9 months later…

Finally, tomorrow is the day of the U.A. entrance exam.

Over these last few months, I perfected an ultimate technique that could be a real game-changer. I couldn't wait to put my power to the test. I lay in bed, trying to sleep, but I was way too excited.

The Next Morning…

"Mom, I'm heading out" I said while walking out the door.

"Wait! Here—take your lunch with you" she said, handing me a meal in a plastic container. "Look at you… I still remember when you first told me you wanted to be a hero. And now, you're even taller than me, and you're about to apply to the best hero school in the country."

She sounded emotional, and honestly, she wasn't wrong. I'd grown a lot. At 15 years old, I stood at 180 cm (5'11")—a bit tall for Japanese standards, but the perfect build for me and my fighting style.

"Okay, Mom, I need to hurry. Bye!" I said, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek.

At the station, I spotted a familiar face.

"Excited?" Shinso asked, walking up beside me.

"Yes. You?" I replied.

"More anxious than excited" he said with a sigh.

We boarded the train and arrived in Musutafu, the city where U.A. High School is located. As I stepped through the school gates, I couldn't help but stop for a moment.

The scenery was breathtaking—the architecture, the layout, and the greenery surrounding the campus were something out of a dream.

"This is crazy" I whispered, awestruck. Shinso gave me a nod in agreement.

We hurried to the exam hall, where I spotted some familiar characters—Kaminari, the acid girl and others people. The theory part wasn't that bad. It's obvious that the most important part is the practical one.

"Hello everyone! You're all here to take the entrance exam for the hero course! Oh yeah!" shouted a lively teacher with wild yellow hair—Present Mic. His energy was off the charts.

He explained the exam: "You'll be destroying robots! Each type is worth a different number of points—check the screen for the values!"

Suddenly, a green-haired kid interrupted the explanation with a question—Midoriya, of course. Classic.

We each received a ticket with a number, indicating our assigned testing ground.

"It was good to dream" Shinso muttered, eyes downcast.

"So you're going to give up?" I asked, surprised.

"Yeah… my mind control isn't suited for this kind of test" he admitted with a sigh.

"You can always transfer into the hero course after the year starts" I said, trying to cheer him up.

"We'll see. Either way, I'll wait for you out here. Go and let loose" Shinso said, then turned and walked off.

Well, at least everything is as I remember it… although this version of Shinso is less pessimistic, I thought as I headed to the training area.

The test site was massive—like a small city full of buildings, alleys, and rubble. So many students. No surprise, this is the top hero school in Japan. I spotted others from the anime—Mineta, Kaminari, Mina…

Midoriya must be in another training zone, I thought as I stretched and began focusing my chakra.

Next to me, Kaminari looked visibly nervous.

"Good luck" I said, offering him a reassuring nod.

He turned, still anxious, and replied, "You too."

"Readdddyyyy… STARrrrrT!" Present Mic shouted into the mic.

I activated my lightning chakra, and in a flash—BOOM—I was gone. Only dust remained in the spot where I had been.

"Whoa!" I heard someone gasp behind me as I blurred forward at high speed.

"Let's see… where are the robots?" I muttered, scanning the area using my chakra perception.

Found one.

I zeroed in on a two-point robot, charging it full speed. As I neared, I focused a massive burst of chakra into my hand—

BOOOOM.

The robot's head exploded in a brilliant flash. I didn't even stop—I kept moving, destroying robot after robot without pause, until I saw..
