A bullet wheezes past sonic's ears before a flash hits his chest straight on, he recoils backward to witness Shadow kick at his face with no mercy. He uses amplification to increase his defence and braces.

The kick throws him at the wall, he rolls and balanced himself with paths before using the recoil force as his weapon and attacks shadow with caliburn's blunt side but a dark energy emerges and blocks it midway. Shadow emerges her hand turned into a claw that barely miss Sonic as he retreats.

Caliburn: Mercy will not get us anywhere. You have to fight to kill.

Sonic: I KNOW..*memories of the past days and the face of tails and Robotnik comes to his mind* Caliburn call Oberon.

Caliburn: But that..

Sonic: NOW.

Caliburn shines and transforms into its pendant form. golden radiance pumps out before becoming crimson. A double handed Greatsword with crimson blade edge and black blade materialized in front of Sonic.

Oberon: So you finally bring me out eh, it has been 2 years since you last called me.

Sonic: You know damn well why I stopped calling for you.

Meanwhile the bloodlust releasing from Oberon made both Shadow and the foreign energy shriek.

Oberon: So.. any reason to call me or just chatting?

Sonic: make the link.

Oberon: You serious? Don't tell * notices the black energy* ah I see. It looks like you encountered a foe of great defence. Good choice calling for me. Breaking down defence is my speciality. So how much we talking about?

Sonic: 50% and no accidents this time or else.

Oberon becomes energy, rises and turns into a pendant, both Oberon and caliburn's pendant side by side in the chain.

Sonic felt his body strengthen, his strength increased. The Oberon pendant again becomes a sword and along with comes a heavy armor that looks like a black rock with stained blood flowing down it, the armor covers every part of Sonic's body while his pupils turn red and he puts the sword on his shoulder while he grabs it's hilt with one hand.

Sonic: hahaha. HAHAHAHA. YES THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH. *Cracks his neck* DON'T DIE ON ME NOW, SHADOW.

Sonic charges while winding up with unbreakable confidence and pride. He swings the Greatsword with one hand horizontally, Shadow puts up multiple spear walls between them while retreating.. But Sonic bashed right through as if they were non-existent, continuing his swing like a madman. Shadow ducked to barely avoid but Sonic used his other hand to grab the hilt and then with a small loop swing it down. She warped and the sword hit the ground straight on, the ship shock and the metal floor caves in like sand.

Sonic: how much can you dodge now?

Sonic steps forward, twist and shreds the ground, the shrapnel coming along shots towards Shadow like bullets. Shadow blocks the shrapnel with the dark energy while going in for a attack, her hand again transforms into a claw and lunges towards Sonic's throat.

Sonic: Was that supposed to hurt? *Shrugs off the attack like a mosquito sting* Nothing more than a insect.*raises his fist and swings it*

The fist hit her straight in the chest making her slide against the floor, her feet made a screech as they dragged across the ground.

Sonic warped in front of her swing his sword one handed straight onto her. She raised her arms and constructed armor but the sword hit her straight in the chest, slamming her into the ground, she warped again as she saw another strike coming for her. Sonic warped and followed her and slashes across her torso leaving a bleeding wound, the sword devoured every bit of chaos and the foreign energy through strikes. She launches and slides across before her body comes to stop at the panel, Sonic strides towards her.

Shadow: You won.. Now end me.

Sonic: ha HAHAHAA *wipes a imaginary tear of his eyes* Why should I?.. But since this is your wish I shall fulfill it.*raises his sword*

The sword falls down, Shadow looks at it as her life flashes before her eyes as she accepts her death and braces for the pain. But the sword hit right beside her head. Sonic steps back clutching his head as a exhausted expression appears on his face.

Sonic:ENOUGH... this s**t is as bad as ever...

Oberon: there you go ruining my fun again, you should have just learned to control it instead of locking me away.

Sonic: Shut up.

Shadow:*in a low voice* Why? Why do you deny me my death? I just want this life to be over.

Sonic: Caliburn, do you thing.

Oberon returns to the pendant chain and Caliburn arrives. It floats above Shadow before golden chains shot out and seal the foreign presence before dragging it out of Shadow's body. The black energy is ripped out and turns into what it was supposed to be, a 20 sided purple Gem with a pulsing red core. Caliburn sealed it and returned to the necklace as the gem falls in sonic's hand.

Sonic : *approaches shadow* You alright? Let's get you back to GT quickly.

Shadow: *eyes wide open in realisation* I don't deserve such kindness... *Weakly turns to Sonic* why do you care about someone who wanted to kill you?

Sonic: There you go again. *Sighs, crouches and picks her up in a princess carry* Will it be better if I took your life after Maria sacrificed herself for you?

Shadow: What can I even hope to be except a avenger? Am I even necessary?

Sonic: *runs for the pod* Listen.. there are people who care about to you so, why don't you try to be a friend or family person instead? If you need, i can always help you know.

Shadow feels a weight off her heart as she falls unconscious in Sonic's arms.

The station siren rings as red lights lit up all around it.

Sonic dashes for the energy Storage. In the storage he finds the green emerald inside. He pulls it out of power supply, Seeing the sirens stop he turns around before a small cracking sound arrived. He turns around to witness a burst of chaos energy exploding from the energy storage. Instinctively he raised his arms in a cross, the emeralds in his hands( red and green) and the purplish Gem hanging around in his waist pouch pulse together and the next second the entire AT Station burst into a explosion of energy.
