One Piece: Sky Dragon

If you want to conquer the world, you need two things: your own strength and strong subordinates.

At present, Cassius has neither. Although he knows he possesses Conqueror's Haki, he still needs a skilled teacher to learn how to use it effectively.

As for subordinates, although he can use his status as a Celestial Dragon to enlist CP0 to carry out tasks for him, doing so would place his every move under the control of the Five Elders.

- Chameleone, a pirate with considerable seniority, was the first to be recruited as a Warlord. Recently, he suffered from cerebral thrombosis. Despite this, his past achievements earned him the title of "Old Man."

Now, it is the Three Warlords of the Sea, but Cassius knows that the number will grow to seven in the next ten years. One of these seven individuals is Hancock, who is currently in the room.

Thanks to reading the manga, Cassius has come to understand the personalities of several characters, which helps him know how to communicate with them.

According to the original plot, there is only one group capable of confronting the Celestial Dragon forces head-on, and that is the Revolutionary Army!

However, the Revolutionary Army's power has not fully grown yet, so this could also be an opportunity.

As a Celestial Dragon, he could cooperate with the leader of the Revolutionary Army, Monkey D. Dragon, to help him eliminate the Five Elders, and then seize the throne for himself.

The New World is currently controlled by many forces, but these forces have not yet reached the scale seen in the original work.

Seven years ago, after Roger's death, the most powerful figures in the pirate world were Whitebeard and Shiki the Golden Lion. However, after Roger's surrender, Shiki was captured and imprisoned in Impel Down. Two years later, five years ago, he escaped from prison. Cassius knows where the Golden Lion is now, but there seems to be no way to conquer him.

The largest force currently is Whitebeard's.

The Whitebeard Pirates group has 600 members.

The Big Mom Pirate crew consists of 40 sons and 29 daughters. They have only occupied four islands so far.

Kaidou has been the Guardian King of Wano for four years. Unfortunately, Kouzuki Oden died in battle. Otherwise, that man might have made a great general under his command.

Dracule Mihawk is rumored to have the sharpest sense of sight and extremely powerful swordsmanship. He is a loner with no subordinates, but despite this, he remains an incredibly powerful pirate.

Right now, it is the era of Whitebeard, and Big Mom and Kaidou aren't at their peak yet. Perhaps Cassius can take advantage of this. If he can harness the power of the two future Emperors, or even three, then the whole world will be within his grasp.

Cassius is well aware of his own strength. He has just awakened his Conqueror's Haki, but he doesn't know how to use the other two Haki types at all.

The three Boa sisters have been learning Haki since they were young on Amazon Lily. Although their mastery is still in the early stages, they can be considered to have a basic understanding of it. However, they have not yet fully grasped their Devil Fruit abilities. Every time they used their powers, it was for the enjoyment of others, so they are still unfamiliar with how to use them effectively.

Koala is still young and can only do light work for now. However, in the original story, she was able to use Fish-Man Karate. Cassius wonders if she could sneak into CP0 and become his spy.

Nami, the best navigator in the world, should still be in the East Blue. Fisher Tiger, the captain of the Sun Pirates, has not yet liberated the slaves, and the Sun Pirates organization has not been established yet.

Well, speaking of Tiger, it seems that he should still be a slave of the Celestial Dragons right now!

Cassius suddenly came to a realization. It seemed that his army could be strengthened. If he could obtain the power of the Fish People, then the process of conquering the world would be accelerated.

East Blue: Buggy Pirates, Straw Hats.

South Blue: Bartholomew Kuma.

North Blue: Some members of the Donquixote family.

West Blue: Perona, Kano Country.

Grand Line: Sun Pirates, some members of the Marines, some members of Cipher Pol, the Kingdom of Dressrosa, the Kingdom of Arabasta, Sky Island, Giants, and some members of the Big Mom Pirates.

Although some countries are still World Government nations, after knowing the plot, Cassius also understands the conditions within them very well.

Cassius's constant desire to conquer made it impossible for him to be satisfied with the current situation.

Suddenly, he seemed to realize something, something extremely unusual that he should have noticed earlier.

At the moment of the lightning strike, Cassius initially thought that his soul had penetrated Bardros' body.
