Chapter 6: 6

Juny saw the two siblings sneaking into the hideout from the corner of her eye.

She wanted to scream at them to run, but seeing their rage-filled eyes, she held back.

She knew no amount of yelling could make them leave now.

She changed her approach and used Space Manipulation to mess with Chasm's spirituality, fooling his spiritual intuition.

Juny kept her broken body in the best Manipulation range and did her best to keep Chasm's attention on herself.

While dodging, she threw one of the knifes with Blessing of Exorcism to the two siblings.

Juny has told them of her ability to Manipulate other's spirituality.

The two siblings were quick to understand.

They pulled out all papers which had the same symbol as the one she had thrown.

Following that, they covered their daggers and gloves with the Enchantments and began sneaking up from behind Chasm.

When Chasm didn't have any fire left on him, and when the disgusting tongue left his mouth, the siblings took action.

Dager stabbed the two daggers straight through Chasm's back to pierce his heart.

On the other hand, Ellone, who has drunk strengthening medicine and activated the Enchantment Strengthen with the Blessing of Power, grabbed Chasm's hair and, with all her might, punched into his neck.

Unlike what she expected, the man's throat simply exploded at the point of contact.

The two siblings watched as Chasm's body slumped down.

This was the man who destroyed their orphanage, their home.

They finally took the first step towards their revenge.

But they didn't observe the body, they didn't bother with the dead man.

Instead, the two ran like crazy towards the trembling girl not too far from them.

"Juny!"

With her blurry vision, Juny saw two figures closing in.

Her sword disintegrated as she wanted to sigh in relief, but instead, her body staggered and thick lumps of clotted blood left her mouth.

She wasn't able to even cough, that's how much blood she spewed out.

Juny forced her eyes open to see the terrified duo before her.

'Do I look that bad?'

She tried to open her mouth and say something iconic, but instead, another gut wrenching noise left her throat.

As the fight ended, all the blood she was suppressing deep inside her stomach and lungs was flooding out, all at once.

Her throat was screaming in pain as it stretched beyond its limit.

Juny couldn't possibly handle so much blood leaving her body without getting lightheaded.

She shook in pain.

Her heart was overworking.

It was beating so fast that Juny was certain it would soon explode if she didn't do anything about it.

The hole in her stomach, she barely managed to heal, began to tear back open.

Her ears were now buzzing, but she could somehow hear vague arguing.

Her whole body was insensitive but strangely enough, her torso stopped shaking.

Something pressed to the back of her neck as she felt the pain ceasing.

The open hole in her stomach throbbed as if something was pouring in.

The next second, something else was pressed onto her back and right chest.

Her breathing pathway quickly cleared up.

Juny instantly took a deep breath and forced her eyes back open.

Her vision was slowly clearing up.

Juny lifted her hand and rubbed her ear.

"Juny? Juny, c-can you hear me?"

Juyn frowned and looked up at the owner of the sobbing voice.

"Wh- cough! Why are you crying?"

Seeing the crouching Ellone, she noticed the tear stains that covered her entire face.

Moving her eyes, she saw Dager.

He was biting his lips tightly, his eyes filled with blood vessels.

"Juny! You're alive! Oh, Praise the Earth!"

Hearing Ellone's wailing, Juny couldn't help but wonder.

'Where did you came up with the idea that I was dying?'

Instead of saying that, she spat out more blood and nodded.

"Yes, very much alive."

The twisting in her stomach eased quite a bit.

Juny sighed and looked at Dager.

His face was badly contorted, he looked like he had many things to say.

Before he had the chance, Juny explained herself.

"I couldn't run, it was blood magic. If I- cough! I ran, I would've ended up dead for sure."

The hideout went quiet only Ellones suppressed weeps kept the place from becoming silent.

Dager stared at Juny for quite a while, not speaking.

He watched as she spat out more blood every few seconds.

"Why are you bleeding?"

Dager was quite sure that there was a certain reason for the blood, since all of Juny's injuries have long healed.

Juny looked at him and emptied her mouth before explaining.

"It's a backlash. I've already gotten used to the pain it causes b- cough! Ehm, but the blood keeps on flowing out."

Dager frowned as he watched Juny's throat widen and shrink.

