Cero (Perfection Level) - a high-density energy blast fired instantly at hypersonic speed, capable of piercing barriers and incinerating targets. Love Spot (Transcendent Level) is a curse inherent to one's facial features, activating the moment a target looks at the user's face, functioning as a Mystic Face. It enchants those of the opposite sex with magical energy, causing strong affection and a desire to protect or serve the user, with effects akin to high-tier Charm-type Mystic Eyes. Normally avoidable with Magic Resistance, but at Transcendent Level it bypasses most resistances, and even goddess-class entities will be slightly swayed, developing a favorable impression despite their divinity. Additionally, if the opponent is female, their attacks against the user are greatly weakened, reducing their hostility and combat effectiveness by a large margin.

Shido glanced over the descriptions of the new skills he had received, letting out a low whistle. The system had given him some truly excellent skills this time, and he couldn't help but feel excited, especially at gaining another ability that could be used for both single-target and AoE attacks.

It was a skill used by the Arrancars in Bleach, and its application varied depending on the user. The size and shape of Cero could be adjusted freely, forming either a concentrated straight-line beam for targeting a single opponent or a wide, sweeping blast that could clear out groups of enemies.

At the moment, Shido lacked strong AoE attacks, so receiving this skill was a stroke of luck for him.

However, even though he was pleased with Cero, he was even more shocked by the second skill the system had given him. It wasn't an offensive or defensive ability, yet in Shido's eyes, it was far more valuable than both of them.

Because this skill could make his journey much easier.

It was the first time Shido had ever received a skill from the system at Transcendent Level, and surprisingly, it was Love Spot that had attained that level.

Even though, his luck became S because of Heavens Luck, based on Shido's observation, the chance of him receiving, Basic Level was 5%, Intermediate Level was 10%, Advance Level was 20%, Perfection Level was 80% and Transcendent Level was 2%.

This is what Shido had observed when he received skill rewards whenever he completed quest after gaining Heavens Luck. So the thought of getting a Transcendent skill never crossed his mind as it's drop rate was so low but not impossible.

Now that he had actually gained one, Shido was overjoyed. For a moment, he wanted nothing more than to rush back home and hug everyone, Tuare, Rumia, Clementine, and even Frieren, just to share how happy he was.

However, this skill also came with its own setbacks.

It could cause those with no resistance or only weak resistance to charm to instantly fall for him. If it was just a normal girl, it might still be manageable, but if the one affected was a powerful entity, then Shido would be in serious trouble, potentially caught and treated as a slave and it was something he absolutely wanted to avoid.

Fortunately, despite being a passive skill, Shido could toggle its effects on and off at will. Still, even with it turned off, there would always be some lingering effects. After all, a skill at Transcendent Level was simply too powerful to suppress completely.

But even with its drawbacks, it was still a good skill to have. While it would naturally cause females to develop a strong impression of him, they wouldn't fall madly in love at first sight. 

If there was ever a situation where Shido could use this skill to its maximum potential, it would probably be when facing goddess-like entities.

Either way, with this skill, his journey to other worlds would become much easier. He could get a help from those heroines by just using his face. Of course, he wouldn't use that chance to seduce them or steal them away from the main characters of those worlds.

After reviewing the new skills he received from the system, Shido also noticed that he had gained 200,000 EXP and 20,000 SP from completing the quest earlier. It hardly interested him, which was why he had forgotten to check it sooner.

Still, it was better than nothing.

In a good mood, Shido decided to grind a bit more SP and SF before returning to the capital. However, as he continued deeper into the forest, he realized he had wandered into an eerie part of the Great Forest of Tob.

Here, he could sense no signs of life. Before him stretched a vast expanse of swamp, shrouded in heavy mist and thick mana that clung to the air, creating a suffocating, oppressive atmosphere. The ground was littered with the scattered bones of animals and monsters, as if they had been drawn here and killed by something unseen. Dead trees jutted from the blackened soil like twisted spears, while rotting remains of large creatures lay half-sunken in the mud, filling the air with the stench of decay.

At the center of the swamp stood a massive, eerie-looking tree that stretched nearly a hundred meters into the sky.

Shido was stunned when he first laid eyes on it. He had never seen a tree of this size before, and for a moment, he wondered if it could be a World Tree. But he quickly dismissed that thought.

A World Tree was far different from what stood before him. World Trees reached even higher into the heavens, radiating a calming, sacred energy that made them symbols of life, balance, and the world's mana source. They were surrounded by lush, vibrant nature, often protected by spirits, and teeming with life.

However, the tree before him was nothing like that.

This massive tree radiated an oppressive, deathly aura that saturated the air around it. Shido could feel the evil emanating from it, a deep, crawling malice that gave even people a sense of dread.

Curious yet cautious, Shido activated his scan and directed it toward the massive tree. As he issued the command in his mind, the system interface appeared before him, displaying its information and stats.

What he saw made his lips twitch uncontrollably.
