The woman tilted her head slightly toward Maria. "Still me," she said, her voice smooth and velvety, like midnight silk. "Just… more."

She turned her eyes back to Alex, a slow, knowing smile curving her lips. "And I finally can serve you too"

Alex chuckled lowly. "That sounds tempting."

"It is," Cypher replied. "And intoxicating."

She stepped close to him now, her new form solid, regal, utterly controlled. The chaotic hunger of her previous self was gone—replaced by a calm predatory power that radiated command.

Alex met her gaze without flinching. "How do you feel?"

She closed her eyes for a moment, letting her aura hum around her. "Alive. Awake. And ready to kill anything you point me at."

Then she opened her eyes again, and this time, they burned brighter than before.

"Shall I start with Kingpin?"

Alex stood still, arms crossed, watching Cypher closely. The dark aura coming from her felt heavier than before—stronger, more controlled. She looked like a completely different being now.

Beautiful, yes—but dangerous in a way that couldn't be ignored.

He kept his voice steady. "Alright, Cypher. Tell me straight. What exactly are you now?"

Cypher smiled calmly and stepped toward him, her long black hair flowing behind her. Shadows followed her like a living cape.

"I've evolved," she said. "I'm no longer just a Greater Demon. I'm now a Noble-Class Demon. More stable. Smarter. Stronger. I have full control over my powers."

Alex nodded slowly. "So what can you do now? Be specific."

Cypher lifted her hand, and dark energy instantly responded. Shadows moved across the room and gathered in her palm, forming into a solid spear of black energy.

"I can create shadow weapons and objects now. Not just quick shapes—but permanent, sharp, and dangerous ones. Swords, chains, armor, anything I need in battle."

With a flick of her fingers, the spear vanished into mist.

"I can also cloak entire buildings with shadow. If I focus, I can hide this whole clinic from cameras, drones, even from people with Chi-sense. Only someone very skilled in light or holy energy might detect it."

Maria blinked in surprise. "You can make this whole place invisible?"

Cypher nodded. "To most people, yes."

Alex stepped forward. "And your battle form?"

Cypher smiled wider. Her body shifted slightly for a moment—horns appeared on her head, and sharp black wings unfolded behind her back. Her fingers turned into claws. Her eyes glowed bright red.

"This is my Shadow Lord Form. I can use it anytime now, without losing control. In this state, I can rip through walls, drain the life force from enemies, and regular bullets or even most Chi attacks can't hurt me."

She shifted back into her normal appearance easily, with barely a ripple of energy.

Alex narrowed his eyes. "Any weaknesses?"

"A few," Cypher admitted. "Holy weapons still burn. Strong pure light—like angelic or divine light—can hurt me. Also, there are some ancient magic seals that can trap demons, but only if someone really skilled makes them."

" All of this thanks to Alex, My Demon god" She said coming near him.

She reached out and placed a hand gently on his chest. "Anyone who tries to take you from me… I'll kill them and their whole bloodline."

Maria made a face but smirked. "Okay… creepy. But kind of hot."

Alex let out a quiet laugh.

But Cypher wasn't done. Her tone turned more serious.

"There's more," she added. "I've gained two major abilities."

Alex raised a brow. "Go on."

"First… I can now create Lesser Demons—basic creatures made from my own shadow energy. I can control them completely, give them simple orders, and use them to fight or scout. I can keep around five active at once, for now. Maybe more later."

Alex nodded. "That'll come in handy."

"And second… I can now turn humans into demon hybrids. I can share my power with them—make them stronger, faster, and give them special abilities. The kind of demon they become… depends on their heart. Their personality."

She turned her eyes toward Maria, a playful grin on her face.

"For example… Maria here is bold, teasing, and crazy about you. If I turned her, I'd probably make her part Succubus. A seductive demon who grows stronger with desire."

Maria blinked, then laughed. "Wait—are you serious?"

"Very," Cypher said. "You'd keep your mind, your body, and most of your soul. But you'd gain powers—and a few changes, of course."

Maria looked over at Alex. "Think I'd make a good half-demon?"

Alex smirked. "You already drive me insane. You don't need demon powers to be dangerous."

Cypher chuckled. "Still, if you want the upgrade… just say the word."

Alex turned toward the clinic door, shadows curling at his feet.

"Well then," he said calmly. "Time to give Kingpin a reason to never send anyone after us again."

FISK TOWER – MIDTOWN, MANHATTAN – NIGHT

The city was alive as usual. Taxis honked, lights flashed, and people moved through the streets. But in front of Fisk Tower, things were different. The sidewalk had been cleared. Security cameras moved quickly. Guards stood in pairs, rifles ready.

Inside, Fisk's private security was fully alert.

They knew someone was coming.

They just didn't know who exactly—or how bad it would be.

8:37 PM

A black muscle car pulled up in front of the building. It didn't speed. It didn't make noise. It stopped calmly, like whoever was inside wasn't afraid at all.

The driver's door opened. Alex stepped out.

He wore a black jacket over a slightly torn white shirt. His silver hair was tied back. His red eyes looked up at the building without a hint of fear.

Then the passenger door opened.

Cypher stepped out, no longer hiding her true self. Her skin was pale white, and her black hair flowed freely. Her coat, made of shadowy layers, shifted as if it was alive. Her red eyes glowed.

They didn't sneak or hide. They walked toward the building like they owned it.

A bold, direct approach.

"Targets confirmed," a guard whispered into his comms. "It's him. And something... not human, A Mutant perhaps"