He kept his words filled with complaints and anger back and instead asked.

"So, you mean that you're fine and we shouldn't worry?"

Juny narrowed her eyes at the teenager who was shaking in anger but asked calm questions.

'When did he get so mature?'

The adult stuck in a child's body didn't speak and simply spat out blood and nodded her head.

Using her hands, she pushed herself up to her feet.

After stumbling for a bit, she finally found her balance.

Looking down at, the still crying, Ellone she couldn't help but ask.

"Are you okay?"

Ellone shot her a glare, Juny could see real volcanoes erupting inside, but she didn't yell as Juny thought she would.

Wiping her face, Ellone stood up straight.

"Yea, I just got started."

Sniffing, she shook her head and turned around.

Juny chose not to question it and instead walked over to the dead body.

She looked around slowly and then moved to inspect the glass heart.

She tapped her pinky finger with her thumb to activate her Appraisal.

Juny frowned at the information that filled her mind.

'Fragile Heart of Terror... A terrible name, but what else's new?'

'Sucks in spirituality from nearby creatures except for the user and upon extracting all of a creature's spirituality, the living will immediately explode...'

'Damn, I'm glad I prepared. I would've become a real human firework otherwise...'

'Upon being filled with spirituality, the Fragile Heart of Terror will activate and begin beating. It will give the user extremely fast spiritual recovery and healing abilities. It will also create a sealed space with the use of dead blood and meat. This space cannot be exited until the Fragile Heart of Terror stops beating. Otherwise, the person will quickly mutate and become an undead meaty monster at the user's mercy...'

"..."

'All hail my spiritual instincts!'

Smirking, Juny continued to process the information.

'The negative effects are: besides immediately becoming half-mad, the user will also slowly get corrupted and mutate... this mutation can in some cases boost the users offensive abilities... the tongue I presume?'

'The longer the Fragile Heart of Terror is held the more of the user's lifespan it consumes.'

Heaving a sigh she concluded.

'If not activated, it can be sealed quite easily... hmm, let's wait for it to stop beating and then I'll put it into the Dimensional Space to seal it. My spirituality is not telling me otherwise... I should still first test it with my own Pocket Dimension to see if it has any reaction.'

Finishing her analysis, she slowly moved away to turn to the siblings.

She pointed at the glass heart and spoke.

"Under no circumstances are you to touch that monstrosity, understood?"

The two siblings jumped and slowly nodded like zombies.

Juny turned back to the dead body with satisfaction and used Space Manipulation to fasten the creation of the Beyonder Characteristic.

Looking at it, she felt relieved.

'Thankfully, it didn't get corrupted.'

She picked it up and looked through Chasm's clothes.

Strangely enough, there wasn't anything there.

Not even a gun or a knife.

"So you're too good to carry weapons?"

Mocking the man, Juny picked up all of her knives from the ground and looked at the siblings.

"Let's search the place, there must be a reason why he doesn't carry any money."

Understanding, the siblings split and began looking around.

Juny also went about her way, leaving the glass heart behind.

'If someone want's to steal it, they can go ahead.'

Walking and cleaning the thick layers of blood off the ground, she found a thick metal plate stuck inside the ground.

Thoughtfully, Juny stepped back and tried to lift the plate using Space Manipulation.

She then frowned.

'It's too heavy... heavier than 30 kg? How is that...'

Tapping her thigh with her finger, Juny Solidified a pry bar.

'I always wanted to use this.'

With a smile, Juny stuck the tip into the space between the plate and floor and pushed down.

The plate creaked loudly before slighting lifting.

'At least 50 kg... that's too much, no?'

As the plate lifted, Juny moved and kicked its bottom, making it fly up.

With a clanking sound, it landed back down and caused ringing throughout the whole hideout.

Juny didn't flinch away at the sound but looked down into the hole.

'Hmm..'

There was zero light inside. Like it was the literal definition of darkness.

Coughing and clearing her mouth, Juny called out to the two siblings.

"Ellone! Dager! Found it!"

A few seconds after, the two teenagers arrived and looked into the hole.

Seeing the endless darkness, the calmed down Ellone shuddered.

"I- I'll stay up and uh- protect the entrance?"

