At this point, for Doctor Lizard, the only good news is that the Avengers are the only ones wanting to capture and judge him to avenge the students who died tragically. Other official agencies clearly see the value in Doctor Lizard's abilities and want to take him away to put him to greater use. 

Of course, if Doctor Lizard fails to demonstrate his value afterward, his fate could be dire. At least if the Avengers capture him, they would at most put him on trial and then execute him without excessive torture. But if he falls into the hands of official agencies and fails to show any useful value, no one knows what his fate might be.

"It's here. Be careful. Coulson has sent word that Connors' identity has been exposed. It's not just us at S.H.I.E.L.D. who want to catch him; many official agencies will be coming too..." On the jet, Black Widow looked worriedly at Bruce Banner and reminded him.

"Don't worry. As long as there aren't any other monsters around, he should be the biggest monster here!" Bruce Banner shrugged nonchalantly. "But once he makes a move, I can't guarantee that the Hulk will hold back. If there are more serious casualties, it's not my fault..."

"Put on your earpiece. I'll try to keep him calm!" Black Widow adjusted Bruce Banner's earpiece and said affectionately.

"Alright, let's wait for his performance then!" Bruce Banner took a deep breath and jumped out of the open jet door without any parachute or equipment, looking ready for a hard landing.

"Ahhhhh!"

However, as Bruce Banner fell, he started to scream uncontrollably. The closer he got to the ground, the more he realized he wasn't transforming into the Hulk. If he continued to fall like this, he felt he would surely die on impact.

Seeing this and hearing Bruce Banner's screams, Black Widow hesitated and wavered. But before she could react, Bruce Banner had already hit the ground.

"Bang!" The ground was directly smashed into a human-shaped crater. Given Bruce Banner's physique, he should have been smashed into a pulp. However, he lay in the crater, seemingly dazed but actually uninjured, only feeling some pain and fear.

"What's that noise?" Peter Parker, searching for Doctor Lizard in the sewers, felt a tremor from above and looked up with a frown. He had heard a scream, making him wonder what was happening above.

Especially now, Peter Parker's keen spider-sense was warning him of a significant threat from above, putting him on high alert.

"Is it Doctor Lizard? It can't be. Didn't they say even Doctor Octopus could easily defeat him? How could he be a threat to me?" Peter Parker frowned in doubt but trusted his spider-sense, increasing his vigilance.

"Did Doctor Lizard develop a new serum to enhance himself further? Does this mean Tony's serum is useless now? How did it happen so fast? I need to check the situation first!"

Hesitating for a moment, Peter Parker pondered various thoughts and then cautiously approached the source of the noise, abandoning his search for Doctor Lizard in the sewers.

Meanwhile, not far from Peter Parker, Doctor Lizard was conducting his experiments. He too heard the commotion from above. With heightened senses due to his transformation, a sense of urgency filled his heart.

"What noise is that? Damn it! Is Doctor Octopus coming for me? I need to speed up my research!" Doctor Lizard gritted his teeth and accelerated his experiments.

On the surface, under Black Widow's watchful eye, a figure climbed out of the crater. This figure was no longer Bruce Banner but the two-meter-tall Hulk...

"Hulk!" Hulk roared at his surroundings, celebrating his regained freedom.

"Hulk, calm down. We have a mission to complete..." Black Widow's voice came through Hulk's earpiece, calming him down.

However, once calmed, Hulk looked around in confusion, seemingly searching for something. Not seeing anyone around, his confusion deepened...

"I'm on the plane. Look up! Hi! Can you see me? Now, we need to find Doctor Lizard. Knock him out and bring him to the plane to complete our mission. First, you need to enter the sewer and locate Doctor Lizard..." Black Widow waved from the plane window and began explaining the mission plan to Hulk.

"I have an infrared scanner. We'll search bit by bit. I'll direct you where to go. Understand? Wait! Why are there so many people here?!"

As Black Widow was instructing Hulk and activating the infrared scanner, she noticed many people approaching Hulk's location...

It turned out that the noise had attracted not only Peter Parker and Doctor Lizard but also numerous official agencies. They had all heard the impact of Bruce Banner's landing and Hulk's roar, leading them to converge on Hulk's location.

"Hulk?" Hulk, following Black Widow's instructions, frowned at the sewer entrance with a hint of disdain. It was clear he didn't want to enter such a space, not only because of the smell but also because the entrance was small for him.

In theory, Doctor Lizard wasn't much shorter than Hulk. Hulk was about 2.3 meters tall, while Doctor Lizard was around 2.03 meters. The sewer entrance was small for both of them...

The problem was that Doctor Lizard's body wasn't as bulky as Hulk's. If Hulk had the physique of a bodybuilder, Doctor Lizard was only slightly stronger than normal, with a robust torso but disproportionately thin limbs. Moreover, like a lizard, Doctor Lizard had no issue hiding in dark corners or crawling through holes...

"What the heck?! Is that Doctor Lizard?" As Hulk stared disdainfully at the sewer entrance, Peter Parker saw him from a dark corner and was momentarily stunned. The Hulk didn't match the description of Doctor Lizard provided by Tony Stark, who looked more like a green giant than a lizard man.

"Then again, they are both green. Maybe Doctor Lizard mutated again and looks more human now?" Peter Parker scratched his head, pondering.

"It's him! Doctor Lizard! Quick, capture him!" Before Peter Parker could confirm Hulk's identity, a voice shouted, followed by gunfire. However, the bullets were actually tranquilizers, as the agencies wanted to capture Doctor Lizard, not kill him.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

"Hulk!" The tranquilizers couldn't harm Hulk, not even piercing his skin. This sudden attack only angered Hulk.

With a roar, Hulk stomped the ground, cracking it as he lunged at the shooters, smashing one to death with a single punch, leaving no complete body behind.

The surviving agents, injured by flying debris, scrambled away in fear, trying to escape Hulk's wrath.

"Damn it! Which agency are you from? Who told you to shoot? Can't you use civilized methods?" An angry voice rang out as a man led a group forward, glaring at the fleeing agents.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

Before the man could finish, giant nets were launched at Hulk. These special nets were not only durable but also electrified, designed to stun the target while capturing them—what the man considered a more civilized approach.

"Sizzle!"

Hulk, not the fastest in reaction, couldn't dodge the nets. Trapped and shocked, his body froze.

"Hahaha! Looks like Doctor Lizard is ours!" The man laughed triumphantly at the subdued Hulk, glaring at the fleeing agents.

"Hah, do you think we agree with you taking Doctor Lizard?" Another group emerged, led by a man in a military uniform with devil horns, suggesting a connection to Hellboy.

"The military's getting greedy. You already have plenty of superhumans. Now you want our catch too?" The first man squinted at the horned man.

"Whoever has the strength gets to keep him. Who says Doctor Lizard is yours?" The horned man scoffed.

"We've already captured him!" The first man said, reaching for his weapon.

"Then we'll take you down and claim him!" The horned man mocked.

As tensions rose, a jet flew over, and Black Widow's voice boomed from it: "Why attack S.H.I.E.L.D.? Do you want a war with us?"

"S.H.I.E.L.D.? Is that you, Black Widow? Are you claiming he's with you? Can he confirm that? He's green and huge, definitely Doctor Lizard! Do you think we're fools?" Someone taunted from below.

"Don't believe me? Hulk, show them!" Black Widow commanded with a hint of menace.

"Hulk!" Enraged, Hulk tore through the nets and charged at the agents and horned man.

"Wait, that's not Doctor Lizard! Where is he?" Peter Parker, watching from the shadows, blinked in confusion, muttering to himself.
