Pokemon master:shock the world

Chapter 77: ch-77

A: Kanto Region Legendary Pokémon, Zapdos.

B: Flash Fearow.

C: Hoenn Region, Super Ancient Pokémon Groudon.

D: Johto Region, Holy Pokémon Ho-Oh!

When this text appeared on the screen, audiences worldwide were stunned for a moment. But after reading the relevant details, they began to understand what was happening.

Gongmen Stadium Audience Seats—

"Question-and-answer voting? Choose the correct answer? This seems quite interesting!"

"Get rewards if you answer correctly, and nothing if you're wrong? Is this a special event? Sounds fun!"

"As long as there's voting, there's a chance to guess the correct answer, but... I don't know what Pokémon the last two options are!"

"Me neither!"

"Groudon... Super Ancient Pokémon? What kind of Pokémon is Groudon?"

"I have no idea. But judging by the name, it sounds powerful."

"I just don't know if it can fly."

The audience at Gongmen Stadium chattered excitedly. As the Champion Trainer of the Hoenn Region, Steven Stone decided to explain the options:

"The ancient Pokémon Groudon is the embodiment of the earth. It's described in mythology as a Pokémon that creates land and expands continents. It has the power to make rain clouds disappear and evaporate water with intense sunlight and heat to expand the earth. It once appeared as a savior to people suffering from floods."

"During a natural struggle, it fell asleep in the underground lava. Legend says that when it awakens, volcanoes will erupt."

"Oh, I see."

"So it's the earth Pokémon Groudon from the ancient myths of the Hoenn Region? Then we can rule out option C immediately," Diantha said seriously.

"Ash saw a flying Pokémon in the sky. Groudon, being an earth Pokémon, can't fly."

"Yes, yes, that rules out C," Chibana added quickly.

Hoenn Region, Magma Team Base—

"This Champion of the Kalos Region and the Gym Trainer from Galar Region dare to insult our Groudon! How can we let this slide?!"

"I'll head to Kalos and Galar right now to deal with them both!"

Hearing Diantha and Chibana mock Groudon for being unable to fly, Maxie, the leader of Team Magma, was furious! His anger boiled over as he glared at the screen.

"You rubbish Champions and Trainers... You could never understand the greatness of Groudon! Every step it takes creates more land, providing more space for humans and land Pokémon alike!"

"Boss, calm down! Don't let these soulless Champions provoke you," Tabitha, the Team Magma Executive, urged.

"The Galar Alliance's Gongmen Stadium has the strongest trainers, including Champion Leon with his Gigantamax Charizard. If we act recklessly, we'll be wiped out!"

Maxie clenched his fists, seething. But after a moment, he sighed. "Fine. You're right. If we attack now, we'll be crushed. I'll let this go... for now."

Gongmen Stadium Champion Guest Seat—

The Champions began analyzing the question.

"With Groudon ruled out, let's analyze the remaining options," Chairman Damaranchi said, stroking his white beard.

"I believe Zapdos is the most likely answer," Wallace chimed in. "Just now, during the rainstorm, Pikachu absorbed lightning to unleash a powerful Thunderbolt that electrocuted the Spearows. Lightning and rain—this fits Zapdos perfectly."

Zapdos, the Legendary Bird Pokémon of Kanto, is said to manipulate lightning and nest in thunderclouds. When it flies, thunder crashes, and lightning follows its wings. The Pokédex description fits the scenario perfectly.

However, another hypothesis emerged.

"Option B is also possible!" a trainer argued. "Fearow, the evolution of Spearow, often leads groups of Spearow to bully weaker Pokémon. It's plausible that an evolved, shiny Fearow appeared among the attacking Spearow."

"That does make sense," Damaranchi nodded.

Voting Results:

A: Zapdos – 72%

B: Flash Fearow – 28%

C: Groudon – 0%

D: Ho-Oh – 0%

Correct Answer Announcement—

As the mechanical voice announced the results, the scene shifted back to Ash and Pikachu.

After the rain, sunlight illuminated the serene landscape. The blue sky and vibrant rainbow seemed magical.

Suddenly, a golden Pokémon appeared in the sky.

Its feathers were golden and red, with a green crest and brilliant rainbow trails.

It wasn't Zapdos.

It wasn't Flash Fearow.

It was Ho-Oh!
