The Rise of Victoria Seras

Chapter 56: 56. Pathetic True Vampire.

Chapter 56

"Are they just going to go into the Castle? Without any cover?" Arthur asked, confusion evident in his voice. "Don't they know that getting too close to a vampire is tantamount to death."

"It's just that, unlike our organization, they don't have hundreds of years of bloody experience fighting vampires," the lieutenant answered him calmly.

- And we're just going to watch them all die?

- We have no choice. If we intervene to save them, we will most likely be the ones to blame.

- But this is absurd! - exclaimed Arthur.

- I agree, - I nodded. - But that's politics. Those old bastards were always waiting for the moment when they could overthrow Hellsing "for the sake of greater power" and the recent incident gave them that opportunity.

"How do you know that?" Lieutenant Fox asked me.

- Seeing how zealously the round table attacked Sir Integra, I conducted a small investigation and with my abilities it was not difficult to get to the truth. - While I was speaking, the first skirmish began in the castle. The sounds of gunfire tore through the silence, the night, and the next moment turned into desperate cries filled with pain

"Damn…" the Lieutenant cursed, clenching his fist, realizing that there were soldiers dying there now, who, if not for the intrigues of some idiots, could have become his comrades.

- ...Officer Seras. - Hearing another cry full of agony, Fox, having decided something for himself, turned to me.

- Yes? - I looked at him with interest.

- Please save them. It's not their fault that their superiors are idiots. - The lieutenant bowed his head. To be honest, I wasn't sure whether to agree or not, but when the other soldiers asked the same thing after him...

- Heh, how can you refuse such a request? - I chuckled. - Wait here.

Having been transported straight to the castle, I was met with a picture of soldiers scattered across the floor with broken limbs, who looked in horror as streams of blood burst from their captain suspended in the air, straight into the mouth of a vampire who looked like an old man of about 70 years old. And how did he manage to keep his virginity for such a return.

- What an abomination, - I said, firing a shot straight into the creature's heart, but the bullet missed its target. The slowly flowing streams of blood suddenly sped up and formed a bloody shell opposite the heart, which, although cracked, reflected the bullet.

- Oh, did I miss someone? Oh well, I'll fix that quickly. - The old man grinned creepily, and the soldier's body, which had been hanging in the air until recently, suddenly flew into the wall with such force that only a crater with a bloody stain in it remained.

"What an interesting power you have," I said, feeling invisible hands begin to twist my limbs.

"But that's not enough," I whispered in his ear, standing behind him.

"BAH"

"Damn bitch!" the enraged vampire screamed, holding onto the slowly healing hole where his liver had been.

- Well, well, how can you be so rude to a girl? - I said, appearing next to him again.

- I can do EVERYTHING! - the old man shouted, releasing deadly bloody blades around himself that cut everything in their path, including my head.

- He-he-he. And then I thought that she was really dangerous. - the vampire laughed, looking lustfully at the girl's headless body. - Even without a head, she will still be able to satisfy me for a couple more hours.

"No... He's not going to..." the soldier lying next to the vampire who had started to take off his clothes muttered in shock from what was happening.

- Who will stop me...

"BAH"

Before the vampire could finish speaking, his head flew apart, showering both the soldier and my past body with blood and brains.

- Fuck you, not my body. - I said, barely holding back from tearing the body of this creature into pieces, which made me really scared. If it weren't for the abilities of Schrödinger's cat, I would have died already!

"I hope you weren't too nasty." Wincing slightly, I tore the heart out of the vampire's corpse and sank my fangs into it, which was accompanied by the sound of vomiting from one of the soldiers watching me.

- How, how dare she! - in the throne room of a small castle, a 70-year-old man was raging, causing the messenger standing in front of the throne to fearfully pull his head into his shoulders. - I thought she was dead! For 50 years I did not try to look for anyone, remaining faithful to her even after death, and all this time she not only turned out to be alive. And then she married my brother!? I hate her!!!

- You! - the old man's gaze suddenly turned to the trembling messenger. - It was you who brought this bad news!

- M-master. I-I'm just a simple messenger. - the guy began to walk away, stuttering.

- Oh, don't worry, I understand, - the old man said kindly.

- Really? - the boy asked with slight hope, looking at the approaching lord.

- Oh yes, - the lord said, standing close to the guy. - You are a messenger of trouble.

- Wha...? - the guy didn't have time to finish his question, because the maddened old man sank his teeth into his throat, tearing out his larynx in one motion, and then, not letting the body fall, began to drink the young blood.

- They thought they could laugh at me, - the novice vampire whispered, throwing the dead body aside. - I'll show them who will laugh last! Count Dracula will be a pathetic lamb compared to me!!!

- Ku-ku-ku. I took revenge, I ate them all. This bitch even dared to give birth to a daughter, but never mind, she was a good bedding for my first time.

1537

- Why. Why are they so strong! Why are they bothering me!? - the vampire who barely escaped death at the hands of vampire hunters screamed furiously. - I just fucked that church bitch, what do they care about her?!

1550

- So this is Dracula? - He may have been watching from afar, but even so he could feel the insane power emanating from the vampire who had devoured tens, maybe even hundreds of thousands of souls. - And I wanted to surpass him?

- How strong are these hunters that they can restrain such a monster... I have to hide. I can't let anyone know about me.

The present.

This vampire's memories were surprisingly short, despite the fact that he had seen the master in his prime. However, what a pathetic vampire.

- Rejoice, guys. After all, I, Victoria Seras, have become your guardian angel today. - I addressed the silent soldiers, and then took the radio from my previous decapitated body, which, by the way, looked pretty creepy. - The cleanup is complete, the only casualty is the squad leader. Luckily, the vampire was just playing with them.

- Received. Thank you for your work, Officer Victoria. - Lieutenant Fox answered me.

Putting the radio aside, I looked at my body and a funny thought came to my mind.

- Ha-ha-ha. I wonder how the master will react.
