Being A Shinobi As A Tarnished

Chapter 41: Stormveil Arrival

"You'd offer relocation to me?" Selene asked.

"Yes, I have secured a fortress and would love it if you could relocate there. I will give aid to your packaging and arrival. Also, I can help achieve new books and scrolls on magic." He offered.

"That is an intriguing accord. However, this form I take is but a projection. My body lies elsewhere. But the academy's shackles prevent it being moved. My body is on the Weeping Peninsula, at the southern tip of the Lands Between, imprisoned in the ruins just down from the Church of Marika, past the plain of the Wandering Mausoleum." Sellen informed him.

(Right!!) Tyr thought. (How did I forget that!)

"I could break you out!! My castle is on that peninsula so I can get there quickly."

"With your strength it is certainly possible."

"If my subordinates do not come for you then I will come and find you after I slay Godrick. When I do, be prepared to have a new home."

"I must say, I do appreciate the sentiment, apprentice." Her voice has a hint of joy within it.

"Anything for you, Master Sellen. Now, may we continue on with the lesson?" He asked.

"We surely can."

________

After hours of studying with Sellen, he transported himself before the site of grace at Stormveil. Walking up to the gate, he grabbed the underside of it and lifts it with brute strength. Walking right through, bolts are fired immediately.

His body evades them by maneuvering to the left. "You guys are thirsty for blood."

Bolts we equipped again. They rage at Tyr's position but was evaded again. His body appeared behind the soldiers while they were racking more bolts in the stationary crossbow.

Gripping the back of the head of the soldier he was behind, he slams their head into the crossbow, destroying it completely. He picked up a bolt and launched it at another's head.

The noise of the bolt piercing through the head and stabbing into the wall alerted them. From there, it was a complete massacre. The soldiers in the yard were reduced to ribbons. Each one that approached him or shot crossbow ammunition his way was cut down. He stood stop a roof and looked down. "Do I really need to do this?" He thought to himself.

"This would've been much easier if I got more spirit ashes. And that mage is learning Swordsmanship from Gunne so I can't summon him." He scratched his head. He scratched his head and jumped off the roof. He continued his journey to the courtyard where more enemies lie.

"Maybe this time I can focus on my hand to hand combat." His sword disappeared from his hand. (Rock Lee was copied by Sasuke. So) His eye color changed from black to a scarlet red. "Lets see how far I get."

Now, everything was slower than before. The movements of each individual was visible for the eye to see. Glimpsing at multiple actions they commit to before it happens.

The soldier thrust their sword at his chest. Before the action occurs, he extends his arm outward while clenching fist. His body shifts to the side, out of the angle of the sword. The sword passes by and Tyr's fist hits the soldier's face.

Tyr's upper body then drops towards the ground. Flipping entirely. An axe stabs into the ground from missing the target.

Tyr lands on the axe and lands a swift side kick to the soldier's chest. A sword from behind him diagonally swiped towards his shoulder and down his back but the side of the blade was already being hit before the attack could get near Tyr. A downward strike to the skull knocks the soldier into the ground.

The soldier that was kicked flew across the courtyard and into the wall of the castle.

The one punched toppled over the dirt and through multiple defensive fences before hitting a wall as well. The final soldier's head hits the ground, cracking the pavement.

The image of bolts appeared in line of sight. He jumped into the air, landing on a wall then the bolts are fired, stabbing into the ground. His body fades from the sight of the soldiers as his hand grips the face of a soldier and slams it through a defensive fence and into the dirt.

The massacre spreads throughout the courtyard.

The ground was infested with a pool of bodies. A large grotesque being ran at Tyr slashing at him with a large sword. He moves out of the way by backstepping. As he moved out of the range of the attack, he swiped his hand through the air and arrow tips pierce several areas of the omen. "Hm? This thing has thick skin."

Coming at him from both sides were dogs. From the front was the omen coming down on him with another overhead slash. He raised his foot and dropped it on the floor creating a tremor that covered the field. "Storm Stomp!!" Swift wind rises up, sweep the three off of their feet.

He leaps to their altitude and kicks both dogs back down. Tyr's body spins with a torrent of wind following him. "This should do." An axe kick to its dome drives it to the ground head first with a twist of the air following it.

Tyr lands on the ground and sighs.

He summoned Wandering Nobles. "Sorry but, I'll need you guys to clean this up." The entire yard was filled with corpses.

He summoned wolves to protect them while maintaining their existence with chakra.

__________

Entering the castle through the field led him to a room with Commoners in it. He didn't care for them much. He kept walking past them even if they had the intent to harm him. Because they posed no threat. The area he walked into had a rancid aroma that no regular human could stomach.

He covered his nose and glanced around the area. Seeing body parts hanging from above. (Disgusting... Seeing in this game was sad more than anything but up close like this....)As he looked up, a blade drew close to face. He slips the blade but another drew near him.

The friction between his feet and the ground cause a sound similar to rocks rubbing against each other to be born. But he landed before the sound was generated completely.

"Aren't you a fast swimmer." Looking at the entity before him, a feeling of displeasure. His mind rejected the thought of granting this being any saving grace because it was no longer living. "This....what did he do to you?"

The thought of his previous life of him being an Elden Ring player vanished. Pity, empathy, and rage filled his core completely.

"Why would anyone do this?"

"What did they do to deserve this?"

"They aren't human....he isn't a being with a moral compass."

"I'll kill him."

"I'll kill him."

"I'll kill him."

Grafted Scion with the faces of many, arms and legs of tens of people warrior or not came at him. The voices from these beings could be heard by Tyr.

"Kill me."

"I'd rather die!!"

"Please end me!!"

Begging for the sweet release of death.

Silence encompassed Tyr. The Grafted Scion drew closer and closer to him.

"Roderika... You were right to be scared. The lost souls of your brethren stuck in such a body.... No one should see such. No one should endure it. And I..."

Manifesting into the physical world was the head of a mighty dragon. Jaws open, engulfing the Scion entirely. With one chomp, Agheel ate the beast.

"Will welcome all those damned souls to my kingdom."
