THE SECRETS OF CELESTIAN BEYOND THE VEIL

Chapter 5: CHAPTER 5: WITCH VS WITCH THE REUNION

Back at the headquarters of the League of Enders, the alarm blared loudly, echoing through the headquarters. Tatana Wolfect's eyes snapped towards the control panel, her gaze locking onto the flashing screen.

"What's going on?" she asked, her voice sharp with urgency.

One of the technicians quickly checked the system, his fingers flying across the keyboard.

"We've got a sighting of Alexandria E-mete, the leader of the Witch Coven of Lock-Loopers," he replied, his voice laced with tension. "She's in a public café, unguarded."

Tatana's expression turned grim. "Get me Gus Benton on the line, now. We need to mobilize a team and take her down."

The technician quickly dialed Gus's number, and Tatana waited impatiently for him to answer. When he finally picked up, Tatana briefed him on the situation.

"We have a window of opportunity to take out Alexandria," she said. "We can't let her slip away. I'll lead the team. We'll get this done."

"No, Jennifer will be dealing with this matter personally," Gus's voice was calm and decisive.

Tatana's expression turned thoughtful as she processed Gus's decision. She nodded, though Gus couldn't see her.

"Understood, sir. Jennifer's experience and abilities make her the perfect candidate to handle this situation."

Gus's trust in Jennifer's abilities was well-founded. As a powerful witch herself, Jennifer had a deep understanding of the magical world and its intricacies. Her skills would be invaluable in this situation, and Tatana was confident that Jennifer would handle the situation with precision.

With the team standing down, Jennifer Griffith set out to confront Alexandria, her magic at the ready. The two witches would face off, their powers locked in a delicate dance of magic and strategy. The outcome was far from certain, but one thing was clear: only one would emerge victorious

As soon as Alexandria sensed Jennifer approaching, she instinctively grabbed Olissa and teleported away, ushering her to safety. "Get out of here, My dearest daughter - I have some old business to deal with, I will contacte you later," she said as she watched Jennifer from afar.

Olissa nodded to her mother, and without hesitation she ran off into the distance not looking back because she knew her mother could handled any danger that came her way.

As Jennifer approached the café and entered it, she found it was empty. "Are you looking for me, Ender?" Alexandria said as she teleported from the roof of the café.

"Hello, little sister, it's been a long time, like twenty-five years. I heard you changed your last name from E-mete to Griffith," Alexandria said, spitting on the ground.

"Alexandria," Jennifer said, her voice cold and detached. "I see you're still playing the same old games. But I'm not the same little sister you used to manipulate and control."

Alexandria's smile grew wider. "Oh, Jennifer. You're still so predictable. You think you're stronger now, don't you? But you're still the same weak little girl I left behind."

Jennifer's eyes narrowed. "I've come a long way since you abandoned me, Alexandria. And I've learned to take care of myself. You, on the other hand, seem to be stuck in the same old patterns of manipulation and control."

Alexandria's eyes flashed with anger, but she quickly regained her composure. "We'll see about that, little sister. Let's see who's stronger now."

"What are you doing here?" Jennifer asked Alexandria.

"Oh, I am just here enjoying the scones and coffee," Alexandria replied with a snarky comment.

Jennifer raised an eyebrow. "Scones and coffee? Really? That's the best you've got?"

Alexandria smirked. "Well, I wasn't expecting company, but since you're here, would you like to join me?"

Jennifer's eyes narrowed. "I think I'll pass. I'm more interested in knowing what you're really doing here."

Alexandria leaned back in her chair, a sly grin spreading across her face. "Oh, just enjoying the ambiance. You know, the usual."

Jennifer's gaze never wavered. "Cut the act, Alexandria. What do you want?"

"Fine, if you really want to know that badly, I'll tell you. I am here looking for someone to engage in coitus with me; it's been a long time. Is that a crime? Mistress nosy " Alexandria asked with a sneer on her lips.

"Oh, you think you're funny? You have jokes," Jennifer said with disgust.

The air was charged with tension as Jennifer and Alexandria faced off. The café around them seemed to fade into the background as the two witches prepared for battle.

"You really think you can take me down, little sister?"

"I don't think I can take you down, Alexandria," Jennifer replied, her voice cold and steady. "I know I can."

With a swift motion, Alexandria launched a blast of magic at Jennifer. But Jennifer was ready, and she countered with a wave of her own magic. The two witches exchanged blows, their powers locked in a fierce struggle.

"You're no match for me, Jennifer," Alexandria sneered, unleashing a barrage of spells.

"We'll see about that," Jennifer retorted, summoning a shield to deflect Alexandria's attacks.

The battle raged on, with neither side giving an inch. Magic crackled and boomed, filling the air with an otherworldly energy. The two witches clashed, their powers locked in a fierce struggle.

"You're getting tired, Jennifer," Alexandria taunted, sensing her sister's weakening magic. "Give up now, and I'll make it quick."

"Never," Jennifer growled, drawing on every last ounce of her strength. "I'll never surrender to you, Alexandria."

The fight continued, with both sisters refusing to yield. But Jennifer's power was more controlled, more refined. With a swift, powerful attack to the face, she knocked Alexandria down.

"It's over," Jennifer said, her chest heaving with exertion. "You've lost."

" Wait a minute! Who are you?" Jennifer demanded, her magic still crackling with energy, as she noticed the woman's features shifting and distorting.

"I'm someone who's been playing a role," the stranger said, her voice dripping with malice. "A role that's been very...enlightening."

As Jennifer was about to ask the shape-shifter who hired her to pretend to be her sister, she felt a searing pain in her gut. She instinctively looked down to see that she was impaled by a hand.
