Chapter 32: Chapter 32: The Royal Inquiry and Renji’s Craftsmanship

Kaito was in the guest room where the royals of various nations had gathered. Among them was Eldoria, along with ten other nations: Velmoria, Dracovale, Sylvaris, Nocturnia, Zafryon, Lunareth, Orlandis, Therondell, Crestfall, and Vaelheim.

One of the princes asked Kaito if he had anything to do with the sudden collapse of the dungeons in Dravenheim.

Kaito shook his head and replied, "I do not. It was just a coincidence."

A noble then asked, "Is it really true that you created this entire nation and control all the golems here?"

Kaito simply nodded. Another noble then asked, "What about the artifacts, like those carriages we arrived in?"

Kaito responded plainly, "Everything here is my creation."

This led to a flood of questions from the gathered royals and nobles. After a few moments, a queen from one of the nations inquired about the glass accessories, saying they had seen many unique items on their way to the palace. She also asked about the desserts they were being served.

Kaito calmly explained, "These sweets and accessories can be found everywhere, but the ones you are seeing now are from a particular shop."

Althea had previously warned Kaito not to say that the desserts or kitchenware came from an ordinary shop, as nobles only visited shops that matched their status. Understanding this, Kaito simply stated, "These items are from a particular shop, and they are unique. No other shop can match the quality of the work."

The queen then asked if Kaito could take them to the shop so they could see the tableware, bracelets, and necklaces, as she had heard that Kaito's fiancées had bought theirs from there. Renji had sent gifts to Kaito and his fiancées, including engagement rings. The nobles and royals were amazed by the craftsmanship of the rings and other accessories.

Kaito then asked, "Would anyone else like to visit the shop?"

Everyone agreed, so Kaito prepared automated carriages and took them to Renji's shop. This time, the real Renji was in the shop, not his clone.

Kaito asked, "Renji, please show our guests the items they wish to see."

Renji nodded and began displaying the accessories, tableware, and other goods.

A young noble child looked at Kaito and asked, "Your Highness, why do you and that shopkeeper wear similar clothes?"

Kaito replied, "Renji is my twin brother."

Another child curiously asked, "Then why do you have different eye colors? You have blue eyes, but he has black eyes."

Kaito smiled and said, "Because of our parents. One had blue eyes, and the other had black eyes."

Just then, Kaito heard a commotion in the shop. Someone was shouting, "What are you doing here?!"

It was a noble whom Renji had accompanied to Neonexus before. Renji didn't say a word and continued showing the requested items to the guests. The noble shouted again, "Answer me! Why the hell are you here?!"

A merchant from Dravenheim, someone with connections to the royal family, then entered the shop. Kaito had already received reports from Nova that merchants and other individuals from Dravenheim were present in the city. Kaito simply ordered Nova to keep an eye on them and make sure they weren't causing trouble.

The merchant moved toward Renji and said, "Hey, you one-footed man! Why haven't you sent the wares to my carriages as I ordered?!"

He started shouting at Renji. Kaito was about to intervene, but Pixie stopped him, saying, "Wait. Just watch."

Kaito asked, "What do you mean?"

Suddenly, Renji appeared behind the merchant, grabbed him by the collar, dragged him out of the store, and threw him into the sky.

Nova then reported to Kaito, "Master, an unknown flying object has just left Neonexus and arrived at its borders…"