Dager looked at her with a knowing smile and agreed.

"Sure, that sounds like something that's absolutely necessary."

After being pierced by Ellone's glare he turned to Juny.

Seeing his eyes, she nodded.

"Sure, we'll go in, but watch your step and keep your body behind me also, have your Spirit vision activated at all times."

Seeing Dager nod, Juny also activated her Material Vision and jumped inside.

She used Space Manipulation to make her descent slower.

As her feet touched the ground she looked up and spoke.

"Around a 5 meter fall."

With that, she moved away a few steps to see Dager land steadily on the ground.

Turning away from him, Juny walked through the singular path present.

The path was at least 2 meters high and half a meter wide, making Juny look particularly small.

The path was very empty, the walls were covered with stone bricks but there wasn't anything engraved on them, not even a single torch was present.

Juny kept her mind tense just in case a danger was approaching.

As they walked, the only sound they could hear were quiet footsteps and repetitive coughs.

Vaguely, Juny could see an end of the path. She could roughly sure that they've walked at least 200 meters.

At the end of the dark road was a metal door.

It looked extremely wide and Juny could see thick lines of spirituality seeping out of it.

It was certainly a tough door.

One that wasn't made to be opened by force.

After observing for a few moments, Juny moved closer.

"What is it?"

Dager, now also seeing the door, asked with curiosity.

"If we're lucky, a safe."

Juny mumbled with a staid expression and pressed her bloodied hand on the cool metal.

"And if we're not?"

Feeling an omen incoming, Dager couldn't help but want Juny to finish her sentence.

Juny turned her body halfway and flashed a smile at Dager.

"If we're not, a trap."

A shiver ran down Dager's spine.

"Why are you smiling then?"

What was most freaky was for sure Juny's reaction.

Juny hummed with entertainment before answering in a laid back manner.

"Because if it's a trap, you'll have to do the fighting."

She once again turned her head to the dumbfounded Dager and spat out blood. As if she was showing evidence.

"I'm already on my last leg."

She was smiling wide, this made Dager shudder, but he shut his mouth and took out his daggers.

Juny nodded and activated Appraisal.

As she expected, she couldn't see through the metal door at all.

With a breath, her eyes closed and she infused the door with her spirituality.

As she did so, she used Space Manipulation and moved the infused spirituality to scan the door.

'A kind of disturbance is keeping the door closed and enforced... A Mystical item from the Justiciar Pathway, perhaps?'

'Let's see...'

Juny slowly began to group the spirituality, which was flowing through the door, together.

The spirituality soon began spiralling and moving in circles in the middle of the metal door.

A small bumps began appearing where the spirituality ran.

'The best way to destroy order and laws is by creating chaos.'

With a thought, Juny suddenly changed the direction in which she was moving the spirituality until now.

Instead of moving all the spirituality in a clockwise direction, she forced half of the spiritual particles to move counterclockwise.

The disrupted spirituality began bumping into itself and destroying the rules which were connected to the metal door.

Juny slowly began counting.

Upon reaching number 5, the door began making creaking sounds.

After reaching number 10 the door began arching outwards in miniature bumps.

As she finished counting to 20, small but noticeable explosions seemed to be happening inside the thick metal door.

She continued counting as the metal plate turned very hot.

She counted and then suddenly opened her eyes.

She smiled and counted the last digit out loud.

"30!"

Dager didn't really understand Juny's exclaim at first.

Then, he noticed that the darkness had receded and a red light filled the dark path.

Seeing the metal door bent outwards while shining in red and yellow, the sight of his orphanage immediately overlapped with this metal door.

Dager's heart sunk and he stood rooted in place.

His vision blurred but he still followed his instincts and crouched down, covering his head.

And then, the metal door ripped.

An explosion spread out, but it didn't consume him.

The explosion stayed still, unmoving.

Heaving a sigh, Juny used all her might to hold the tiny spiritual particles in place.

'We don't want to set the inside of the safe on fire...'

She slowly Manipulated the spirituality and calmed it down.

The disorder ceased as all signs of explosion disappeared.

"Welp, that was close."

Looking back, she noticed the crouching Dager.

"You... good?"

Seeing everything calm down, Dager looked up at her, speechless.

