STRIKER: Independent Beast Tamer

Wilderness:

The Team from the Sun Wheel Organisation have entered the wilderness. They are doing the same as Jeremy Night's team.

They don't know about the Shadow Moon Organisation's mission. So they are going to wait at some isolated spot near the route.

There are ten members in total. They were all Tier-3 Beast Tamers like Jeremy Night's Team. Not only that they were experienced Beast Tamers with powerful lifeline beasts.

Time passed,

Post noon, Jeremy and his team have crossed the central area of the outer wilderness. They still had a long way to go.

The Sand Bloom Team were stuck at the Inner Part of the wilderness.

Charles' expression was grave. He had thought that mission was going to be easy. If the Sand Bloom Team had lost communication on their way.

They should have met them by now. They have reached the Central part of the outer wilderness. But still there is no sign of them.

Charles begins to think something else has happened. But he didn't say anything to others.

Jeremy and others' expressions were changing as well. It's already post noon, they could face more beasts in the Central part.

If the night fell, their situation would turn even more dangerous. But there was no point in worrying now. They had decided to come here knowing the risk.

Ada didn't speak much. She is staying vigilant. After coming to the central part, there is no time for a few chats.

Everyone is paying attention to their surroundings. Including the Captain Sinag, she doesn't trust Senior Charles like Jeremy Night.

Rustle!

Just as they were moving forward on the path. Everyone hears a rustling sound. This sound indicates something or someone is moving nearby.

"Stop," Charles said.

Hearing that the trio stopped their footsteps. Jeremy uses his eye ability right away. He zoomed in to see whether any corrupted beasts is nearby.

Growl!

Jeremy then spotted the corrupted beast. It's a 5ft tall dog type corrupted beast. As he pays more attention to the details. He found out that the beast's eyes were reddened.

It was clearly bloodthirsty.

Sinag sees Jeremy's reaction. Ada saw as well. They followed his gaze towards the right side. They could only see the overgrown bushes and vegetation.

They couldn't see any corrupted beasts. Because it was not in their sight.

Charles turned around and was taken aback by their reaction. He is the Tier-4 Beast Tamer here and stronger than them.

Yet they were looking in some direction as if they found something. A hint of anger flashes in his eyes.

He regrets accepting the mission. Their actions were only infuriating him.

Growl!

Just as they were looking in that direction. A group of beasts walks out of the bushes.

"Hybrid Jackals," Charles uttered in a shock.

"Tier-4 Beast," Sinag uttered in a solemn tone.

Ada's face turned serious as well.

Only Jeremy Night was calm. Because he sees only Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts. There are no higher tier beasts among the group.

But he is not stupid. There could be stronger beasts nearby.

"Get ready to face it," Charles uttered.

It's time for him to show off. He is the Tier-4 Beast Tamer. He wanted to do it better than Jeremy Night.

"Let's kill it without using a lifeline beast," Charles said in his heart.

Because he had seen Jeremy Night not using his lifeline beast as well.

The armour suit that he is wearing is powerful. It can block the attack of Tier-4 Corrupted Beasts and Beast Tamers.

Swoosh!

The next second, he started charging towards the Hybrid Jackals.

Jeremy, Sinag and Ada were stunned. The appearance of the Tier-4 Hybrid Jackals has shocked them. If they are not careful, they could be killed by the group of Jackals.

Hum!

The next second, Sinag summons her lifeline beast. A beautiful green butterfly appears above her.

The beautiful butterfly sees Jeremy Night and Ada. It made a happy sound the next second

"It's time for a fight," Sinag said to her Lifeline beast.

Hum!

The Beautiful Green butterfly made a sound before looking at the Tier-4 Jackals. The butterfly felt fear for a moment.

It's only advantage in this fight is that it can fly. So it can disturb them by using the sound attack from the mid air.

Jeremy Night's eyes flashes with surprise. Because he found that the green butterfly was quite intelligent. It has recognised him as an ally right away.

Then he sees Ada, wondering whether she is going to summon her lifeline beast or not.

Swoosh!

The next second, Ada summons her lifeline beast.

A black color 15 ft tall bear appeared beside her. It has razor sharp teeth with a powerful jaw. It has a strong bite force.

The claws of the beast were not ordinary. Those were strong as silver metals. But they were extremely sharp and they could cut through anything.

Jeremy was taken by surprise. He couldn't help but to observe more.

Boom!

The next second, a booming sound attracted his attention. He saw one of the Tier-4 Jackal Beasts fall down to the ground.

Charles is fighting using his fists.

Seeing that Jeremy doesn't know whether to laugh or cry.

"Is he courting death?" Jeremy asked in his heart.

He can tell that Charles is trying to kill the corrupted beasts like him.

Growl!

There are 8 jackal beasts. They saw the other three targets as well. Four of them dashed out towards the prey. The other four have surrounded Charles.

He could be alright if he summons his lifeline beast.

Jeremy stepped forward.

"You guys assist me from behind. I'll take care of the frontal attack," Jeremy said to them.

"Okay," Sinag said.

"Alright," Ada uttered.

Both of them knew about Jeremy Night's strength.

Growl!

Seeing the Jackals coming at him. Jeremy unsheathed his katana blade. He covers the blade with the starlight in the blink of an eye.

At the same time, he is using the eye ability to target their weak points. All he needed was the quick stab in their head to kill them in one blow.
