At a secret facility in the Dark Kingdom

"I'm here master.. What is it you need?" A teenage boy with blond hair, green eyes and glasses draped in a black and green hood asked an older woman before him, her silver hair, brown eyes and scar over her left cheek. "It would seem that Ulla could return soon, I sense her child is near and he is awakening, if he awakens by the time or before he reaches the Eternal Library, Ulla will finally have a moon vessel to escape.." The woman explained with firmness in her voice. The boy was shocked, "No.. Not the Moon Spirit, she cannot return, the child would ruin everything!" He thought to himself. "What do I do to stop this then??" The boy asked her. "Hmm.." The woman mumbled. The boy then said, "Say.. Doesn't he need his mother's diary?" The woman pondered, "I believe so, yes, it still stays in front of the library gates because others are too scared it's haunted, but what could you do?" The boy told her, "I'll be his partner to gain his trust! At the last second, I could take the diary from him!" The woman smirked at the idea, "That is brilliant! Then, we can burn it so Ulla can be locked away for good!" She said, "But he'll awaken soon, on the night of the next full moon, so you must join him quickly and make sure he doesn't finish the incantation to unlock the library, you could also study his powers while you two travel." The boy bowed to the woman and said, "I'm on it Master." "Please child, it's Donella." She told him with an evil grin MEANWHILE, IN CORONA Quirin dashed into the city of Corona towards the castle to look for Varian when he bumped into Rapunzel. "Woah, Quirin, is everything okay??" Rapunzel asked him. "Your Highness, Varian didn't say anything about the Eternal Library, did he?" Quirin frantically asked her. "Actually, he did! I don't get why you're so afraid for him though, he said you let him go, but he is probably travelling in the forest now." She told him. "What?! But I didn't say he could go at all, he just took off, he's looking for his mother Ulla and.." Quirin shouted when another voice interrupted, "Don't tell me you just said the name Ulla just now.." Quirin and Rapunzel turned to Xavier the Blacksmith, to see him actually frightened. "Yes, I did say that name, she was my wife.." Quirin told him. "Oh.. Well if Varian is looking for her, then he is in grave danger, Ulla is a corrupt moon spirit was became trapped in a library as a ghost on a full blue moon almost 2 decades ago, and a blue moon only happens every 16 years, I believe the next full moon is also the next blue moon.." Xavier explained, "If Ulla returns, she would create chaos using the Moonstone's magic, even though it has been restored to the cosmos, it could end the Dark Kingdom, and maybe even Corona." "No.. And Varian is already in pain.." Quirin whispered to himself. "What do you mean by that??" Rapunzel asked suspiciously. "Last night.. Varian had a nightmare and while he was asleep, he felt extremely cold, almost as if he was made of ice and his blue hair streak was glowing. And then this morning, black rock nearly encased his left hand and when he panicked, it flashed red like the red rocks when Cassandra had the moonstone, but when he calmed down, the rock disappeared, then finally, after our argument his eyes flashed blue before he left." Quirin explained. Xavier then exclaimed, "This could mean that Varian is the true personification of the Moonstone, Quirin, when the Moonstone exploded when the King of the Dark Kingdom tried to touch it, didn't you feel a jolt of pain in you?" Quirin's eyes widened as he heard this, "Y-Yes actually, but I thought it was from the shock." Xavier went on, "I believe when you felt that pain, that was a small piece of the Moonstone's magic entering you, but that piece is most likely in Varian now, ergo the lone streak of blue instead of all of his hair, now he must be awakening, this is bad, Ulla needs the moon vessel in order to escape, I believe she once used Cassandra but now she is just waiting for Varian." Rapunzel demanded, "What would she do to Varian??" "Consume him with her magic, then when she's out of the library, she'll leave her son behind, and he'll possibly die from the pain.." Xavier said. "I need to go find him before he reaches that library!" Quirin yelled in distress. "I would come along, but my coronation is soon and I can't leave." Rapunzel said. "And I can't go either." Xavier joined in. "That's fine, I know the Dark Kingdom and the Forest well, I can manage." He shouted. Quirin sprinted into the forest, his heart heavy and terrified for his son's life, hoping that argument wasn't the last time they would ever meet, hoping that the next time he sees his son that he'll be alive, he just hoped that Varian would be okay...
