Fusheng snapped out of her thoughts and said seriously to Feilong "Can you help me fix it?"

Feilong hesitated for a while, and just when Fusheng was about to tell him to forget about it, he said "I know that I told you I was powerful but was still locked in a bottle. The actual truth is that I am more powerful when I am in a contract with someone. If you were to reject forming this contract, I will cease to exist" Fusheng raised her eyebrows in surprise and Feilong continued "I am not trying to make you form a contract with me, but I can assure you that I can definitely dispel the poison in you, infact immediately we seal off the contract I will dispel it. But as for your dantian, I can fix it as well , you have to gradually fill it up."

Fusheng sized him up and said "I hope you did not resort to this pitiful story just to make me feel sorry and sign the contract?"

Feilong looked at her expectantly and said "what do you think? Is it working?"

Fusheng sighed and rolled her eyes "What exactly is needed for the contract?"

Feilong grinned brightly and came two steps closer to Fusheng "Just your name and a handshake."

Fusheng narrowed her eyes suspiciously and said "Just that? What if you suddenly betray me and get a new master?"

Feilong sighed exasperatedly and said "I am not going to say this from a moral standpoint, but I honestly love my life, even though I'm practically stuck to a human after opening my eyes, I still do not want to die or cease to exist yet. So I will not betray you"

Fusheng sighed and stayed quiet for a while, she kept contemplating her chances and options, in truth she had no other choice but to sign this contract with Feilong. Because according to what Feilong just said, she did not have much time left to live, because she was turning 17 in two months and who knows the poison might even end her earlier than that. She still had to get her revenge on those fake Meng Family, and she had to make sure her grandfather's hard work on the Meng Family not to go in vain. She definitely can not achive these in two months, the only she could do, might be to kill off all the fake Meng Family, probably burn them all, but she could not give them such an easy death. With no other better choice she stretched forth her hand to Feilong and said "My name is Meng Fusheng"

Feilong laughed happily and shook hands with Fusheng and said "And I am Feilong."

Immediately he took Fusheng's hand, bright light emitted from their joined hands and a light dragon's roar was heard in her room. Fusheng felt something painful on her wrist and tried to pull her hand away, but Feilong's grip was hard. In half an incense time, the light slowly disappeared and Fusheng hurriedly pulled her hands away from Feilong's grip. She checked her hands and saw slight fading imprint of a dragon, she frowned at Feilong and he hurriedly explained.

"This is just the sign of the contract, and it is not visible, you will not even see it again in a bit." 

Feilong was as excited as a child, Fusheng was marveled by the contrast between his behavior and his physical appearance "You don't act like your look. I feel like anyone as handsome as you just has to be cold and rarely speak, but you're a chatterbox."

Feilong couldn't care about the underlying meaning he just said "That is why I am the greatest being in the world. And besides I literally got a second chance in life the moment you signed the contract, so you may not understand"

Fusheng just stared at him silently and thought "yeah right, I was reborn as well and I have not been this excited." 

She looked around her room and said "When are you going to dispel my poison, or is it just big talks?"

Feilong seemed to have remembered and told Fusheng to sit crossed legged on her bed, while he also sat down in the same manner across from her. He took Fusheng's pale wrist again in his hands, checked her pulse like a physician and said "I am well aware of how this poison, when administered, it shows a sign of fever and sometimes cold, at this beginning stage, a physician can easily detect the poison, but once it goes untreated, that's when it damages the body and the dantian and it's almost impossible to detect."

Fusheng narrowed her eyes in anger and said to Feilong "I know what you want to ask, but first dispel the poison and I will explain."

Feilong noticed that the timing was not right to pester the little girl, because she could be scary when she wanted. He left her wrist, told her to close her eyes, then he tapped her forehead a couple of times, tapped her two wrists again, Fusheng felt his stand up to touch her other acu points, but she couldn't open her eyes to check, because it was as if her body was burning. She was in so much pain, she was sweating profusely and was whimpering softly.

Fusheng did not know this but she was covered in light at that moment. Feilong spat out a mouthful of blood, though he boasted of having power, he just awakened and he was very weak, dispelling the poison from Fusheng was very stressful on him, but he had to dispel this poison from this girl, he did not tell her but any delay on the removal of the poison, even if it's by one night, would result in the permanent damage of her dantian and meridians. 

It took a long while before the light slowly faded and Fusheng opened her eyes. She felt something come out of her forehead and looking up she saw a black dot, which Feilong caused to disappear. Checking her body system by herself, she could already feel different, she hasn't felt like this in a very long while. She happily wanted to tell Feilong, but she felt the room very quiet and looked up only to see Feilong looking pale he was about to disappear, blood stains were also on his lips. She hurriedly stood up to support him and said 

"What happened? Did the poison affect you? Please don't tell me you took the poison into your own system."

