Transmigrated Become Sukuna, but the host is Yukinoshita Yukino?

Chapter 132: Chapter 132: Isn't it a bit of a waste to let Yukino have it?

The bright moonlight poured down into the forest, casting a shimmering silver glow over the giant and majestic owl shikigami.

Yukinoshita Haruno sat on the broad back of the bird, one hand resting on the waist of the black-haired young man, while the other waved at Yukinoshita Yukino. Her smile was brighter than ever before.

"Onee-san?"

Yukinoshita Yukino's eyes slowly widened.

"Why are you here?"

"I'm here for a late-night snack, of course."

Yukinoshita Haruno covered her mouth and chuckled, clearly enjoying her sister's surprised expression.

Yukinoshita Yukino silently shifted her gaze to Hayashizaki.

He pretended not to notice the slightly resentful look from the black-haired girl and called out to both of them, "Come on up, I'll take you for a late-night snack."

Hikigaya Hachiman, who was planning to sneak away quietly, was suddenly called out. He immediately stood at attention.

Seeing the Yukinoshita sisters both looking at him, he quickly yawned and put on a sleepy face.

"No thanks, I'm going to sleep."

With that, he turned and headed toward the cabin.

Hayashizaki shrugged, then leaned forward slightly and reached out his hand to Yukinoshita Yukino.

She glanced again at her short-haired sister, whose hand was still on the black-haired young man's waist. Instead of moving away, Haruno cheerfully patted the space behind her, signaling Yukino to sit down.

With a slight frown, Yukinoshita Yukino said nothing. She simply took Hayashizaki's hand and let him pull her onto the bird's back, then sat down next to her sister.

"Yuki-chan, why don't you sit in the back? It's a little cramped here."

Yukinoshita Haruno pouted.

There was no doubt she was acting on purpose. Yukino wasn't sure why, but she didn't want to give in. Instead, she reached out and pinched her sister's soft cheek, expressing her dissatisfaction.

However, Haruno didn't fight back. Instead, she wrapped her other arm around Hayashizaki's waist. Even though her delicate face was being pinched repeatedly, Yukino could still see the smug look in her eyes.

Yukino's frown deepened.

Just as she was about to scold her sister, Hayashizaki let out a helpless sigh and patted Nue's head.

The owl shikigami spread its wings, shook its feathers, and with a powerful flap, created a strong gust that bent the surrounding trees.

In an instant, it soared into the sky.

The passengers on its back felt like they were on a free-fall ride. The sudden rush of force made Yukinoshita Haruno instinctively cling tightly to the steady figure in front of her, pressing herself close.

Yukinoshita Yukino had no choice but to hold onto her sister's waist to avoid being thrown off.

When they finally opened their eyes, Nue was flying smoothly above the sea of clouds. Its size had somehow grown several times larger, covering the sky like a massive shadow.

Forget about feeling cramped—there was enough space to build a whole three-bedroom apartment on Nue's back.

Above them stretched an upside-down galaxy of stars, and below them was a dreamy sea of clouds.

It was Yukinoshita Yukino's first time seeing such a breathtaking view, and she was momentarily mesmerized.

But as she thought about it, she realized that her sister must have already seen this on the way here. Her excitement quickly faded.

Turning to look, she saw Haruno lying on the soft feathers in a starfish position, gazing at the dazzling night sky with a smile.

Yet for some reason, Yukino could see a hint of loneliness hidden in that faint smile.

Does my sister ever show such an expression without realizing it…?

A mix of complicated thoughts flashed through her mind, and even the slight bitterness she had felt earlier melted away in them.

…

...

"Hayashizaki-kun, by 'late-night snack,' did you mean ramen?"

In front of a ramen shop, Yukinoshita Haruno's smile twitched slightly, struggling to maintain her usual perfect expression.

"Did you catch some kind of ramen virus from Shizuka?"

"Delicious, I love it."

The young man with black hair stepped forward, lifted the noren curtain, and walked inside the shop. The Yukinoshita sisters exchanged glances, then followed him in with no other choice.

The shop's soft yellow lighting replaced the darkness of the night, and the rich aroma of the special broth filled the air, instantly making them hungry.

The three of them took their seats.

"I'll have two large bowls of tonkotsu ramen," Hayashizaki said, pushing the menu toward the two sisters.

"Shouldn't it be three?" Yukinoshita Haruno asked curiously.

"I'm having two bowls."

"I'll have the same as him."

Haruno chuckled and ordered without even looking at the menu. Yukinoshita Yukino, who was about to check the menu, froze for a moment after hearing her sister's words. Then, without hesitation, she pushed the menu to the center of the table and said seriously,

"I'll have the same too."

"Alright! Four large bowls of tonkotsu ramen! Please wait a moment!"

The middle-aged man in the chef's hat served them three cups of hot tea, then shot Hayashizaki an amazed look before heading back to the kitchen.

Ignoring the silent exchange, Hayashizaki pulled out his phone and started scrolling, acting as if the two beautiful girls sitting across from him didn't exist.

Yukino was already used to it and sat quietly, but inside, her thoughts were far from calm.

What is my sister doing!?

Haruno's gaze was hard to ignore—she stared straight at the black-haired young man with a playful smile, making no effort to hide it.

"Hayashizaki-kun, you're so mean."

Her gentle, honey-like voice carried a sweet charm.

"You dragged me out here without warning, showed me that breathtaking view that truly moved me, and now you've brought me to a ramen shop. You just do whatever you feel like!"

What did the ramen shop do to deserve this!?

The shop owner, busy in the kitchen, peeked through the order window with a resentful look.

"I can be even meaner, you know."

Hayashizaki put down his phone and smiled.

"Oh? Like what?"

Haruno's short hair swayed slightly as curiosity flickered in her eyes.

"You're paying for your own meal."

After a pause, he added,

"Just yours."

Haruno pouted in dissatisfaction.

Pfft!

Feeling her sister's gaze from the side, Yukino turned slightly away, trying to suppress her laughter. But soft chuckles still slipped through her fingers.

After finishing their ramen, Hayashizaki took Yukino back to Chiba Village first. The now smaller Nue skimmed low across the treetops, and Yukino jumped off the owl shikigami without hesitation, nearly making Haruno scream.

Only after seeing Yukino land gracefully and wave goodbye did Haruno finally breathe a sigh of relief.

After dropping off Yukino, Nue circled once in the sky and then headed toward Tokyo.

On the way, Haruno no longer looked at the dazzling night sky above but instead quietly watched the figure in front of her.

Suddenly, she leaned closer.

With a faint fragrance, her warm, soft breath brushed against his neck, and her falling hair lightly tickled him.

"Hayashizaki-kun, you're really mean."

You let me see that incredibly real and magnificent starry sky, yet you also made me realize how fake I am.

"What is it?"

Hayashizaki asked.

"Nothing, I was just thinking..."

Haruno's lips curled slightly.

"Wasn't it a bit of a waste to leave it all for Yuki-chan?"