He slowly stood up and patted his clothes.

"Um, Yes."

Juny got a feeling that she absolutely shouldn't ask further.

Instead, she walked into the, still dusty, safe.

"Hah!"

She scoffed at the sight in front of her.

Confused, Dager peeked over Juny's shoulder and also stepped in.

After a second of scanning, he shuttered and seriously wondered if the explosion messed up his Spirit vision.

"Those bastards really weren't a normal gang! Haha!"

Juny laughed and walked deeper inside.

She was not worried about any traps anymore, the whole room as well as everything inside was already mapped inside her head.

With a grin, she looked around.

It was filled with money.

Not only that, but also large stacks of papers.

Juny quickly did some basic calculations and concluded that at least 150 000 risot was present inside the safe.

She ignored the money and swiftly picked a few documents placed neatly on a nearby table.

Skimming through it, Juny first frowned and then immediately exclaimed in realization.

"Wow, we're really lucky!"

Dager looked as Juny's eyes ran through few a more documents.

"What- I mean, how?"

Hearing his question, Juny turned to him and pointed to the document she was holding before motioning to the money.

"The gang is playing the middle man of a huge deal. That's why Chasm had that freakishly strong Ancient Artifact."

Juny explained in an unhurried tone.

Dager frowned slightly.

"Was it really that powerful?"

Juny scoffed.

"Yea, you arrived after we were both reaching our limit, even though it didn't look like it. If that thing consumed at least one Beyonder instead of a bunch of normal humans, none of us would've survived."

"Not to mention, if you think about it, the negative effects aren't that bad."

"The Ancient Artifice makes you half-mad and slowly takes away your lifespan, but that's still acceptable. And, as long as you're a maniac, you wouldn't have any trouble handling it!"

Turning back around, she grabbed the Lapis necklace hanging around her neck.

"Not to mention, It's an Ancient Artifact made out of a sequence 4, that by itself make's it incredibly precious."

Dager nodded in understanding as he saw a beautiful door, that housed a Cyan-black galaxy, open on the ground below the cash and papers.

"But..."

Snapping back, Dager looked at Juny whose expression turned dark at some point.

"That being the case. How long do you think it will take them to find out about the fact that Chasm has died and the safe was breached?"

Dager's mind suddenly boiled and he felt his blood run cold.

He observed Juny's face.

She had a smile, but her eyes were filled with concern and fear.

Gulping, they both simultaneously started running back through the dark path.

Juny threw glowing papers into the air while sprinting.

Mare seconds later, they swiftly jumped out of the hole.

Ellone saw them jump out and was about to greet them with a smile, but she stopped herself when she saw their grave expressions.

Flinching, she didn't stand on ceremony.

"What happened?"

Dager leapt and pushed the metal door back to cover the hole as Juny answered.

"We're getting out of here immediately!"

She immediately ran out and stuck the Fragile Heart of Terror into her Pocked Dimension.

This time, Juny didn't bother about the consequences and threw out multiple papers Enchanted with Runic symbols.

Each symbol glowed bright red and the papers fragmented, as if burned.

They slowly fell to the ground and onto the blood that covered every inch of the hideout.

Juny already did so with the blood she left behind inside the path and safe.

The smallest bits of paper touched the blood and were immediately ignited.

The whole place, and even the three underaged kids, were set ablaze.

But their clothes didn't burn, only the blood, ALL of the blood burned.

The floor and walls, that were previously covered with thick layers of blood, were now completely clean.

Juny's head went blank and strong buzzing filled her mind.

She pushed back the incoming coughs and began running.

She knew, she was out of it.

She had absolutely no more spirituality to spare and she might as well sign a death certificate if she does even the smallest thing.

Her skin was now covered in scales and small hairs were seeping out, but she didn't stop running.

She believed the two siblings were also running away.

Juny used the empty alleys and sprinted all the way to the abandoned but renovated building.

She felt safer, but not safe.

She rushed to a shelf and took out a light box.

Inside the box was a large folded paper.

Juny hurried to take it out and turned around.

Dager was already standing there, panting, while Ellone has yet to catch up.

With haggard breathing, Juny's scaled hands pushed the paper into Dager's palm.

