent, pondering the question. What was the difference?

Status and identity, yes, but in essence, they were the same—just human beings. They would die if shot or stabbed. This realization made Kuzan's expression turn strange.

In a way, Arashi, with his unusual abilities, was the real anomaly.

"You're right, there's no difference," Kuzan said with a light laugh. Arashi didn't respond and soon fell asleep, his snores breaking the silence.

After a day of intense training, he was both mentally and physically exhausted.

At dawn, sunlight spilled onto the deck. Arashi woke up feeling disoriented at first but quickly remembered where he was. He was no longer in his old world.

Even though it had been over ten days, everything felt unfamiliar and out of place. Yet he must admit, last night was his best sleep.

"Garp, Kuzan, Bogart," Arashi muttered softly, a smile forming. "Maybe this place could be interesting after all!"

Suddenly, the Marine on the lookout blew a sharp, long whistle, breaking the morning calm. Arashi stood up and walked to the bow, looking ahead.

"Hey, rookie! Stop daydreaming and get ready for battle!" someone shouted from the lookout above.

"See that island ahead? The town is full of pirates! That's our target—Zeshir Island!"

Arashi finally noticed another Marine in the crow's nest, yelling at him. Get ready for battle? How was he supposed to do that?

He felt confused; he had no experience fighting pirates. The sound of hurried footsteps came from the cabin as Marines rushed out.

They assembled on the deck with serious, determined faces, turning the atmosphere tense and grim.

A tall shadow loomed over Arashi, followed by a heavy punch to his head. "What are you dazing out for? Get in line!" Garp's roar was thunderous, startling Arashi.

The punch nearly gave him a concussion, causing him to wince in pain.

He turned and saw the man with short black hair and a square face—it was Garp.

However, Garp's expression was no longer jovial but rather cold. "Fall in line, Marine recruit!" Garp barked.

"Yes, sir!" Arashi instinctively shouted, holding his head as he ran to the back of the line.

He found himself beside Kuzan, who was already there, standing straight and looking serious, eyes fixed on Garp with clear admiration and longing.

"You all should be aware of our sudden mission," Garp began sternly. Arashi was taken aback; he had no idea what was going on.

"Early yesterday morning, the Zeshir Island branch was suddenly attacked by pirates. Within a short time, they lost control of the island."

"The pirates have taken over the town, and the branch's major made the right decision by evacuating with the townspeople."

Garp paused a smile with a hint of killing intent crossing his face. Arashi could see the lethal intent in Garp's smile.

"This means our task is simple. We will completely eradicate these pirates, leaving no one alive!"

A Marine in the front row saluted and asked loudly, "Vice Admiral Garp, do we know the identity of these pirates?"

"Does it matter?" Garp raised an eyebrow. The Marine faltered, then lowered his head.

Their commanding officer hadn't bothered to gather more specific intel, or he didn't care.

"Proceed according to the usual plan," Garp said, picking his nose. "Yes, sir!" the Marines shouted in unison. Arashi stood there, utterly confused.

What was the mission? What was the usual plan? And where was his weapon?

But no one paid attention to him, not even Kuzan, who just gave him a wink before hurrying off to prepare.

Boxes of cannonballs were quickly moved to the bow of the ship. "Let's give them a welcoming gift!" Garp grinned, grabbing one.

Arashi watched, impressed, knowing how heavy those black cannonballs were. The simple action revealed Garp's immense strength.

No wonder his head still hurt from the earlier punch. In the next moment, Garp hurled the cannonball.

It flew with unbelievable speed, following a precise arc before landing among the pirate ships anchored nearby.

"Boom!" The loud explosion, with flames engulfing the pirate ship, was followed by a chorus of screams.

Arashi gasped, seeing the ship split in half at the impact point. The Marine ship accelerated rapidly toward the shore.

The Marines beside him drew swords and weapons, leaping off the bow like dumplings into a pot.

"Charge!!"

"For justice!!"

"Kill those scumbags!"

Their battle cries were thunderous, the atmosphere filled with enthusiasm and excitement. Arashi watched Kuzan, holding a short sword, charge ahead with youthful vigor.

He looked down at his empty hands, grabbed a nearby chair, and sprinted off the bow.

"Kill!!!" he yelled.

Garp, about to sit down, saw Arashi running on the shore with the chair and was stunned.

"You little brat!" he roared. "That's my chair!!!"
