Pokemon Adventure Journeys

(Time has gone by.)

(and after having lunch with Mew, Misty, Brock, Professor Oak, Adriana, and Daisy are working on the preparations.)

(for Mew's special birthday.)

(Misty holds out the list of the party preparations.)

Misty: "Alright, here's how it's going to go. Adriana will be making the cake."

(Misty says.)

(Adriana smiles and says.)

Adriana: "Yes. I'm going to make a Pikachu and Eevee shaped cake for her. I'm sure she'll love it. And we'll be having berry flavored ice cream."

(Misty then turns to Brock.)

Misty: "And Brock, you will help Adriana with the cake as well as other food preparations."

Brock: "Got it."

(Brock says.)

(Then turns to Daisy and Professor Oak.)

Misty: "The rest of us will work on decorations, games, music, and other needs."

Professor Oak: "Of course."

(Professor Oak says.)

(Then Daisy says.)

Daisy: "Don't forget that we need to get presents."

Misty: "Don't worry, Brock and I got a few ideas, and with help from some of the Pokemon, I know a few ideas for gifts."

(Misty says.)

(Tomo walks to Misty and asks.)

Tomo: "Misty, what's my job?"

(Misty kneels to Tomo and says.)

Misty: "You have the most important job. Mew can't know anything about this, so you're in charge of distracting her. Help her with her training with the Pokemon league, pick some berries from the forest, exploring, whatever you like. We need to make sure Mew isn't aware so her surprise party will be a surprise."

Tomo: "Right,"

(Tomo happily says.)

(Then Misty announces.)

Misty: "Alright, Operation Surprise Party is a go!"

(At the Pokemon Corral.)

(Mew is with Eevee and Pikachu as the help with the other Pokemon train.)

(As of now, Zeraora is actually teaching Pikachu a move as Gardevoir holds her egg.)

(and Eevee watches from close by.)

(Zeraora tells Pikachu and Mew with roars.)

(Mew and Pikachu answer.)

Mew and Pikachu: "Right!/Pika!"

(Mew then calls out.)

Mew: "Alright Pikachu, use Thunder Punch!"

(Piakchu begins to speed up as he clutches his paw and electricity travels to it.)

(At the right time, Pikachu throws his fist at the tree.)

(causing electricity to travel though it and the tree shakes.)

(Zeraora nods his head with satisfaction.)

Mew: "You're doing great Pikachu, you're getting the hang of that Thunder Punch."

(Mew says.)

Pikachu: "Pikachu," (Thank you.)

(Pikachu says.)

(Suddenly, they hear Tomo calling out.)

Tomo: "Mew!"

(Mew and the others turn their heads to see Tomo with Meloetta, Skwovet, Mama Kangaskhan, and baby Kangaskhan in her pouch.)

Mew: "Hi Tomo, how are you doing?"

(Mew asks.)

Tomo: "Doing fine. I want to know if I can help you with your training."

(Tomo says, eagerly.)

(Mew giggles and says.)

Mew: "I don't mind. It will be fun to have an opponent."

Tomo: "So what are you doing?"

(Tomo asks.)

(Mew turns to Zeraora and Pikachu.)

Mew: "Zeraora is teaching Pikachu how to use Thunder Punch, and he's getting better at it."

Pikachu: "Pika Pika. Pika Pikachu" (I sure am. I feel stronger now that I've learned a new move.)

(Pikachu says.)

Tomo: "That's great. So can we do some training, please?!"

(Tomo asks.)

Mew: "Let's make this a double battle."

(Mew says.)

Tomo: "Yeah!"

(Tomo cheers.)

(Soon, Mew and Tomo are standing on opposite sides of an area of the field and ready for a double battle.)

(Pikachu, Eevee, Meloetta, Skwovet, Zeraora, the two Kangaskhan, and Gardevoir are watching.)

(Mew then calls out as she throws her Pokeballs.)

Mew: "Skitty! Miltank! I choose you!"

(The Pokeballs open letting Skitty and Miltank out.)

(Tomo calls out.)

Tomo: "Stantler! Smeargle! Go!"

(With that, Stantler and Smeargle are on the battlefield.)

Mew: "Alright Tomo, I'll let you have the first move."

(Mew says.)

Tomo: "Okay. Then let's begin the battle."

(Tomo says with a nod.)

(Then calls out.)

Tomo: "Stantler, let's start with your Tackle Attack on Skitty!"

(Stantler begins to charge towards Skitty.)

Mew: "Skitty, dodge and use Double Slap!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Skitty runs and dodges the attack.)

(She then jumps up and performs Double Slap on Stantler.)

(Tomo calls out.)

Tomo: "Stantler, use Headbutt!"