At that second, Ellone arrived. She was holding onto the doorway and panting hysterically.

After stuffing the paper into Dager's hand, Juny rummaged through her Pocket Dimension and pulled out a hair.

This hair belonged to the underground boss, Shake.

"Spread the paper open and pull out a strand of your hair."

Juny's sight was already blurry, but she has yet to cough out any blood.

Pulling her own hair, she placed it and Shake's onto the spread-out paper.

Ellone also gathered some strength and hurriedly placed her strand of hair down.

Dager did the same and with Juny's acknowledgment, he infused the extremely-complex magic circle with spirituality.

A pinkish-green light shone through and enveloped the four hair strands in a thick layer of light.

Then, it spread further, covering the room and the entire abandoned building in pinkish-green light before dimming.

The illumination ceased and the four hairs turned transparent before disappearing.

Only then, after all that was done, Juny breathed out a deep sigh of relief.

This was a disturbance that could be comparable to an angel's.

And since there were no strange reactions, Juny could be sure that noone has done any divinations concerning them in the last 7 days.

Juny's body trembled and she lost her balance.

Her act of burning all blood and evidence exhausted her entire being.

She finally coughed out the blood she held stuck in her throat.

Juny immediately felt her muscles relax.

With the time passing, she watched the small hairs fall out and the scales slowly recede.

Slowly, she stood back up and stretched.

At the time, Ellone was walking towards her with a dreamy yellow liquid and Dager was staring at the ceiling in thought.

Juny took the glass bottle with gratitude.

"Thank you Ellone, I'll explain it to you now, sorry for being so hectic."

Ellone gently nodded.

"Please do, although I didn't mind the exercise too much."

Juny rolled her eyes at Ellone's sense of humor and explained the safe and their findings.

Ellone listened silently, sometimes nodding along.

As Juny finished, Ellone pointed out.

"You stored all of it at once?"

Juny nodded with a sigh.

"That's right."

Ellone's brain was running in circled as she couldn't help but speak.

"I didn't know you could do that..."

Juny gave her a childish smile and walked towards her room.

She wanted to wash up and Recover her torn-up clothes.

"Oh, by the way, I'm done with my potion!"

Ellone called out, finally getting the chance to brag.

Juny immediately turned around and nodded.

"I'll give you the potion tomorrow, rest and fully recover your spirituality before then."

Before she could continue, Dager spoke out.

"My potion also strangely jumped in digestion. I think I need like two more months at most."

Juny raised an eyebrow.

'With the acting method, a Sequence 8 potion can be digested in about 3 months, but Dager is only half a month into digestion...'

She nodded in thought and walked away.

She secretly observed her own condition.

At some point in time, her potion digested quite a bit.

'I didn't even find the core principles for acting as a Weapons Smith... does it have something to do with preparation and supporting others, perhaps?'

Dimension.

After confirming that all was good with her Pocket Dimension, she transported the glass heart into the Dimensional Space.

As she entered the Dimensional Space and carried the glass heart into the sealing area, she continued her thinking.

'I think I need like 5 and a half months... that's like whole half a month worth of the potion digested... I must've acted very well without even realizing it.'

'Hmm, just the name suggests that I'm supposed to act as a support behind the scenes but... That doesn't seem right.'

'Forgetting the fact that today wasn't so much about supporting and rather about fighting, there's also the fact that hiding behind others doesn't seem to suit The Void Pathway at all.'

'From Weapons Master, who obviously should stand at the front lines, through Space Bender, who's all about moving about and using their powers to impress and confuse others, to the Enchanter, when I had to walk around to directly interact and Enchant everyone's day-to-day lives. None of them were behind the scenes type...'

Juny Manipulated the seal door and found an empty isolation box.

She then placed the glass heart inside and left, still in thought.

"Is it about not only supporting but also being supported?"

'I went from standing on the front lines to helping others... and now I'm supposed to be helped while also supporting others?'

'So I should still fight but also constantly better the people around me? That can't be it, it's way too similar to Enchanter...'

'Or maybe it's more about the preparation and less about helping?'

'That would make sense. I did make a ton of preparations that all payed off in the end. And I also made preparations for others...'

