Reincarnated Debugger: The God-Tier Programmer in a Fantasy World

Chapter 27: Chapter 27: The Path to Divinity

Kaito had just finished setting up his proxy and informing his fiancées before leaving. He arrived at the usual white space, where God was enjoying his tea. Upon seeing Kaito, God smiled and said, "Oh, you've arrived. Then, shall we get going?"

With a snap of His fingers, the surroundings changed instantly. Kaito found himself in a grand palace made entirely of white marble. Towering pillars lined the vast hall, and the ceiling seemed to be missing, revealing a boundless sky above. Kaito noticed several figures standing around, radiating divine energy. Among them, he recognized the Goddess of Love and the God of Martial Arts and Combat.

God stepped forward and introduced Kaito to the gathered deities. "This is Kaito. He will be training to become a god."

Kaito blinked in surprise. "Training? Well, whatever," he thought to himself. He had expected some kind of process, but hearing that he would undergo a thousand years of training was still a bit shocking.

God continued, "Kaito, you will train for a thousand years before officially assuming your duties. You will be responsible for the world you currently reside in, but first, you must learn the ways of divinity. You may ask any questions you have, and these gods present will guide you."

Before Kaito could respond, two figures approached him. One was a man wearing glasses over one eye, and the other was a muscular man with a powerful presence. God introduced them. "These two are the Gods of Craft and Technology."

The God of Technology adjusted his glasses and looked at Kaito with keen interest. "I've been observing your work. The things you've been creating in your world are fascinating."

The God of Craft nodded. "If you are interested in learning, we would be happy to teach you."

Kaito was intrigued by their offer, but before he could reply, Nova, who had been floating beside him, spoke up. "Master, the flow of time here is different."

The God of Technology smirked. "Ah, you noticed. Yes, time here moves much faster compared to the world you came from.

Kaito found this interesting. Training for a thousand years sounded extreme

God then turned to Kaito with a serious expression. "Before we begin, you must drink this." He handed Kaito a small, glowing vial filled with a mysterious liquid. "This will remove all limitations of your mortal body and grant you true divinity."

Kaito hesitated for a moment but trusted God. He took the vial and drank its contents. Almost instantly, he felt a strange sensation coursing through his body. His vision blurred, his mind became hazy, and within seconds, he lost consciousness.

When Kaito regained consciousness, he felt different. He sat up, but when he tried to summon his status window, nothing happened.

"My status window isn't opening," he said, confused.

God nodded. "It will take some time to update. Your very existence is evolving beyond mortal limitations. For now, focus on adapting to your new form."

As Kaito processed this information, the other gods gathered around and began conversing with him. He learned more about his upcoming training and the divine duties he would have to undertake. Some gods gave him advice, while others shared their own experiences.

The Goddess of Love smiled warmly at Kaito. "Being a god isn't just about power. It's also about responsibility and understanding the lives of those under your care."

The God of Martial Arts and Combat patted Kaito's shoulder. "Strength is important, but wisdom is just as crucial. You'll need both if you want to manage your world effectively."

Kaito listened intently, realizing that being a god was far more complex than he initially thought.

After a while, the God of Technology spoke again. "Since you're already familiar with innovation and creation, I believe you would benefit from learning divine craftsmanship. With the right knowledge, you could create artifacts and structures beyond anything a mortal could imagine."

The God of Craft agreed. "Indeed. Your potential is promising. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you."

Kaito considered their offer. If he was going to be a god, it would be wise to expand his skills beyond what he already knew.

"Alright," he said, nodding. "I'll learn from you."

The gods smiled, pleased with his decision.

God clapped his hands. "Very well. Your training begins now. Welcome to your first step toward divinity, Kaito."

And so, Kaito's journey as a god-in-training officially began. Over the next thousand years, he would learn the ways of the gods, mastering various skills, gaining wisdom, and preparing for the responsibility of overseeing his own world.
