---
The Red Hair Pirates' officers stood behind their Emperor, Red-Haired Shanks, gazing across the battlefield at their assembled opposition. Meanwhile, the officers of the Entei Pirates gathered behind the Fifth Emperor of the sea, Portgas D. Ace.
The sheer power on display was overwhelming!
The Red Hair Pirates officers had serious expressions as they assessed their opponents. In addition to Ace himself, the Entei Pirate Fleet boasted multiple Admiral-level combatants.
Nami, the wielder of the Thunder Fruit—a formidable Logia ability—had already awakened her powers, making her nearly invincible.
Then there was the blind man, Issho, captain of the second division of the Entei Pirate Fleet, who possessed Gravity Fruit abilities. His strength was terrifying, rivaling even some of the highest powers of the sea. While Nami had just entered the Admiral-level threshold, Issho's combination of his top-tier Devil Fruit ability and Haki allowed him to stand toe-to-toe with the current Admirals, hailed as the strongest in history.
Vivi, the Desert Princess who had awakened her Sand-Sand Fruit ability, was also close to reaching the Admiral level, though her Haki was not yet fully developed. Then there was Raki, the user of the Bird-Bird Fruit, Model: Suzaku, a mythical Zoan. Both Vivi and Raki were only a step away from reaching the power of an Admiral.
Also present was Kaya, the "Fallen Doctor," whose healing abilities had reached their peak after awakening her Devil Fruit powers. Alongside her stood Nico Robin, the "Devil's Child" and user of the Flower-Flower Fruit, as well as Nojiko, known as the "Black Rose," who wielded the Gate-Gate Fruit, granting her terrifying sniper abilities from the shadows.
Other notable figures included the "Fallen Swordsman" Tashigi, who wielded the Transparent Fruit, and Conis, the "Angel," who possessed the Vocal Fruit. There were also two girls with powerful Devil Fruit ability, the wielder of the Ghost Fruit and the Shadow-Shadow Fruit.
Every single officer of the Entei Pirates' Fleet was a Devil Fruit user! Together, they formed an army of immense power, each wielding an ability that could turn the tide of battle!
'Crackle!' 'Rumble!' 'Crackle!'
With the sound of the storm and the crackling of thunder, three more figures approached Ace, bowing their heads in deference to the Flame Emperor.
First was a flame puppet controlled by Ace himself, the former Senior Vice Admiral of the Navy, Onigumo.
Next was Crocodile, one of the former Seven Warlords of the Sea.
Finally, there stood Enel, the self-proclaimed god and former Thunder Fruit user, who had been brought under Ace's command.
These three added a terrifying new dimension to the already overwhelming combat force assembled behind Ace.
And standing behind the Flame Emperor, Portgas D. Ace, was a legend—Silvers Rayleigh, former first mate of the Roger Pirates, and the man once known as "Dark King,"
——
Ace's forces, bolstered by such terrifying strength, were already superior to those of the Red Hair Pirates!
——
'Fuohh~'
Ben Beckman exhaled a cloud of smoke, narrowing his eyes at Ace—the man who had shaken the world and caused the entire sea to tremble with his intellect and power. Ace wasn't just a formidable fighter; he was a brilliant strategist.
Though Beckman had never met him before, Ace had accounted for them in his plan from the very beginning. The global upheaval sparked by this public execution had been part of Ace's design, all to draw out Shanks and Kaido, who sought Ace's power and the secrets of the Devil Fruit.
With the Red Hair Pirates and Kaido's crew now involved, along with the Naval Headquarters and the World Government, Ace had taken advantage of the chaos to create an unparalleled intelligence network. Using his awakened Thunder Fruit and superior Observation Haki, he had moved undetected across the battlefield, laying the groundwork for a massive assault on the Navy and World Government.
Through these efforts, Ace had managed to stay one step ahead of everyone, including using the abilities of the Transparent Fruit to arrive at the Sabaody Archipelago without anyone noticing.