Humming, Juny walked out of the Dimensional Space.

"The Void Pathway is all about making plans and properly preparing while fighting on the front lines, but also about keeping in the dark and helping others around you while staying behind?"

"Huh... So at one point, I might become something like a mysterious leader, with a great mind and strength. The Void Pathway is well versed in many ways."

Juny couldn't help but point out.

'How overpowered... No wonder the Lapis family is being hunted. Who wouldn't want to take hold of this pathway?'

Heaving a sigh, Juny washed up and changed clothes.

She prepared some Recovery Enchantments and began fixing her clothes.

...

The next few days passed slowly.

Ellone advanced to a Sequence 8 Beast Tamer.

She spent her days pretty much just making medicines and befriending the stray animals around the city.

Surprisingly, she got quite close to a particular group of street cats and joined a circle filled with animal fanatics.

...

Dager's days didn't change much from before the attack.

He continued walking the bars and angering drunk 'assholes' when he had the chance.

He became quite popular because of that, mainly because of his strength to throw anyone who messed with him.

...

Shake, who was a Beyonder for a while now, didn't take long before advancing to a Sequence 8 Barbarian.

He believed that this potion would be much easier to digest for an underground boss like him.

With the help of Juny's specially Smithed and Enchanted weapons, his influence slowly but steadily grew.

...

Juny was also quite busy.

Apart from constantly analizing the documents and managing the money they found inside the safe, so as to not attract attention, she also got back to her old routine.

The method changed, but her goal was pretty much the same.

Juny kept up her principles which helped with her digestion of the Weapons Smith potion.

Apart from giving Shake a helping hand and sometimes acting behind the scenes, she also supported many strangers like she did before.

...

After almost two months, Dager has became a Sequence 7 Beyonder as well as had his seventeenth birthday.

Even amongst Beyonders, he became especially well-known.

He made many friends and contacts spreading throughout the small city.

He also came into contact with an elder 'brother' of his.

The man's name was Kein and he was a part of a small Beyonder circle.

Kein was 21 years old and a Sequence 9 Reader.

He found out about Beyonders after making name for himself thanks to his quick-thinking.

Kein always had a great mind and often pursued knowledge.

That was why he wasn't against becoming a part of the Beyonder world.

Or, that was what fueled him at first.

After leaving the orphanage, Kein was a successful man and quickly settled down.

He was later unfortunately involved in a sacrificial ritual of the Aurora Order lunatics.

His house, and couple of surrounding blocks, were destroyed, it was a huge incident into which the Church of Mother Earth intervened.

But, as a wild Beyonder, he would've been caught and probably imprisoned.

This was a common knowledge shared around the circle of Knowledge Seekers he joined.

And, after losing his home and family, his mental state was not very good.

Anyone with some knowledge would be able to tell that he was losing control.

He was at a complete loss when he met Dager again.

Dager helped him to hide for a while and later filled him in on the many basics of Mysticism he has missed before.

Kein, finding a new reason to live, wished to become a person capable of getting revenge and protecting his loved ones.

And thus, a month later, he joined the group in which the adults followed the kids.

Around that time, Ellone has also finished with the, surprisingly fast, digestion of her Beast Tamer potion.

And even though she could, Ellone was not in a rush to advance to a Sequence 7 Vampire, saying that she was not completely ready to say goodbye to sunlight just yet. She planned to wait another month, for winter to come, so she could first get used to the lack of sunlight.

She planned on advancing together with Shake, who was already striking fear into the drunkards just by approaching.

Turns out, the Barbarian truly did suit him.

But, Kein wasn't the only new member of their small group.

There was also a rich merchant's daughter Airina.

Or rather, ex-daughter.

Airina was just headed to the small city with her father.

They were meant to discuss the production of coal and the working conditions inside the mines.

Her father was a wealthy fuel merchant and the mayor shares holder of the Feysin mining company.

Feysin mining company is in hold of many mines around the border between Feynapotter Kingdom and Masin.

Since the small city is placed between Masin borders and Feynapotter city, it was naturally a good meeting place.

But, as it turns out, many people turned out to be aware of this meeting and thus the unpreventable happened.

The bodyguards the merchant hired were actually apart of an opposing company and didn't provide any real protection.

