Chapter 95: Chapter 95: Urahara Kisuke: How Can A Person Be So Swollen?
"What the hell is this? Is he controlling the ground now?"
Ichigo Kurosaki, wearing his Hollow mask, laughed wildly as he swung his sword with great force, smashing through the flying rocks and chunks of earth.
But Kisuke Urahara had already drawn his sword—Benihime—and charged in. The blade swept across the ground, and wherever it touched, the soil seemed to come alive. It was almost like Kabuto's reanimation technique from Naruto—lifeless things suddenly acting with purpose.
Even small stones became sharp weapons.
With the power of his Bankai and his skill in close combat, Urahara was actually managing to overpower Ichigo for a while.
Seeing this, Nanaya smirked and mocked the Hollowfied Ichigo:"Is this really all you've got? You're pretty weak."
His Rinnegan+ eyes gave off a strange ripple. Those purple eyes looked straight through the Hollow mask and locked onto Ichigo's real self buried deep inside his consciousness.
"Ichigo, stop holding him back. I want to see what your Hollow can really do."
"Got it."
Inside his mind, Ichigo paused. Then he closed his eyes and completely gave up resisting the Hollow within.
Urahara's face changed instantly.
"Hey! You two! Don't mess around like that!" he shouted.
He knew the history. The Hollow inside Ichigo had come from a corrupted Shinigami's soul—one that attacked Ichigo's mother, Masaki, years ago. Ever since Ichigo was born, part of that Hollow's power had lived inside him.
But now, Ichigo was beyond hearing anything. White matter surged across his body, slowly covering him entirely.
A high-pitched, almost digital laugh echoed out.
This time, Ichigo didn't just wear the Hollow mask—his whole body transformed. White armor-like skin covered him, streaked with red. A Hollow hole opened in his chest. His shoulders grew sharp spikes.
A powerful black-and-red Reiatsu burst out—violent and unstable.
The crowd watching gasped, though they didn't panic. They'd seen a lot by now. Plus, powerful allies like Harribel and Nel were nearby.
But Urahara felt a chill on his scalp. He slashed at Ichigo, trying to take him down before he lost control completely.
They clashed again and again, flashing through the air—each movement another fierce strike.
Gradually, Urahara began to worry. He couldn't keep up. This form of Ichigo was just too strong.
He took a deep breath and aimed his right hand at Ichigo, beginning a powerful chant:
"Blurry mark of chaos, untamed and arrogant...Wave… denial… numbness… delay, disturbing endless sleep. The crawling steel princess, the doll that wounds itself...Merge, rebound, sink into the ground—Now realize how powerless you really are!"
"Hadō Number 90 – Black Coffin!"
A huge black cube appeared in the sky and swallowed Ichigo whole.
Urahara finally exhaled, wiping sweat from his forehead. He turned toward Nanaya and said,"Seriously, don't push it. My Bankai isn't made for fighting monsters like that."
Nanaya just grinned.
"Your Bankai—Kannonbiraki Benihime Aratame—it reshapes anything your blade touches, right?"
From what he had seen, anything the sword made contact with—living or not—could be broken down and rebuilt. It was like a surgeon's scalpel on a spiritual level.
Urahara didn't answer, but his silence was all the confirmation Nanaya needed.
Suddenly—
Crack!
The Black Coffin shattered with a loud noise like glass breaking across the sky.
A bright red Cero blasted out from within.
It was fired by Hollow Ichigo—stronger even than the ones Harribel had unleashed before.
Urahara's eyes went wide. He instinctively moved to dodge, but then realized someone was already in front of him.
Nanaya.
His purple Rinnegan shimmered as he stared down the incoming blast.
"Kamui."
The space in front of him twisted, and the red Cero vanished into the distortion.
Before Ichigo could react again, Nanaya's eyes flared.
"Tsukuyomi."
The Hollow Ichigo's movements suddenly slowed.
Inside the Tsukuyomi illusion, a pale white Ichigo was tied to a cross, sweat dripping down his face as he stared at Nanaya.
"You bastard... I'll kill you one day."
Nanaya just smiled calmly.
"I look forward to it, Mr. White."
(TLnote-yo mr white can cook)
Only a blink had passed in the real world.
Outside, everyone watched in shock as the Hollow form collapsed. The white armor broke apart and crumbled off Ichigo's body.
"Wow... that was incredible," Urahara whispered, amazed."If I had faced that alone, it would've been a disaster."
"You sure you're in the mood to be impressed?" Nanaya said.
He reached out toward Urahara, who suddenly felt something bad coming.
"Universal Pull!"
"Hungry Kidō!"
Before Urahara could react, he felt his spiritual energy being drained away by Nanaya's palm.
His Bankai form was instantly canceled.
"RIX..."
Urahara Kisuke looked at Nanaya suspiciously, unsure of what had just happened.
But before he could ask, a group of people approached—clearly not in a good mood.
"AHHHHH!!!"
A loud, frustrated scream echoed through the air.
Minutes later, the always-composed Mr. Urahara was lying flat on the ground, clothes torn and messy, staring up at the sky with a blank expression.
Nanaya, Ichigo, and the others stood nearby, casually pulling their hands back, looking refreshed like they'd just finished a workout.
Rukia Kuchiki chuckled and said,"Serves you right, Manager. Nanaya and the others are way stronger now."
Urahara's mouth twitched in frustration.
Of course he knew they were stronger.
Wasn't the beating he just got proof enough?
Even with his captain-level defenses, he got completely wrecked. Every part of his body throbbed with pain—even the slightest movement was torture.
Still, curiosity got the better of him.
"What exactly happened to you all in Soul Society?"
Despite the pain, Urahara couldn't help but ask.
It had only been about two weeks, but the change in them was unbelievable. If he didn't know better, he'd think they had trained for decades.
"Let me explain."
Yoruichi walked in gracefully in her black cat form, then shifted into her human appearance.
"It all started when Nanaya broke into the Seireitei..."
After hearing the entire story...
Urahara was stunned. He stared at Nanaya in disbelief.
"You defeated Captain Komamura, Captain Byakuya, Captain Tōsen, and even Captain Hitsugaya...?"
"You pushed Captain Unohana so far she reverted back to her old bloodthirsty self..."
"Then you invaded Hueco Mundo, fought several Menos-level Arrancar, captured a maid, and even seduced another Menos Grande...?"
"And on top of that, you fought the Captain-Commander and forced him to use Bankai...?"
By the end, Urahara just sat there, completely speechless.
Was his hearing messed up by Kyōka Suigetsu?
How could any of this be real?
How could one person cause this much chaos in just half a month?
Nanaya had turned Soul Society upside down. The Captain-Commander—who hadn't used his Bankai in centuries—had been forced into it by this one guy… and still couldn't take him down.
"Yeah," Nanaya nodded, speaking thoughtfully."After going to Soul Society, I really realized how weak I am."
Urahara nearly exploded.
Weak!?
Who the hell would dare call you weak!?
In just two weeks, Nanaya had done more than most Shinigami would in a century.
Urahara honestly thought that if he had gone through all that, he'd be dead after two swings from any one of those captains.
Nanaya then looked around at the surroundings and smiled.
"Manager Urahara, let's make a deal. How about I borrow your underground training area for a while?"
