Sunny felt the flames heat up his skin.

'Tsk it hurts'.

His skin began to slowly lose its moisture, becoming rough, cracks slowly forming.

He then leaped up, his hand outstretched.

Sunny grabbed onto the spear.

He felt the air pressure pull around him letting him pass through the air flawlessly.

The spear pulled him above the lord of the dead main head.

Sunny smiled darkly.

Then he let go.

"Up here bastard".

Letting go of the spear, Sunny descended from the heavens, his blade gleaming with lethal intent, aimed directly at the throat of the Lord of the Dead.

With one fierce swing, his blade sliced through the Lord of the Dead's throat, flames engulfing the remnants of flesh, allowing the blade to glide effortlessly.

The lord of the dead was no more.

And with that...

So its name was not the lord of the dead?

Sunny shook out such thoughts as the shadow fragments began to fall into his soul.

He looked at his runes in ecstasy feeling his strength grow with each shadow fragment.

Sunny was ecstatic.

Twenty shadow fragments just for one kill.

Sunny couldn't be happier....

Or at least that's what he thought.

Yet this was not the end of his boon.

Sunny's lower jaw was in the ground.

He quickly looked at his Memory's and found the new one.

Memory Type: Armor.

Memory Enchantments: [Stalwart Bone], [Bone Appendage], [Bone Shot], [Bone Control], [Bone Soldier].

The enchantments were rather straightforward.

The first enchantment was more of a description about the strength of the bones that constituted the armor.

The second enchantment allowed Sunny to manipulate the bones around his rib cage and waste as if they were limbs.

The third enchantment allowed him to shoot bones from his armor.

The fourth enchantment was rather particular.

It allowed Sunny to control the bones within a certain radius of himself.

The ability was similar to telekinesis, but only with bones.

The fifth ability on the other hand was what made Sunny nearly foam at the mouth.

It allowed him to control the bones of dead creatures around him and create bone soldiers, like how the Lord of the dead did when it was still alive.

'T-This is amazing'.

Sunny was on the moon.

Yet to his glee, it was not over.

He turned to the ruins which dictated his Echoes and saw a new one.

Echo Name: Father of Risen.

Echo Type: Tyrant.

Echo Rank: Ascended.

Echo Attributes: [Undead], [Litch], [Eternal Bane], [Abomination].

Echo Abilities: [Rot], [Bone Control].

The abilities were rather straightforward, not needing any explanations.

That said it was by no means weak.

[Rot] allowed his Echo to force living organisms to wither away.

[Bone Control] allowed his Echo to control bones like his armor.

The Attributes were even more ridiculous.

[Undead] was straightforward and simple.

The Echo was undead as in not-living.

As such it could not be killed ordinarily.

[Lich] allowed it to have a strong affinity to death.

[Eternal Bane] allowed the Echo to survive any attack as long as a shard of bone remained.

[Abomination] was rather unique.

It allowed the Echo to accommodate the limbs of other creatures.

'Ahh was that why he was so big'.

"What's with that smile dufus".

Sunny looked up at Effie with annoyance.

Then an audacious plan manifested in his mind.

Smiling smugly he pointed at himself and said.

"Guess what I got".

Effie gave him a weird look.

"What dufus tell me already".

Sunny's smile grew wider.

"No".

Effie's face fell.

"What do you mean no".

"Why should I show you".

Sunny responded with his smile not fading.

Yet inexplicably Effie's lips curved into a smile.

"Cus if you don't I will tell Isaac".

Sunny blinked in surprise.

"What would he do anyway?".

Effie's smile grew.

"Well lets see".

As Effie was about to call Isaac Sunny gave in.

"Tsk…rat".

Effie smiled.

"Goblin".

Sunny's brow switched.

"Well then guys let me show you what I got".

Sunny called the rest of the cohort.

"Let me present to you".

Sparks danced as a white figure manifested.

"My new Echo".

Sunny presented with a smile.

Sunny seeing their expressions was befuddled.

He then noticed something.

For a creature that was supposed to be pretty big the amount of essence sparks were quite low.

"Pff".

With that Effie burst into laughter.

Cassia's shoulders trembled.

Nephis turned away, hiding her expression.

Yet he could have sworn he saw a hint of pink appear on her face.

Kai held back his laughter yet gave Sunny a look reminiscent of an adult praising a child for his drawing.

Caster gave him a slightly amused look.

Issac on the other hand stared at him blankly.

Yet Sunny swore he saw his expression twitch.

Frowning at their laughter and with the issue of the amount of essence sparks he saw not to mention the lack of soul essence or shadow essence for this matter it took to manifest the Echo he slowly turned around.

As his gaze landed on the Echo he froze.

Raising his hands to his head he roared.

"Damnation!!!".