The carriage was then obviously assaulted.

The older merchant's assistant, who was also the merchant's old friend turned out to be a Sequence 8 Beyonder.

At his friend's last wish, he tried to save the young lady who just recently turned 18.

The man's Sequence unfortunately wasn't based around offense and was instead a Sequence specialized at fleeing.

While on the run, the man suffered heavy injuries, and in the end, he perished.

Thankfully, they managed to get onto a forest path and were seen by Ellone's tamed raven.

Alarmed, Ellone and Juny went to try and help the girl, but they saw something unexpected.

They found that the young girl had mutated and was on the verge of losing control.

With Juny's abilities and Ellone's medicine, they managed to stabilize the girl's condition.

After fearfully consuming the man's Beyonder characteristics, Airina became a Sequence 8 Trickmaster.

After some introductions and long round of explanations, Airina voiced out her wishes to be a Beyonder as well as her need to safely return to the Feynapotter city and successfully take over her father's business before the opposing company makes their move.

This wasn't a problem as it went along with Juny's own plans.

From the documents she acquired, she learned that the secret 'Organization' which was backing The Crimson Brotherhood also stemmed from the Feynapotter city.

She also found out that they weren't as strong as she anticipated.

The 'Organization' was actually quite small and led by a certain Demigod.

It's a fact that Chasm was actually a middle-high ranked member of this 'Organization'. Meaning, it truly wasn't overly fearful.

The 'Organization's' name was: The Rosary Road.

Honestly, Juny laughed for five minutes straight upon reading the name.

She finally understood where 'The Crimson Brotherhood' came from.

Deciding to finish what she began, Juny agreed to accompany Airina into the Feynapotter city sometime in the winter.

Ellone and Dager wished to join her while Shake and Kein chose to stay.

Juny agreed with them, that she would visit the small city, every Sunday evening to check if they had any need for additional weapons or Enchantments.

They questioned of her method of transfer, but she simply smiled childishly and didn't elaborate.

...

As they hit the two months mark, snow was already falling quite regularly.

Ellone, now 16 years old, was a whole month into being a Vampire.

The already beautiful lady became incredibly stunning.

If she didn't know, Juny might accuse her of being a Demoness.

Ellone's golden hair increased in value and her golden irises became like clear rubies.

She also grew in height. She now stood at an elegant 175 centimeters and her features also became more mature.

Kein and Shake were also finished or close to fully digesting their potions.

Juny, as always, informed Kein about the curse, but he didn't show any opposition to it.

Shake, who drank the Barbarian potion, was already aware.

Juny gave the two the main Beyonder ingredients and let them to gather the rest on their own. The two adults seemed very content with that.

She gave Kein the main ingredients for Student of Ratiocination and Shake the Beyonder characteristic of a Briber.

And with that, Juny, the sibling duo and their newest rich lady, bid farewell to the small city and headed for the Feynapotter city.

The very start of their journey was already very interesting for the quartet, especially because of their different ways of persuading others.

When thinking of how to sneak Airina onto the carriage without alarming anyone, they came into a disagreement.

Ellone, who knows where she learned it, thought that 'distracting' the carriage driver with her looks was the best way.

On the other hand, Dager believed that if he asked 'nicely' while revealing a gun, they wouldn't dare to do anything.

Airina, the rich merchant's daughter, pointed out that bribing was the most reasonable solution.

Juny watched these teenagers and young adults with a strange expression as she began thinking of the best way to disguise Airina.

Soon, after confirming that the three young adults's ideas would only garner further attention, Juny used her knowledge from the many detective novels and covered Airina's most distinctive features.

Feeling the carriage beginning to move, the underaged trio couldn't help but glance back at the small city.

For the two siblings, it was the place they grew up in and the only place they ever knew, their home.

To Juny, it was the city that marked her beginning, it wasn't nearly as big as the cities she remembered.

Juny's gaze moved away from the city to a nearby forest mountain, her eyes shifted to her starting point and to the place where miss Mari was resting.

Juny couldn't help but smile as she gazed back at the small city.

Looking at the small city, Juny pondered for a second before silently laughing.

'Finally a good name. Inizio, the city of beginnings.'
