The resources needed for the two Dragonites and Latias were entirely different—one set aimed at stimulating psychic power, while the other focused on energy recovery.

Fortunately, the Kyoto Treasure Bureau's inventory was comprehensive, and Hikaru quickly gathered the necessary items.

Afterward, he asked the assistant to prepare a private room for crafting the energy cubes.
