Chapter 70: Ch-70

The video continues—

[The two Pokémon, Torracat and Incineroar, lock eyes with intense determination, both searching for openings in their opponent's stance.]

"Torracat, Flame Charge!"

Ash broke the deadlock with a confident command.

"Incineroar, Darkest Lariat!"

Professor Kukui countered without hesitation.

[On the battlefield, Torracat burst forward, shrouded in fiery flames, turning into a streak of red light as it charged toward its opponent.]

[Incineroar's palms ignited, flames roaring to life as it spun rapidly like a fiery tornado, preparing to meet the oncoming attack.]

[As the two Pokémon closed in on each other, Torracat timed its move perfectly, tackling Incineroar mid-spin, interrupting the Darkest Lariat. Torracat then leaped back and struck again, landing a Flame Charge directly on Incineroar's chest, forcing it back a few steps.]

"Fire Fang!"

Ash urged Torracat to press the advantage.

"Incineroar, Throat Chop!"

Kukui wasn't backing down.

[The flames of Torracat's Fire Fang collided with the dark energy of Throat Chop in a powerful clash. But in a contest of raw power, Incineroar emerged victorious, sending Torracat skidding back with a forceful strike.]

[Despite the setback, Torracat quickly recovered, its fiery determination shining brighter than ever.]

Meanwhile, a flicker of movement caught the audience's eye—a yellow crest bobbing in the distance.

Palace Gate Stadium Champion Guest Seats—

"Tapu Koko?"

Professor Kukui instantly recognized the Alola guardian deity observing the match.

"Is that Tapu Koko?" Chibana asked, his tone serious. "It seems to be watching the battle intently. If Incineroar is defeated, Tapu Koko might step in to challenge Ash."

"That would make things even more exciting," Diantha remarked, intrigued.

Back in the stadium—

"Torracat, Fire Blast!"

[Ash's voice rang out as Torracat unleashed a massive, flame-shaped attack that surged forward in the shape of the character "大" (meaning "big"). The firestorm roared toward Incineroar.]

"Bulk Up!"

Kukui's counterattack was decisive.

[As the fiery blast approached, Incineroar's muscles glowed crimson, surging with power as it endured the Fire Blast head-on. The flames diminished against its enhanced defenses, leaving Incineroar standing tall.]

The audience erupted in awe.

"Did it just crush a Fire Blast with sheer strength?"

"Incredible! What kind of Pokémon is this?"

"It's no wonder Incineroar is called the best Pokémon in the universe!"

Palace Gate Stadium Audience Seats—

"I'm impressed by how well Kukui has trained Incineroar," Grimsley, the Unova Region's Dark-type Elite Four member, said with admiration. "Its raw power and stability in battle are phenomenal. I need to go to Alola to find my own Incineroar!"

Even Karen, Johto's Dark-type Elite, was captivated. "This Pokémon is incredible. I need an Incineroar like that on my team!"

Back on the battlefield—

[Torracat and Incineroar clashed repeatedly, with Torracat using Flame Charge and Fire Fang while Incineroar countered with Throat Chop and Darkest Lariat. Both Pokémon took heavy damage, but neither was willing to back down.]

[Suddenly, both Pokémon's bodies began to emit a fiery glow as their abilities activated simultaneously—Blaze.]

Palace Gate Stadium Champion Guest Seats—

"They've both entered Blaze mode!" Wallace observed, stunned.

"This match has reached its peak intensity," Diantha added, her excitement palpable.

Back on the field—

[Ash and Kukui exchanged knowing smiles, both reaching for their respective Z-Crystals. Ash held the fiery red Firium-Z, while Kukui gripped his own crystal tightly.]

[The crowd held its breath as the final showdown began to unfold.]

The decisive moment was here. The flames of Torracat and Incineroar would ignite the entire stadium, and with Tapu Koko watching, this battle was far from over.
