Emma's body began to glow with an intense, pulsating light. The Master's eyes widened in surprise as he stumbled backward, clearly unsure of what was happening.

"What's going on?" he demanded, his voice shaking with rage.

Emma didn't answer. She couldn't. She was too busy trying to understand the power that was surging through her veins.