Not only the Naval Headquarters, even the World Government was caught off guard when the public execution of three Celestial Dragons—an event that shocked the entire world—was launched.
In this shocking public execution, both the Red Hair Pirates and the Beast Kaido had unwittingly been used as pawns by none other than Ace.
Ace, through his machinations, had manipulated events to orchestrate this global spectacle.
Beckman, one of the wisest strategists on the sea, quickly pieced together how Ace had pulled it off. By combining Nami's Thunder Fruit ability with Tashigi's Transparent Fruit power, Beckman understood the key to Ace's success in executing this grand plan.
Beckman's eyes glinted with both admiration and empathy as he observed Ace.
'What a grand, far-reaching plan.'
Ace had orchestrated this from the shadows, turning the Four Emperors, the Naval Headquarters, the World Government, and even the entire world into his pawns, forcing everyone to play on the stage he had constructed.
'What a mastermind. What a remarkable man.'
Ben Beckman couldn't help but be impressed by Portgas D. Ace's cunning.
---
"Tashigi… so, she possesses the Transparent Fruit ability," mused Sengoku, his sharp mind quickly connecting the dots.
"That's how they broke through our defenses, undetected."
Sengoku, another wise man of the seas, had the added benefit of his powers, Buddha, which granted him both immense physical strength and deep wisdom.
Seeing Tashigi's Transparent Fruit in action, combined with Nami's awakened Thunder Fruit powers, Sengoku finally understood how the Entei Pirates had managed to infiltrate the Navy's dragnet. They had suddenly appeared at the human trafficking auction house in Sabaody Archipelago's GR-1, where this world-shaking public execution had begun.
Not only had Ace used the Red Hair Pirates and Kaido to divert the attention of both the Naval Headquarters and the World Government, but he had also done so with chilling precision.
'What a terrifying man. What a terrifying weapon...'
Veins bulged on Sengoku's forehead, a testament to his frustration.
In this battle of wits, Sengoku knew he had been bested—defeated by the Flame Emperor, Ace.
---
"The Shadow Fruit user... he must have taken that power from Moria," Sengoku observed.
He glanced at Merry, frowning slightly.
'Another powerful and troublesome Devil Fruit user under Ace's command. How did he manage to take Moria's ability without killing him?'
This thought added yet another layer of mystery to Ace. Sengoku was left with an increasingly clouded view of the man who had outwitted the Naval Headquarters.
---
"Captain of the second division, Issho... But who is the captain of the first division? Is their strength greater than Issho's?" Sengoku wondered, his nerves on edge.
The absence of a key combatant—someone potentially at Admiral-level—unsettled him.
Sengoku's mind raced, even contemplating using the full power of his Great Buddha form. The wisdom of Ace was far more dangerous than he initially realized. Not only had he turned the Naval Headquarters, the World Government, and the Four Emperors into pieces on his chessboard, but he had also succeeded in launching this world-shaking public execution.
And yet, one significant player had not yet appeared on the battlefield.
Sengoku shuddered at the thought of where this immense force could strike next.
Suddenly, Aokiji, who had been lying face down, began to tremble violently again. His body shook as if he was suffering a seizure.
If Sengoku hadn't been so preoccupied, he might have noticed something unusual about Aokiji's condition earlier.
---
"Could it be the Naval Headquarters itself?" Sengoku's pupils constricted in sudden realization.
The Marines had committed nearly all their forces to this battle. Even the Marines stationed in the Holy Land had been pulled to the battlefield by Saint Saturn.
If an Admiral-level force suddenly struck at Naval Headquarters in their absence, it would be catastrophic.
'Could he be planning to destroy Naval Headquarters and bring down the symbol of Marine justice once and for all!?'
Panic surged through Sengoku. He frantically tried to contact the headquarters, but the deafening roar of Conqueror's Haki echoed around him, rendering all communication useless.
Meanwhile, Aokiji's convulsions worsened, his body trembling uncontrollably as though on the verge of collapse.
