Cheat Million Love

Chapter 19: Ch.19 : Olivia's Decision

Nic stood in front of Olivia, confused. He hesitated for a moment—should he talk with her or head back to the club? But his curiosity quickly outweighed his uncertainty. He sighed and nodded. "Alright, Olivia. What did you want to talk about?"

Olivia gave a small smile and gestured for him to follow her. They walked together toward the student council room. When Olivia knocked, it was Nia who opened the door.

Nia looked surprised to see Nic with Olivia. "Eh? Nic? You too?" she asked, eyeing them both with playful suspicion.

"Yeah… I don't really know why I'm here either," Nic replied, scratching his head.

Nia let them in since the room was currently empty. Once the door closed, Olivia stepped closer to Nia and whispered—just loud enough for Nic to hear—"President Nia, can you help me… say something?"

Hearing that, Nia turned to Nic with a mischievous grin. "Oooh\~ Olivia likes Nic, huh?" she whispered back with a giggle.

Nic stood there awkwardly while Olivia lowered her head in embarrassment. Nia leaned toward Olivia's ear and whispered again, "Alright, here's my advice—try to act seductive. Make him curious."

Somehow mustering the courage, Olivia tried to follow Nia's suggestion. But instead of looking seductive, her expression turned strange—her lips twitched awkwardly, and her eyes narrowed into an uneven squint. Nic took a step back, startled by the bizarre look on her face.

"Uhh… what are you doing?" Nic asked, genuinely concerned.

Realizing what she had just done, Olivia spun around and covered her face with both hands.

"Aahhh! This is so embarrassing! I just wanted to talk, why did you make me do that?" she muttered.

Nic walked over to Nia and gave her arm a hard pinch. "You know, if I hadn't been here, Olivia would've gone completely off the rails thanks to your advice."

"Ow ow ow! I'm sorry! I was just joking!" Nia winced and begged for mercy.

Watching them interact, Olivia suddenly felt a twinge of jealousy. "What's your relationship with her, anyway?" she asked softly.

Nic decided to tease a little. "Nia's my girlfriend."

Olivia's eyes widened as her face turned bright red. "WHAT?!" She stood up and made a move toward the door, but Nic quickly grabbed her wrist.

He pulled her slightly closer and said, "Olivia, you read the message I wrote on that drawing, didn't you? I really meant what I said."

Olivia stayed silent, unsure how to respond.

Nic continued, his tone more serious, "So, Olivia… will you be my girlfriend too? You'll gain a second family if you say yes."

Nia chimed in, "It's true. No one gets hurt here. Nic loves us all equally and genuinely."

Still, Olivia remained silent, cheeks burning. Nic eventually released her hand and smiled gently.

"If you change your mind, come find my club. If you don't know where it is, just ask Nia. I have to go now."

He walked out, leaving Olivia frozen in place and Nia suppressing a quiet giggle.

Back at the clubroom, Nic was greeted by a room full of annoyed faces, especially Fanny's.

"Nic! Where have you been?! You took forever!" Fanny yelled.

Before he could answer, Fanny tackled him in a wrestling move that left him sprawled on the floor.

"Ow… why are my girlfriends built like wild bears…" Nic groaned.

Fanny heard that and smacked him on the head. "Hey! Don't say that! I'm *cute*!" she pouted, puffing her cheeks.

Nic sighed and got to work. Despite the pain in his back from Fanny's assault, he painted portraits of everyone with genuine care and focus.

By the time he finished, he was exhausted and collapsed on the clubroom sofa, fast asleep. The girls hung his artwork proudly on the wall, admiring how beautiful they turned out.

---

Meanwhile, back in the student council room, Olivia sat with a troubled expression. She looked to Nia, searching for guidance.

"What should I do? I can't just suddenly say I'll be his girlfriend and join them…" she muttered.

Nia gently patted her shoulder, her expression encouraging. "Olivia, just be yourself. If it feels like too much, it's okay to step back. But if your heart keeps pulling you toward him, why not give it a try? Trust me—you won't regret it. They don't just make each other happy; they *share* happiness. It's real."

Olivia absorbed Nia's words, then slowly stood. Her elegant demeanor returned. She politely asked Nia to take her to Nic's club. Seeing the newfound confidence in Olivia's eyes, Nia smiled proudly. "Alright. Let's go."

---

On the way, they ran into Yui and Jenny, who were also headed to the club.

"Hey, you guys going to the club too?" Yui called out cheerfully, waving.

"Yes," Olivia replied in her usual graceful tone.

Nia leaned over to Yui and Jenny, whispering mischievously, "Olivia's number eight."

Yui giggled quietly, and Jenny gave Olivia a curious look. Olivia remained composed, maintaining her elegance.

---

When they opened the clubroom door, a surprising sight greeted them. Vivi, Leona, Fanny, and Violet were all huddled around the sleeping Nic.

Nia crossed her arms. "What are you all doing over there?"

Fanny quickly stood up, hiding something behind her back. "N-nothing! Seriously!"

Jenny, noticing something on the wall, walked over and gasped. "Whoa… Nic's really talented."

But her expression soon fell. "Wait… did we not get our own portraits?"

Vivi quickly reassured her. "Don't worry, Jenny. He painted all of us. He just got really tired after finishing and passed out."

They started hanging the remaining paintings together, one by one. As they finished, Nic began to stir.

With eyes half-open, he yawned. "Sorry… I must've fallen asleep while you were all here."

Leona, who had been holding in her laughter, finally burst out laughing, followed by the others. Nic rubbed his eyes, feeling something strange.

When he looked at his hands, he saw smudges of colorful ink. "Huh? What the—?!"

He looked around for a mirror, but there was none. Nia swiftly pulled out her phone and flipped the camera toward him. "Here you go."

Nic stared in disbelief. His face was covered in doodles—panda eyes, cat whiskers, and all sorts of nonsense. He stood up angrily.

"Who doodled on my face?!"

Nia, clearly enjoying herself, pointed at four very suspicious girls: Vivi, Leona, Fanny, and Violet. The four immediately lined up with innocent expressions.

Nic walked past them slowly, inspecting each one. When he stopped in front of Fanny, he noticed something hidden behind her.

"What's that?" he asked.

Fanny panicked. "N-nothing!"

Before Nic could press further, Fanny interrupted with a huff, "Instead of interrogating us, maybe you should pay attention to your new girlfriend!"

Nic blinked. "New girlfriend?"

He finally noticed Olivia sitting on the couch, watching everything with a serene smile. He immediately rushed over to her.

"Sorry, Olivia! I didn't mean to ignore you."

He then grabbed the cloth tied around Fanny's waist and wiped the ink off his face. Fanny smacked him, but Nic dodged with a laugh.

Returning to Olivia, he grinned. "So? What do you think?"

Olivia's cheeks were faintly red as she replied with a small smile, "If I came all the way here… you should already know my answer. Sorry, but this place is going to feel even more cramped now that I'm here."

Nic clapped his hands once and gave a big grin. "Welcome to the family!"
