The Saiyan Born In The Void

If you sent a civilization to death. How would you react? 

Some say they wouldn't react at all. Stating that it's part of life, the duty of a soldier. The lives you sentenced to death don't matter. As long as it doesn't affect you. 

Unfortunately, for Sado, during his journey back to Planet Vegeta. For the first time, space wasn't quiet. This action was flooding his mind; he traveled through the emptiness, not sleeping, instead, staring at the countless scars running across his arm, pondering. 

" Three weeks. " 

He mumbled. Gently rubbing a large scar with his thumb, before sighing and letting his head fall back into the seat, closing his eyes, breathing in and out deeply...

...

"Error!"

"Huh? " Sado's eyes snapped open, quickly glancing around at the pod; however, everything was fine. Making him look outside the window, only to see folding clouds. 

" You've landed on an unknown Planet... Recalculating, Planet Vegeta's...Will take three years to reach...Continue? " Spoke the AI, leaving Sado staring blankly.

" Three years? It was only a month earlier? " Said Sado, confused, as his pod latched open, releasing a volley of steam, as he stepped out.

He stumbled out onto loose black gravel. The world was odd; countless floating stone islands hovered in the sky, partially blocking the purple skies. There was only one small star in the sky, millions of light-years away. 

The planet should have been pitch black, and yet it glowed, like thousands of stars were mere inches away. Sado walked deeper into the planet, looking around before flexing his bicep, while mumbling.

" There's almost no gravity? " 

Sado stared at his bicep while he walked deeper into the planet, only the sound of rolling gravel under his feet entering his ears. The planet was entirely silent, not even the faintest breeze blew on this planet. 

"Is it an uninhabited planet? " Thought Sado, as he walked under a floating island, casting a shadow across his body, making him glance up at the island. 

The islands were held up by an odd energy that glowed a faint green hue. It wasn't Ki; Sado could sense it with his scouter; this energy was similar but different. He paused, staring at the energy his pupils illuminated by the green hue-

" OOHH! " A sharp scream suddenly shot out like a cannon, making Sado instantly tense. He spun around, looking towards the noise, coming face to face with a creature that only resemblance could be a little girl. 

The girl's body was shattered, almost like it was glued back together with the same energy lifting the islands into the sky. Only her hazel eyes and black curly hair with a spare piece of pale flesh remained, with the rest of her silhoute shaped by the green energy.

A small red beret was snugly placed on her head as he shot her arms up into the air, shouting happily. " We have a visitor! " 

Sado stood still, stumped, staring at the girl before she took her hat off, placing it on her chest, bowing while speaking. " Nice to meet you, I'm Elira. " She stood back up, placing her hat back on her head. 

" Who are you? " Elria asks with pure joy in her voice.

" I'm Sado. " Sado walked closer to the Elria, his scouter beeping wildly. Yet, the scouter didn't find anything; the girl's power level was a straight zero. Sado's eyes narrowed slightly before he asked a question.

" Where am I? "

Elria clapped her hands together while leaping into the air. " You're in our purgatory. " 

" Our? Am I trapped here? " 

" Oh! I don't know. " She laughed sweetly. " I meant my brother and me. " Responded Elria, reaching out, grabbing onto Sado's hands, placing them together, before looking Sado in the eyes, an innocent grin covering her face.

" Here! I'll take you here to meet him. "-

Warp

Before Sado could even process what Elria said, he teleported into an empty white space with floating marble pillars floating through the vast white emptiness. Only a large stone ground pathway was under Sado's and Elria's feet. 

" Over there. There's my brother. " Said Elria, pointing to her right. 

Sitting in a throne was a man, his pupils were blank, shrouded in emptiness. His body was similar to Elria however, no energy spread from his body. Instead, thousands of cracks were etched into his skin.

The man's hair was black mixed with gray; he wore a long, dangling robe. Revealing his defined body, he rested his chin against his fist, staring down at his sister before he looked over towards Sado, speaking in a deep, tired voice.

" A saiyan? " 

Sado stared up at the man, his scouter beeping, but just like Elria, his power level turned out to be zero. The man let out a hearty laugh as Elria let go of Sado, speaking.

" Brother! Meet Sado. " 

" Nice to meet you, Sado. I'm Azrion. " The confused look on Sado's face only became more obvious before he asked a question.

" Are both of you dead? " Elria swiftly snapped her head up at Sado, the same confused look as Sado shrouded her face before she responded.

" If we were dead, how would we be talking to you- " 

" No. We're not dead. The reason you can't sense our Ki is an entirely another reason. " Said Azrion, cutting off Elria, making her grunt in annoyance before Sado spoke.

" So? What is this place? "

" You somehow found yourself in my dimension-

" Our! " Roared out Elria. 

Azrion let out a deep sigh, running his hand down his face. 

" Our dimension. " He said flatly, before leaning back in his cold throne. " I don't know how you got here; you must have somehow jumped into a fold between your world and ours. "

Sado stood still, his gaze flickering back and forth from Elria and Azrion. " So, am I trapped? "

" Nope. " Responded Azrion plainly before yawning and watching as Elria clapped her hands once and playfully spun on one foot, speaking. "You're like a lost sailor-" Elria abruptly paused, the innocent look on her face vanishing. 

She glared down at the ground before she smiled and spoke. " Sado! Tell me your story! " 

" I was in my pod and- 

" No! From the start! Tell me how you came to be! " Said Elria, cutting off Sado's slight anger in her voice, which puzzled Sado as he spoke.
