Chapter 2: Chapter 2
After his breakfast, Peter left his house. He informed Aunt May that he would take a leave today because he had some things to do. Aunt May asked Peter about the matter, but he didn't explain and left the building.
It was morning, and Peter walked through the streets, thinking about the future events that were supposed to happen. As he was walking through a less crowded street, he suddenly felt a tingle in his head. He quickly ducked and saw two hands trying to grab him. He turned around and saw a rough-looking man in old clothes with many patches standing there. The now-identified thief had a pipe in his hands and demanded that Peter hand over the money and other valuables.
Peter was surprised at first but laughed a little at the thief. Really? This guy thinks he can rob me? Well I do look like an easy pick with this outfit. he thought.
"Hey, kid, I said give me your money!" the thief growled, raising the pipe menacingly.
Peter quickly assessed the situation. I guess this is my first test in this new life. Let's see how this goes.
He noticed a wooden box nearby and swiftly grabbed it. Without hesitation, he threw it at the thief.
If this was a barrel, i would be Donkey Kong. He thought to himself with a smile.
The box hit the thief squarely on the head, and the shocked robber fell down unconscious.
Well, that was fast and uneventful, Peter thought with a smirk. He then dragged the robber's body into an alleyway. Lucky for Peter, there weren't many people on the street.
"Let's see if you have any loot on you..." Peter said to himself.
He checked the robber's body and found a purse. It had 50 dollars inside it. Peter took the money and threw the wallet into a sewer hole. He gave another kick to the robber's head just to be sure and walked away from the scene.
Well, At least I got 50 Dollars, maybe I should rob all the thief.... Peter thought to himself.
As he walked away, Peter couldn't help but reflect on the encounter.
Alright, so I've got some enhanced reflexes now. That was pretty cool. I should probably think about what to do next. I mean, I'm Peter Parker now. Does that mean I have to be a hero? Or can I just live a laid-back life like before?
Peter decided to take things one step at a time. He had a lot to figure out, but for now, he was just going with the flow.
No pressure, just see where this new life takes me, he thought as he continued his walk through the streets.
After walking for a while, Peter reached a nearby park. It was a serene place with lush green lawns, tall trees, and a small pond in the center. He sat on a bench for a while, watching children play and elderly couples take their morning strolls. The park was a haven of normalcy, a stark contrast to the extraordinary events unfolding in his life.
Peter then decided to head to an abandoned factory site he had heard about. It was located on the outskirts of the city, a place where no one would bother him. As he reached the factory, he made sure there was no one around and meticulously searched for any surveillance equipment. He found none, ensuring his privacy.
With the coast clear, Peter began to test his newfound abilities. He ran from one end of the building to the other, and it was safe to say he was fast, like really fast.
Wow, this is incredible! I feel like I could outrun a car, he thought, exhilarated.
He then moved on to test his strength. Peter lifted some large pipes and heavy equipment in the factory with ease.
Looks like I'm a mini super soldier in the making, he mused, impressed by his enhanced abilities.
Next, he decided to test his agility. Peter climbed up the walls effortlessly and jumped from one pillar to another with the grace of a gymnast.
This is amazing! I've got the moves of a superhero, he thought, his confidence growing.
Finally, he decided to see if he could shoot webs from his wrists. He really hoped he had that ability. Peter concentrated and tried to mimic the web-shooting gesture he had seen in comics and movies. Without letting him down, his wrist produced a long string of web that attached itself to the ceiling.
Peter shouted in joy, "Yes! I don't have to make a web-shooter on my own!"
The excitement was palpable. This is going to be fun, he thought. I've got these incredible powers, and the possibilities are endless. Time to see what I can really do.
With newfound determination and exhilaration, Peter continued to test his abilities in the abandoned factory, ready to embrace whatever adventures his new life had in store.