---
"Do you think this is a tea party, Red Hair?! Flame Emperor?!" Saint Saturn roared in anger, glaring at the two men who were now exchanging calm looks on the battlefield.
The Five Elders had never been so infuriated.
Conqueror's Haki clashed in the air, sealing the movements of two of the most powerful men on the seas.
What kind of "I've been wanting to meet you" scene was this?
Though the clash between Shanks and Ace benefited the Five Elders in terms of Haki consumption, their dignity—along with that of the World Government—was at stake.
Where was their honor? Where was the authority of the Five Elders?
---
"I only wish for calm," Shanks said, smiling slightly as he looked toward the enraged elders.
"If you agree to cease the fighting here, the Red Hair Pirates will withdraw. Further bloodshed will only result in needless casualties."
His voice was calm but filled with resolve.
"'Casualties?' Do you think you can harm us, Redhead?"
Saint Warcury bared his fangs and roared menacingly.
"What about these Marines?" Shanks asked solemnly.
"It's nothing more than wiping out some pests and recruiting new ones from around the world," Saint Mars, now transformed into the formidable Itsumade, replied coldly.
"Recruiting? It's not as simple as you make it seem. If this battle continues, all the Marines here will be wiped out," Shanks warned, fully aware of the Five Elders' disregard for Marine soldiers.
Fixing his gaze on Saint Mars in his monstrous form, Shanks' tone deepened with gravity.
"'Wiped out?' You overestimate yourselves. The forces we have at our disposal here are superior to yours!" Saint Nusjuro, gripping his black blade, responded with unnerving calm.
The high-level combat forces available to the Five Elders included not only themselves but also legendary figures like Sengoku, Garp, Aokiji, and the Shichibukai. Despite the grueling battle they had endured, Entei's forces had expended an enormous amount of energy and Haki, leaving them vulnerable.
"This level of power is more than enough to deal with you six."
As for the rest of the forces? They could hardly engage in such a high-stakes battle. Those who had not reached Admiral-level strength were simply not qualified to fight in this conflict of the strongest. They were relegated to face the Vice Admirals, Admiral candidates, and Shichibukai who hadn't reached Admiral-level themselves.
'Wipe out all the Marines?' The combined strength of the Entei Pirates and Red Hair Pirates wasn't nearly enough for such a feat.
Suddenly, a thunderous roar filled the skies.
"WORORORORO! What about me!?"
Accompanied by the deafening sound of a dragon's roar, a massive figure appeared, descending through the clouds with a towering metal stick in hand. The creature was awe-inspiring, with antlers like a deer, a camel-like head, eyes like a rabbit, a snake-like neck, and scales like a fish. Its claws were like an eagle's, its paws like a tiger's, and its ears like an ox's.
The Five Elders recognized this form instantly.
It was none other than the Fish-Fish Fruit, Model: Azure Dragon—once a prize awarded to the God Knights with the highest hunting points in the Valley of Gods by the World Government.
"'Kaido!'" Saint Saturn growled through gritted teeth, watching the blue dragon descend from the sky.
It was Kaido the Beast, one of the Four Emperors.
Now, three of the Emperors had converged in the Sabaody Archipelago.
"Aren't you here to take down Flame Emperor? Why are you standing against the World Government?" Saint Ju Peter, now in the form of a monstrous sandworm, shouted angrily at Kaido.
If Kaido chose to join this battle, the Marines would be in real peril.
Kaido let out a booming laugh, his voice thundering across the battlefield. "WORORORORORO! Of course, I came to challenge Flame Emperor!'
But this war… it's got my blood pumping! I'll kill you first, now that you've got the upper hand!
And when Red Hair and Flame Emperr start winning, I'll help you crush the Flame Emperor after. That's a real war!' WORORORORORO!!"
Kaido's laughter echoed, while the faces of the Five Elders darkened in anger. This was a man whose madness for war knew no bounds, and once he started drinking, there was no reasoning with him.
