One Piece: Ero Saiyan

Chapter 13: Great Ape -11

The sandstorm left deep scars in the houses it swept through, as if sliced by a sharp blade.

The violent winds tore through the barns and wooden stalls painstakingly built by the townspeople, hurling them high into the sky.

The entire town had been destroyed by Crocodile's movement alone.

With such overwhelming power, he truly deserved the title of "the strongest natural disaster."

"Huff…"

Even among enemies, this one was someone he had given special attention.

Crocodile took a deep drag from his cigar, then confidently declared his victory.

As he peered through the swirling dust beneath the full moonlight, he spoke with poetic flair:

"Under the light of the moon, the arrogant challengers who overestimate their strength… shall be crushed."

Then he sneered, "I didn't know I had a talent for poetry… Hahaha!"

But amidst his smug delight, a mocking voice suddenly echoed from within the wind and sand.

"Hey, are you kidding me?"

Peter stepped out of the heart of the sandstorm, completely unscathed. His clothes were still intact, protected by a layer of Ki.

He clenched his fist and raised it to his mouth, stifling a chuckle as he looked at Crocodile with amused disbelief.

"Your move was nothing more than a dull dust show. Completely useless."

"You… what did you say, you brat?!"

Peter's sharp words landed like a slap, and Crocodile's face flushed red with anger.

But Peter gave him no chance to respond, continuing coldly:

"I let you take two shots. Now it's my turn."

Then he raised his head toward the sky, fixing his gaze on the full moon overhead.

"Since you love the moon so much... let me show you its true purpose."

His cryptic behavior made both Crocodile and Robin—who was watching from afar—stiffen in alarm.

Suddenly, Crocodile's eyes widened in shock, disbelief washing over his face.

The moment Peter's eyes locked onto the moon, a mysterious energy surged through his tail—almost as if the moonlight had triggered something deep inside.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

His heartbeat thudded like war drums, resonating ominously in the quiet ruins of the shattered town.

"Ha..."

Peter's eyes turned blood-red. He slowly turned his head, a disturbing smile spreading across his face as he stared at the stunned Crocodile.

Then he let out a furious roar as his body began to swell. His bulging muscles ripped through his clothes with ease.

A thick layer of jet-black fur sprouted rapidly, covering his entire body.

His face distorted, fangs extending as he transformed into something akin to a colossal ape.

"ROOOAAAAARRR!!"

His deafening roar shook the night sky, unleashing a terrifying shockwave. Even Robin, far outside the city, had to duck behind a sand dune and shield her head.

As for Crocodile, standing in the heart of the battlefield, he barely managed to hold his ground with his golden hook and left arm.

But the sheer force of the gale collapsed the rooftop beneath him, flinging him into the air.

"ROOOAAAARR!!"

Peter unleashed another roar, now fully in his Great Ape form, drunk on the ecstasy of destruction.

Had he not carried the blood of the royal Saiyan lineage, he might've completely lost control and become a mindless beast.

After several moments of chaos, the violent winds began to subside.

But the town... it was no more. A massive crater stretched for hundreds of meters, exposing the bare earth below.

Behind him, dozens of meters away, the sand gathered once again—reforming into Crocodile.

But he was a far cry from the imposing figure he had been before. His golden hair was disheveled, his cloak missing, his body caked in dirt—he looked like a mummy someone forgot to wrap.

But appearances no longer mattered to him.

Crocodile looked up at the Great Ape towering over twenty meters tall, tossed away his cigar, and stomped it into the ground as he roared in disbelief:

"What the hell is that thing?!"

"A legendary beast? But he only looked at the moon... and this happened?!"

He forced himself to retreat into a blind spot, out of Peter's field of vision, racking his mind for a counterstrategy.

"That aura… I can't fight him head-on.

Either I bet everything on escaping by sea…

or I find his weakness and exploit it."

Suddenly, Crocodile's eyes caught something—Peter's tail swaying behind him.

"A tail?! He even had it in human form... That means he's not entirely human!"

"Maybe... if I cut that tail off, he'll revert back!"

His deduction was sharp. Crocodile wasn't known for being just brute strength—he was one of the smartest pirates alive.

But knowing a weakness and exploiting it were two very different things.

In his Great Ape form, Peter was no easy target.

Peter lowered his head and glanced around, seemingly unaware of Crocodile's presence.

Thinking this was his chance, Crocodile sprang forward from Peter's blind spot.

**"Come on, you filthy beast!

Desert Diamond Slash!!"

His left arm morphed into a blade of sand, and he leapt silently toward Peter's tail.

But he had miscalculated.

Just as he was about to strike, Peter's mouth curled into a deadly grin, and he spun around with a speed that defied his massive size.

SLAP!

He smacked Crocodile with his colossal palm as if swatting a fly.

Crocodile was sent flying, coughing blood mid-air, eyes wide with disbelief.

Even though Peter had tried to restrain his strength, the blow shattered most of Crocodile's bones and dealt serious damage to his internal organs.

"No... Impossible... How could he hit me?

I'm a Logia user!"

He couldn't sense any Armament Haki from Peter, leaving him utterly baffled.

How was he even able to touch me at all?!
