I finally get to do it! I get to write something SAD!!!! I have to hope I don't mess it up tho.

I'm preparing for the SAT so chapters will be slower(More than likely)
--38 Days Later--Cassie POV--
Cassie slept soundly in her bed. After hours of consent work, Cassie collapsed on her bed and it felt like nothing could ruin her sleep.
Blood lathered the once white ashen island, echoing yet madding whispers ran about.
The bellowing crimson titan embraced the dying light in its grasp. And out of the Light's chest bore an ancient cancerous taint.
A crimson seed bloomed atop the Light's head.
As the embrace of the ancient titan drew taut the endless expanse of the dying sea cried out, wishing to claim the Light's life for itself.
The falling Light dimmed as seven defiled shards fell from its stomach.
Fear consumed Cassie as she saw the seven defiled shards. Cassie fell off of her bed as the shock ran through her. Only after she stood back up could she start putting together what she saw.
'Another vision. It's been more than a week since my last one, so I guess I had it coming.' Cassie began getting dressed to go out for a walk.
'That was Keter. That vision was so different from reality, the only way it could be true is if The Soul Devourer evolved.' Fear began to creep to the forefront of her mind.
'There is no way. If it becomes a Titan, then even Masters would fall into its control.'
--???--
The Blade's arm fell into the cascading rivers of blood. The Hero Before It slaughtered hundreds of its kin, yet the Blade couldn't bring itself to care. After all, a blade formed from the Domain of Mirrored Steel didn't have the right to care for its kin.
The Hero's steps clashed with the cascading rivers. The Blade knew that the Hero was coming to claim her life as he did to her brethren, and yet the Blade couldn't let that happen after all she made a promise to him, and she would overturn the world for him.
As its death drew close a seemingly endless will bore itself from within the Blade's heart. Even the mighty Hero who slayed an empire could not resist the Will of War.
As the Hero's head fell to the ground it felt all too easy. The war that lasted for months, the war that caused the very sky to blacken and for the sky to cry blood, the war of an empire against a single man ended just like that.
The voice of the spell sounded like a siren as it called out to the Blade.
[Wake up Morgan! Your Nightmare is over]
[Prepare for appraisal...]
The Blade was surprised. 'Morgan.... is that my name?'
[Awakened! Your trial is over]
[A decedent of the ancient War joined forces with her long-fallen kin. Hoping to fend off the youngest born of the Nine. Broken and beaten the Transcendent Blade reforged itself anew with the blood of her fallen kin. No longer bound by the Mirrored Steel, and tempered by the Mother's gaze the Blade's will become one of endless War.]
[You have defeated an Awakened Human: Auro of the Nine]
[You have received the War God's Blessing]
[You have achieved the impossible!]
[Final appraisal: Glorious, A Broken Sword has no limit]
The Blade could only tilt its head. 'Broken Sword? Why does that sound familiar?'
[Ascended Morgan, receive your boon!]
[You have been bestowed a True Name: Broken Sword]
The Blade.... no Morgan felt her mind recoil. Fear was all she could feel. She almost lost herself in the never-ending war. And yet "Broken Sword? How ironic."
[You have acquired a new attribute]
[Two of your Attributes is ready to evolve]
[Your Aspect is ready to evolve. Evolve Aspect?]
Morgan simply nods.
[Trancendent Aspect War Bishop is evolving....]
[New Aspect acquired]
[Aspect Rank: Supreme]
[Aspect Name: Conqueror]
Morgan couldn't bring herself to feel joy, not after what just happened.
[The Third Seal is Broken]
[Awakening dormant powers...]
