Chapter 176: Chapter 176: Bista's Revenge

Chapter 176: Bista's Revenge

"Never mind whether it's been five days or not. I've already notified the nearby naval branch, and their ships are already en route. You need to hurry back to the Marine Headquarters. This isn't a joke."

With that, Tsuru hung up the Den Den Mushi.

Garp stood there, stunned, staring at the now-silent snail.

"My vacation ends like this?!"

It felt like a lightning bolt had struck him. The donut in his hand no longer seemed appetizing, and he slumped back into the beach chair, a picture of despair.

A gust of wind blew by, and a piece of newspaper slapped against Garp's face.

He peeled it off and glanced at it.

"The Flying Pirates Aim at the Whitebeard Pirates!"

"Those damned pirates! Why do they always cause trouble when I'm on vacation?!"

Garp roared, throwing the newspaper aside.

Meanwhile, his son, Dragon, stood at a distance, secretly grinning.

Finally, this devil is leaving! Peace at last!

But before Dragon could finish his daydream, a sandal came flying at his face.

"Ah! That hurts!" Dragon cried, clutching his face.

"Humph! You're so young and already slacking off? No way! You're coming with me to Marine Headquarters. I'll personally train you into the strongest marine!"

Garp grabbed Dragon by the collar, laughing maniacally as he dragged his son toward the port.

A warship with a dog-shaped figurehead was waiting at the dock. Garp leapt aboard, tossing Dragon onto the deck like a sack of potatoes.

"Let's go! Set sail for Marine Headquarters!"

Dragon lay sprawled on the deck, staring helplessly at the shrinking shoreline of Windmill Village.

In the New World

"Vista! Do it! Avenge your father!"

Whitebeard stood tall on the deck of the Moby Dick, his voice resonating across the battlefield.

Below, the pirates of a small crew trembled in fear, their captain kneeling, bloodied and defeated.

"No! No! Don't! I'm from the Flying Pirates! If you kill me, you'll provoke a war with the Sky Pirates!" the pirate captain pleaded desperately.

Vista glanced back at Whitebeard, seeking permission.

Whitebeard nodded, a calm smile on his face. "Do it, Vista. If there are consequences, your father will handle them."

Hearing these words, Vista's eyes filled with determination.

He turned to face the pirate captain, gripping his rapier tightly. His eyes burned with rage.

"Because of you, my family is gone."

With a swift movement, the rapier pierced the captain's chest. Blood sprayed as the captain let out a strangled gasp, collapsing lifelessly.

Vista didn't stop there. One by one, he executed the remaining pirates, each strike precise and deliberate.

When it was over, Vista dropped his rapier and turned to Whitebeard.

He knelt on both knees before the towering figure, tears streaming down his face.

"Dad!" he choked out, his voice filled with sorrow, relief, and gratitude.

"Kulalalalala! Silly child, why are you crying? A father helping his son is the most natural thing in the world," Whitebeard said, lifting Vista to his feet.

"Thank you, Dad," Vista said, his voice trembling with emotion.

Whitebeard laughed heartily. "Kulalalalala! Kids! Let's celebrate Vista's revenge! Party time!"

"Ohhh! A party!"

The crew cheered, the somber mood quickly replaced by jubilant laughter.

"Dad, you just wanted an excuse to drink, didn't you?" Marco teased.

"Kulalalala! How could you say that about your father?" Whitebeard laughed.

Bru Bru Bru Bru!

The Den Den Mushi suddenly rang, silencing the lively crowd.

All eyes turned toward the corpses.

Vista quickly found the source of the ringing—a Den Den Mushi on the dead captain's body.

"Bring it here, Vista," Whitebeard said.

"Dad?" Vista hesitated, his expression pleading, but Whitebeard waved him over.

"Don't waste time, son. As a man, you must face the consequences of your actions. I'll handle whatever comes."

Whitebeard picked up the receiver.

Click.

"Moshi Moshi."

The voice on the other end was calm but firm. "Where's O'Neill?"

"Dead. Killed by me," Whitebeard replied bluntly.

"What?! Who are you? Do you know what you've done?!" the voice roared, anger rising.

"Whitebeard Edward Newgate. If you've got a problem, tell Shiki to clean his neck and come find me."

With that, Whitebeard hung up.

On a Floating Island

Shiki, the Golden Lion, sat in his grand hall, surrounded by subordinates.

"Captain! Bad news!" A young pirate burst into the room, clutching a Den Den Mushi.

"Speak!" Shiki demanded, his golden mane bristling.

"The Whitebeard Pirates attacked and killed one of our crews. Whitebeard himself told me to tell you to 'clean your neck and come find him.'"

"What?!" Shiki's eyes widened, his face darkening with rage.

"Captain, I swear it's true! I was calling to check in with O'Neill's crew, but Whitebeard answered. He said they were all dead and challenged you directly!"

Shiki's grip tightened on his sword.

"Whitebeard... you dare challenge me?"

---

Meanwhile, Charlotte stood on the deck of his ship, staring out at the horizon.

"Shiki, Whitebeard, and the Navy all converging... The New World is about to erupt into chaos."

To be continued...
