Pokemon Adventure Journeys

(One sunny afternoon.)

(Mew along with her friends are watching the Pokemon.)

(including their own enjoying themselves.)

(They either play, practice their moves and attacks, sleep, and even sometimes have a snack.)

(They relax on the grass as the sun sets in the sky.)

Mew: "It sure is a nice day and the Pokemon look very relaxed too."

(Mew says.)

Tomo: "Yeah. It's great."

(Tomo says.)

Misty: "I agree. It's nice to relax a bit."

(Misty says.)

Mew: "True, but I should also continue training for the Pokemon League."

(Mew says.)

Misty: "That's true, but it's good to enjoy what today is going to offer."

(Misty says.)

(Brock then turns to Mew and asks.)

Brock: "Hey Mew…"

Mew: "Yeah Brock?"

(Mew replies.)

Brock: "I was just curious, you know since you've been raised by Pokemon for a long time. What's it like? And what's it like living with Professor Oak?"

(Brock asks.)

Mew: "Oh, living with the Forest Pokemon and papa is really great, he and many of the Pokemon taught me all kinds of stuff like how to battle, swing on trees and branches, swim, and all kinds of stuff. After living with Professor Oak, he along with Gary, his sister, and mom taught me a lot of stuff, including better on how to read and write. And I learned a lot of stuff. I remember Gary telling me about a 'Birthday party,' for him."

(Mew says.)

Misty: "That's nice. Birthday parties are loads of fun, you get to have cake, ice cream, play games, and even get presents."

(Misty says.)

Brock: "And you get to spend time with friends and family. You also grow a year older each year."

(Brock says.)

Mew: "Yeah. It sounds nice…"

(Mew says.)

(Then sadly says.)

Mew: "The truth is… I never had a birthday party before."

Misty: "You never had a birthday party before?"

(Misty asks, surprised.)

Mew: "No. I never had. I guess thinking about it is making me a little sad."

(Mew says.)

Misty: "I'd be sad too."

(Misty says.)

Brock: "Why did you never have a birthday party?"

(Brock asks.)

(Mew answers.)

Mew: "Well, I really don't know when my birthday is. My papa found me when I was floating down the river when I was a baby."

Misty: "I see,"

(Misty says.)

(Mew lets out a sad sigh as Pikachu and Eevee comfort her.)

(Misty and Brock can see that Mew is a little sad.)

(she doesn't have a birthday party.)

(or even know when her birthday is since she's a foundling.)

(Suddenly, an idea hits Misty then asks.)

Misty: "So if you don't mind me asking, when did your dad find you anyway?"

Mew: "Well, the day when my papa found me was also the day Professor Oak and Gary found me, and allowed me to stay with them. From the 'Calendar' the day my papa found me is… it's actually tomorrow."

(Mew says)

(Suddenly, she hears her stomach growling.)

(Then Pikachu and Eevee's stomachs.)

(The three begin to feel embarrassed.)

(Misty giggles and soon hears her stomach growling as well.)

(Then begins to nervously laugh.)

Mew: "Well, I guess we can start making lunch."

(Mew says.)

(But Misty quickly says.)

Misty: "Hey Mew, maybe you do some training for the Pokemon League Brock and I go make lunch."

(Then turns to Tomo.)

Misty: "You wanna come."

Tomo: "Sure,"

(Tomo says.)

Mew: "Okay. It's probably a good idea."

(Mew says.)

(Mew then turns to Eevee and Pikachu.)

Mew: "Alright guys, let's get some training started."

Pikachu: "Pikachu," (Alright, let's go.)

(Pikachu says.)

(Eevee happily says.)

Eevee: "Eevee." (Training time.)

(Agreeing to the idea.)

(Misty, Brock, and Tomo along with Togepi, Meloetta, and Skwovet are in the kitchen.)

(Misty has explained to them about Misty's idea.)

(Brock turns his head as he cooks and asks.)

Brock: "A Birthday Party?"

Misty: "A Birthday Party. We can throw a Birthday Party for Mew. Since she never had a birthday party before because she never knew her birthday. I say it's time she has one."

(Misty says.)

Brock: "It's actually a good idea Misty. I'm sure it will make Mew happy."

(Brock says.)

Misty: "And it will be good to throw her one before the Pokemon League. Wishing her good luck."

(Misty adds.)

(Tomo happily says.)

Tomo: "Let's throw her a party."

Brock: "Sure. And I can cook her and everyone all kinds of food."

(Brock says.)

Misty: "And we can get the Pokemon to help her out."

(Misty says.)

Brock: "We can ask Professor Oak if we can have the birthday party in his corral or in the forest."

(Brock says.)

(Just then, Professor Oak walks into the room.)

Professor Oak: "Did I hear about a birthday party?"

(Misty and the boys turn to see Professor Oak.)

Tomo: "Hi Professor Oak,"

(Tomo says.)

(Then Misty says.)

Misty: "And yeah. We're actually going to plan a birthday party for Mew."

Professor Oak: "That sounds like a splendid idea. It was very nice for Mew to live with us, and I guess I didn't get to ask about her birthday."

(Professor Oak says.)

Misty: "Well, Mew doesn't know her birthday since she was a foundling. When she told us that tomorrow was the day her papa found her and came to live with her, I thought it would be a good idea to have a Birthday party as well as an anniversary party. Like a Birth-iversary."

(Misty says.)

Professor Oak: "I agree. I say it's about time we give Mew a special celebration. We should start preparing right away. I'll call Adriana and Daisy and see if they can help."

(Professor Oak says.)

Tomo: "And Meloette, Skwovet, and I could talk to the other Pokemon and see if they can help out too."

(Tomo says.)

(Then Misty says.)

Misty: "We can throw her a surprise party."

Brock: "We'll need to get plenty of food and decorations."

(Brock says.)

(Tomo turns to Professor Oak.)

Tomo: "Can we have the party at the corral?"

Professor Oak: "Of course."

(Professor Oak says.)

Misty: "Then it's all settled, we're going to give Mew the best Birth-iversary ever!"

(Misty happily says.)

(Agreeing to the idea.)

(Misty and the others begin to set up plans to put this surprise party in motion.)

(Unknown to them, the familiar figures.)

(mainly Team Rocket, are hiding in the bushes close to the kitchen window.)

(and have heard everything.)

James: "This is interesting, the Pokemon Tweprette never had a birthday party before."

(James says.)

Meowth: "And the other twerps are going to throw her a surprise party."

(Meowth says.)

Jessie: "It's kind of odd that she never had a birthday party before, but who cares."

(Jessie says.)

(Then Meowth has an idea.)

Meowth: "Hey, why don't we give the Twerpette a present of our own."

Jessie: "She's our mortal enemy! Why would we want to give her a birthday present?!"

(Jessie angrily asks.)

(Then James sighs.)

James: "It's not like they're going to invite us or anything."

Meowth: "It won't exactly be a present."

(Meowth says.)

Jessie: "What do you mean, Meowth?"

(Jessie asks.)

James: "What are you planning?"

(James adds, confused.)

(Meowth then says.)

Meowth: "Just listen, by the end of this celebration we'll be able to swipe the twerps all their Pokemon."

(James and Jessie chuckle with grins on their faces.)