Feilong smiled weakly and said "No, after making noise about loving my life, do I look like someone that will do that? I am okay, it's just dispelling the poison took a toll on me, and I just came out of the bottle, I am not at my strongest."

Fusheng sighed and said "you silly dragon. You could have just left it for another day."

Feilong shook his head and said "No I had to do it today. Wait before you say another word, look at the mirror."

Fusheng confused, left him and fished around the room for a mirror. Ever since her face disfigured, she could not stand the look of her face so she hid all the mirrors. It took a while before she found a mirror and when she looked at her face, she was speechless. She stared at her face for a long while before turning to look at Feilong. The confused look on her face was so cute, Feilong felt that she was the most beautiful master he ever had.

He smiled at her and said "One of the symptoms of the poison is that it disfigures faces, it brings out black spots all over the victims face, dims their skin and so on."

Fusheng could not believe her ears and her eyes, so the fact that she became ugly was not that the gods had abandoned a disgrace like her, like the concubine said, but rather because of the poison. She looked at her face again in the mirror, she had to admit that was very beautiful, with big almond eyes, a red beauty mark under her left eye, very fair skin and beautifully pink lips, she discovered that if she were standing next to Meilan, people wouldn't even look twice at her.

She dropped the mirror and turned to Feilong and said "Am I healed now?"

Feilong nodded and said "Yes technically, but I will need a place with a high concentration of qi to be able to heal your meridians. But can you tell me exactly what happened that led to the ingestion of this poison?"

Fusheng sighed weakly and told him the story of her entire life. When she was done with the story, Feilong had his mouth wide opened in shock. Fusheng continued "Now you have told that the poison ruined my dantian and cultivation, I have every right to suspect my step mother."

Feilong could not believe how low humans could stoop, but he was disgusted by Fusheng's step mother and father. "You are right, she is a suspect but then again, this poison I am talking about is not something that could be easily found, she must have administered the poison, but she definitely did not come up with it on her own. This is complicated."

Fusheng said "I thought as much too, she is too daft to have come up with this sort of poison. But then again I wonder who I offended? Or if it is an enemy of my grandfather. But whoever it is, I am not about to let them know that I have dispelled the poison from my system so please Feilong turn my face to be disfigured again. "

Feilong could literally feel his blood boil with excitement , he has thought that Fusheng was all those that felt pity on people and would be kind or naive, but this just shows that she is also cruel. This revenge just got a lot hotter. He immediately nodded and turned Fusheng's face back to how it was. Fusheng nodded with his handwork.

As if remembering something she said "wait how do I explain to people when they see you with me. You already look odd with the handsome face and white hair."

Feilong sighed again and said "Don't worry I will only be visible to you." He took his bottle in his hands and it transformed into a little pendant and necklace which floated to Fusheng's neck and said "I will also be sleeping most of time in the bottle. Fusheng nodded.

As she stood up to arrange her bed, since her maids did not come to deliver her evening food, she said "Tomorrow is going to be a very busy day" The letter from the Royal Dragon Academy fell off her sleeves to Feilong. He picked it up and exclaimed.

"Little girl, you got accepted to this Academy, hurriedly complete your registration, this school has the best qi and can help in the repair of your meridians." 

Fusheng was shocked and said "Really"

Feilong nodded. Fusheng thought and said "Hey you told me you make people rich, can you produce money for me to pay my registration fee?"

Feilong rolled his eyes at her and said "I help people get rich, does not mean I multiply money, I help you with business ideas"

Fusheng cut him short and said " Boring"

In no time she set up her bed, lay down and sleep overpowered her. Feilong stared at her for a while and slowly disappeared.

The next day

Fusheng woke up earlier than she normally would, got ready, dressed in her mother's clothes and tied her long black hair in high pony tail, paired it with a red stripe of cloth and walked out. This was her first time going out of her courtyard ever since she was reborn. She noticed that Feilong was quiet and figured that he was still sleeping exhausted from the poison removal, so she did not wake him up. Leaving her courtyard, she did not see any guard or maid which she found increasingly weird. But she later understood why, the mansion was receiving a guest, and from the looks of it, it is someone important. She wanted to overlook it climb over the walls and look for how to get her money and pay for her registration fees, since this is the last day of registration. 

But she saw the official flag of the eastern palace... She froze and smiled, said to Feilong "Seems like our money bag just walked in here by itself."
