Ashen Dragon

Chapter 234 Red and White_2

"Boom——"

Amidst the crisp sound of the air shattering and the roar of flames burning, the terrifying Dragonflame rapidly spread, forming a conical sea of fire in the sky.

Although this Breath was not as powerful as the Ashen Empire's Emperor, it was enough to make mortals wail in despair and cities to perish in flames.

Just a single wisp was enough to turn a fully armored Knight into charred coal and melt the armor into molten iron.

Feeling the high temperature radiating from the Dragonflame, Tiniya dared not be negligent. She roared upwards, and a cold current poured out like an inverted waterfall, rushing straight into the sky.

Frost and Flame clashed together, with two starkly contrasting elements fighting against each other, emitting a piercing screech, creating swirling smoke that spanned hundreds of meters, almost obscuring the sky.

But Tiniya remained vigilant, knowing the power of that Red Dragon was far from exhausted.

This was just the initial probing.

Indeed, the next moment, accompanied by a roar loud enough to shatter the clouds, a massive shadow burst through the smoke, charging towards Tiniya— it was Dracalis.

"Prepare to die!"

Tiniya fully activated the power of Matalotok within her. She extended her claws and flapped her Dragon Wings, releasing an extremely fierce storm mixed with hail, engulfing the Red Dragon.

Ice Storm!

The strong wind pressure made the sky tremble, gales howling, countless plants, soil, and stones were swept into the sky, turning into frozen debris.

If a mortal were swallowed by this storm, they would be frozen into an ice block in less than three seconds, then torn apart by the gale, turning into tiny ice shards in the wind.

"Roar—"

Dracalis let out an imposing roar that even drowned out the noisy wind, causing Tiniya's heart to tremble slightly.

With both wings entwined with torrential flames, the Red Dragon gave a fierce flap, causing a wailing from the surrounding gales. All the hail and snowflakes melted, leaving only scorching heat in the storm.

Immediately afterwards, Dracalis leveraged the lift of the gale to take off, mustering all her strength to swing her thick Giant Tail fiercely.

The tip of the tail violently rubbed against the air, igniting blazing flames.

"Screech—"

The storm was even torn apart, revealing obvious fracture marks.

This tail whip descended from above, carrying terrifying strength straight towards the head of the White Dragon, and a look of extreme satisfaction appeared on the Red Dragon's face.

"What a powerful strike!" Tiniya's face turned grave.

This was a lethal blow!

If hit directly, even with Tiniya's body strength, her skull would shatter, brain fluid would spatter, sending her straight to meet Tiamat.

In a flash, Tiniya reacted, adjusted her position, and raised her claws while dodging, lifting them high above her head.

Frost Divine Power flowed through her arm, converging in her palm, and the moisture in the air rapidly condensed into Ice Crystals, forming a thick, smooth Ice Crystal Giant Shield atop the White Dragon's head.

Powered by Divine Power, the Ice Crystals Tiniya created were extremely hard, emitting a bone-chilling coldness that could freeze any mortal that touched it.

Due to Tiniya's change in position, Dracalis had no choice but to adjust the direction of her tail whip, significantly weakening the force of her strike.

"Boom!"

The thick tail slammed down heavily, and in an instant, ice fragments flew, and web-like cracks appeared on the Ice Crystal Giant Shield, finally shattering completely with a crack.

Yet the chill also clung to the Red Dragon's tail, causing the tail tip to stiffen slightly, covered with a thin layer of white frost.

Quickly, visible flames flowed through the Red Dragon's body, rapidly spreading to the tail tip. The frost hadn't spread before it was burned and melted by the flames.

"This is..." Dracalis raised her eyebrows slightly and said with interest, "Frost Divine Power? Interesting. I didn't expect a White Dragon to master such power. Worthy of being His Majesty Cassius's pet.

Lies don't harm people; the truth is the sharp knife.

"I am his most trusted and beloved Retainer!" Tiniya, in a rage born of embarrassment, swung her sharp claws, sending three Ice Blades slicing through the air towards the Red Dragon's neck.

"You should consider yourself honored." Dracalis calmly extended her claws and summoned a thick Fire Wall, causing the Ice Blades to melt and turn into wisps of blue smoke.

"Recognize your status, White Dragon. Being able to become His Majesty Cassius's pet is a dream come true for countless dragons. Only a Red Dragon with noble blood like me... has barely the qualification to be favored by His Majesty."

As she spoke, Dracalis lunged once more, swinging her giant flames-clad claws, aiming fiercely at Tiniya's head.

Meeting her was Tiniya's claw radiating a bone-chilling cold, equally slicing through the air with astonishing momentum.

"Boom!"

With a loud explosion, the two forces clashed against each other, flames splattering, frost spreading, and an extremely strong Shockwave appeared in the sky, quickly spreading.

"What strong power!"

Tiniya was shocked, losing control of her body immediately after.

Dracalis's body was a size larger than Tiniya's.

And being a Red Dragon, she had more muscle mass, her body more robust, and her absolute strength was significantly higher than Tiniya's.

Under this immense blow, Tiniya's wrist twisted in a strange angle, and with a crunch, her arm bone fractured.

Seizing the momentum, the Red Dragon fiercely charged, her massive, robust body pressed down like a small mountain.

"Bang!"

The immense force swiftly transmitted throughout her body, sending Tiniya flying backwards, crashing hard into the mountain by the lake, leaving her dizzy.

With the mountain collapsing, rocks shattered, debris flew, and dust filled the air.

In midair, Dracalis's expression was grave, and the ice-blue glow around her giant claws clung like a bone-deep curse.

"What terrifying Frost Power!"

Dracalis marvelled inwardly. This power could suppress her scorching Dragon Blood, even extinguish her Dragonflame.

Moreover, the physical strength of that White Dragon was far greater than she'd anticipated, able to contend with her for a moment.

It's known among all giant dragons below the Ancient Dragon, Dracalis had never encountered anyone who could stand against her in close combat.

Once she got close, it was either death or maiming.

If it were an ordinary White Dragon, hit by such an impact, it would have been torn apart, a bloody mess, possibly losing its life.

She could no longer afford to be careless.

Thinking of this, without any hesitation, Dracalis capitalized on her advantage, diving towards the direction where Tiniya had crashed.

Her expression was fierce, her gaze ruthless, flames roared around her, clearly intending to end the Battle in one strike.

However, at this moment, the ground shook violently, and a huge shadow rose from the dust—a blade-sharp Ice Mountain!

Danger!

Dracalis's pupils contracted sharply, and her expression changed abruptly, finally showing a hint of panic in her eyes.

If she crashed into the Ice Mountain at this speed, she'd be skewered through!

Yet, with her densely packed muscles and immense body control, she abruptly flapped her wings, twisting her body in mid-air, brushing past the Ice Mountain.

However, more ice spikes erupted from the ground, crazily rising up and stabbing at the Red Dragon with terrifying coldness.

This time, even Dracalis couldn't dodge, as a sharp ice spike penetrated her left shoulder.

"Aooo—" A wail echoed in the sky.

Before the Dragon Blood could spew out, it froze in the cold, and the frost continued to spread, making half of the Red Dragon's body sluggish.

A fierce glint appeared in Dracalis's eyes.

She forcibly pulled out the ice spike, then used its rising force to soar into the sky, flying back high into the air.

Flames coiled around the Red Dragon, and the scorching Ancestral Dragon Blood flowed through her veins, healing the wounds, dispelling the encroaching frost.

However, it was clear that Dracalis's left wing flapped a bit slower, evidently affected.
