( Yuuki's POV )

At night, after my training with Lisanna, I returned to my room in the castle, I had planned to go listen to what the blue witch Ranni had to say, but before I could leave, a group of girls broke into my room.

Shera, Astraea, Hikari, Claire, Liliana and of course Erica, who was leading them, this couldn't be good.

Erica: Yuuki, we need to talk.

Yuuki: Do we really need to?

Erica: Yes, answer honestly, what is your relationship with Lisanna?

Yuuki: There isn't any, what are you asking?

Erica: And how are you going to explain what happened before, we all saw you kiss her.

Erica: What is that? Don't tell me there's something between you and that shameless Miko, I knew she couldn't be trusted.

The truth is, I think it's just a matter of time before I have that relationship with Lucoa, I just haven't confirmed it because I don't want to think about relationships until I reunite with my Sekireis.

Yuuki: Not her, you know about my family who is looking for me, right? My fiancées are among them.

Erica: fiancées? like in more than one?

Yuuki: well, you'll meet them in the future, there's no need for details now.

With Hikari here, I didn't want to give too many details, and after hearing my answer to this strange interrogation, Erica put a hand on her chin and began to think, In the background, Hikari was asking about things she didn't understand, and after a few awkward minutes, Erica spoke again.

After my discussion with Erica, I left the castle and let the seal that Ranni placed on me guide me, I returned to the area where the Academy was and entered an old mansion, there I met the spirit of a mounted knight, who used some interesting Carian spells that gave me ideas for a special bow for Shera.

After analyzing the magic she was using, I defeated the spirit and was guided to a portal of sorts, that when I cross I end up in front of three long towers.

I climbed to the top of one and found Ranni sitting elegantly waiting for me, we talked as she wanted and I confirmed that this place was being influenced by outer gods and Ranni's mission was to erase that influence from this world, of course, there were details that she didn't share with me but that was a cause that I could get behind.

The next part of her plan involved defeating a shardbearer so that lined up perfectly with my other plans, so that was convenient, before leaving I introduced myself to the other Ranni's helpers at the base of the tower, two of them seemed like nice people but I was getting serious dirty weasel vibes from the last one, so I decided to stay away for the time being in case I accidentally ended up killing him and soured my deal with Ranni.

With that done I hurried back to the castle and got to work on my ideas for Shera's new bow.

The next day, we prepared for another expedition, but the alignment was different, this time, we only formed two groups, and with me were Astraea, Rhym, Shera, Lisanna, Erica, Liliana, and Claire.

The others were in the second group, and the siblings, Akira and Hikari, also joined the expedition, leaving only Hajime, Yuri, and Takao in the castle.

The place we were heading to this time was a region called Caelid, and if I had to describe the place with just one word it would be hell, The sky and the earth were an eerie red color, and the air was filled with the smell of blood, Dangerous and numerous enemies were everywhere and our progress was much slower but the amount of experience we accumulated was impressive, In fights we had quantity and some had quality, all in all, I enjoyed my time here.

After our arduous experience farming, we arrived at our goal, Redmane castle, a place that was barely standing, the girls needed to catch their breath, so I let them rest while I went to talk to the guy in charge of the place.

That was Castellan Jerren, an old soldier who served under General Radahn, our target shardbearer, he was one of the two powerful demigods who waged war in this region, the hellish atmosphere of this place is a result of that battle, and now we are here to participate in the Radahn festival organized by Jerren.

This festival was a large-scale battle against Radahn, who was now a shell of his former self, to give him the death in battle that a warrior deserved.

I met Jerren, but I didn't get the initial hesitation that people gave me when they saw my young appearance, instead he greeted me as a proper warrior, It seems like I was making a name for myself in these places.

That went smoothly, but I didn't go back to the girls immediately after talking to him, I saw one of the men working for Ranni, so I went over to talk to him, that man's name was Blaidd.