(Stantler then performs Headbutt on Skitty, causing it to fall to the ground.)

Mew: "Skitty, you're alright?!"

(Mew asks.)

(Skitty shakes her head and answers.)

Skitty: "Meow!" (Okay.)

Mew: "Now Miltank, give it your Body Slam attack!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Miltank then charges and jumps into the air.)

(and lands on Stantler with a powerful thud.)

Tomo: "Smeargle, give Miltank your Fury Swipe!"

(Tomo calls out.)

(With that, Smeargle gives Miltank the Fury Swipe.)

Mew: "Skitty, Tackle on Smeargle!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Skitty then tackles Smeargle.)

Mew: "You're doing good Tomo."

(Mew says.)

Tomo: "You too, sis,"

(Tomo says.)

(Then Mew says.)

Mew: "But we still have a battle going on, so let's continue."

Mew: "Skitty, time to use your new move! Use Assist!"

(Mew calls out.)

(Skitty then performs Assist and then Air Slash has been performing striking both Stantler and Smeargle.)

(Tomo becomes shocked to see it.)

Tomo: "But… how?"

Mew: "Assist is a move that allows the Pokemon a move from my other Pokemon, even some who aren't in battle. In this case, Skitty is able to use the attack from one of my Pokemon that can use Air Slash."

(Mew says.)

Tomo: "That's really cool."

(Tomo says.)

Mew: "Yeah, but the move that appears during assist comes out randomly so it's hard to know which move it's going to use."

(Mew says.)

(Tomo nods his head.)

Tomo: "Right."

(And so, Mew and Tomo continue to have their Pokemon battle.)

(Meanwhile, in Professor Oak's lab, Adriana and Brock are in the kitchen making food preparations.)

(They have already gone to the store and bought their ingredients.)

(Adriana is mixing the cake batter while Brock is chopping the vegetables.)

(Brock finishes and says.)

Brock: "There. That should do it."

(Then turns to Adriana.)

Brock: "How's the cake doing?"

Adriana: "The cake is doing fine. I think a chocolate cake will be perfect for her."

(Adriana says.)

(Coming into the kitchen, Misty is carrying a box full of decorations.)

(Togepi walks behind her with a smile.)

Misty: "I'm back, and I got all the decorations."

(Misty says.)

Brock: "That's great. We just need to have them set up tomorrow."

(Brock says.)

(Misty then puts the box in the closet close by.)

Misty: "We just need to make sure Mew doesn't suspect anything so it won't ruin the surprise."

(Professor Oak walks over and says.)

Professor Oak: "I've just sent Aerodactyl and Charizard along with Wingull and Duckett to get the stuff we need."

Misty: "Great. This party is going to be really special."

(Misty says.)

(Brock asks.)

Brock: "Where do you send the Pokemon to get?"

Misty: "I kind of call in a few people and the Pokemon are traveling over to get some presents."

(Misty says.)

(Professor Oak smiles and says.)

Professor Oak: "It's a good thing I've already got a gift in mind for Mew."

Misty: "What is it?"

(Misty asks.)

Professor Oak: "You'll have to wait until tomorrow."

(Professor Oak says with a smile.)

(Daisy soon walks into the kitchen herself with different bags of party supplies, decorations, streamers and goodies.)

(Another bag has some fabric and other materials.)

Daisy: "There. I think I got everything we need."

(Daisy says.)

Misty: "What are those for?"

(Misty asks.)

Daisy: "Well, some are decorations and such, and the other has a few materials for Mew's present."

(Daisy says.)

Misty: "That's good,"

(Misty says.)

(Then walks outside, as she says to herself.)

Misty: "I wonder how Mew and Tomo are doing?"

(Misty then walks outside and notices from a distance away.)

(she can see Mew is having a Double Pokemon Battle with Tomo.)

(Misty giggles and says.)

Misty: "It looks like Tomo is doing a good job keeping Mew busy."

Brock: "Yeah. The Pokemon League is almost a month away, so I wouldn't be surprised if Mew wants to be ready for it."

(Brock says.)

Misty: "Yeah. I wonder what the other Pokemon are up to. When I told them about the surprise party, they got very excited."

(Misty says.)

Professor Oak: "I wouldn't be surprised. After all, Mew has raised them with love and care. I wouldn't be surprised if the Pokemon are planning to give Mew a few presents themselves."

(Professor Oak says.)

Adriana: "You might be right."

(Adriana says.)

(And the Professor is right.)

(after being told of the surprise party for Mew, the Pokemon decide to give Mew a few presents of their own.)

(They gather berries, herbs, mushrooms, anything they can find in the forest for her.)

(While Mew is battling with Tomo.)

(the Pokemon are more than eager to give her presents.)
